READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
Read this manual carefully before use and save for future reference. Use
this product only as directed in this manual. When using electrical products,
especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be
followed including the following:
DANGER
• Do not place or store product where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
• Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
• Do not reach for a product that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately.
• Do not touch the AC adaptor with wet hands.
• AC adaptors should always be completely dry when connecting to power.
WARNING
• UK Supply Connection Warning: The Type C plug provided is intended for use in a Shaver Socket. It is
not suitable for connection to a UK mains socket unless used with a BSI or ASTA approved Convertor
Plug and fused with a 2A fuse (fuse color: Black or Brown).
• Use only within rated capacity of outlets or wiring voltages specifi ed on the charger.
• Do not use outdoors. Keep product away from fi re or heated surfaces.
• Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual.
• Use the toothbrush with brush heads and charger provided by manufacturer only.
• This product contains no serviceable parts. Do not repair or modify. Do not disassemble any part of the
handle except for battery disposal, as it may cause personal injury or device failure.
• Stop using this product if it is damaged in any way (cord, plug, brush head, toothbrush handle, charger,
and/or AC adaptor) and contact the Colgate Consumer Affairs Centre for repair/replacements.
• This product is not intended for use by children under age 3. Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance. Keep out of reach of small children.
• This product is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental
capabilities without safety supervision.
• If after using this toothbrush, you experience excessive bleeding or if bleeding continues to occur after
a week of use, please contact your dentist as it may be an indication of a more serious oral care issue.
• If you are undergoing treatment for any oral care condition, consult your dental professional prior to
use.
CAUTION
• For energy saving purposes, charge the main unit only when the battery level is too low. When not in
use, keep the charger unplugged from the socket.
• When taking out the battery for disposal, use caution not to short the positive (+) and negative (-)
terminals.

The Colgate® ProClinical™ electric toothbrush complies with all standards regarding
electromagnetic fi elds. It is safe to use if handled properly according to the instructions
provided in this manual. If you have a pacemaker or an implanted device, consult your
physician and the device manufacturer prior to use.

MODE & SPEED FOR BEST CLEANING EXPERIENCE
• See and Hear 3 MODES: Auto, Optimum, and Deep Clean.
• MODES combine the right speed with the best cleaning action.
• Press ON (MODE last used shows on screen).
• Press MODE on handle to select Auto, Optimum, or Deep Clean.
• Use thumb indents to help position at 45° (recommended angle
to clean along the gum line).
• Blue light is ON when 45° position is achieved.
AUTO MODE (RECOMMENDED)
For new users, easing into your brushing experience in Auto Mode
can take up to 2 weeks.
Automatically adjusts speeds and cleaning actions for Healthier
teeth and gums.
• Slower, side-to-side strokes gently clean tooth surfaces.
• Mid-speed, up-down and side-to-side strokes clean teeth and
gums where plaque builds up most: along the gum line.
• Faster, up-down strokes clean deep behind and between teeth

• Wash brush head with water.
• Wipe handle and charger with damp cloth.
• Dry handle and charger completely before
putting back handle in charger.
• Never put charger in water.
1. Remove cap and rubber fi ller.
2. Remove screw on bottom of handle with screwdriver.
3. Lift off handle cover.
4. Peel off tape to remove battery. Cut cords.
5. Tape end of battery to prevent shorting.
REMOVE BATTERY BEFORE DISPOSAL
Remove recyclable rechargeable battery in compliance with environmental
regulations before disposing of toothbrush. Do not open handle unless
permanently disposing (will void warranty).

WARRANTY
Try Colgate® ProClinical™ toothbrush for 30 days from date of purchase. If you are not satisfi ed with this
product, return the product within 45 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (shipping and
handling excluded). You must return the product in its original box with all contents: handle, refi ll brush
heads, charger, travel case (if applicable), together with the original cash register receipt showing this
product was purchased in the United Kingdom. Please allow 6-8 weeks for handling.

contact Colgate Consumer Affairs Centre, 00-800-321-321-32.
Consumers have statutory rights under applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products
which are in no way affected by the above.
Colgate-Palmolive UK Limited grants a 2 year warranty on this product from the date of purchase within the
United Kingdom. Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product (the choice of whether to
repair or replace being ours) in the unlikely event of failure or defects resulting from faults in materials or
manufacturing. Following any replacement, the warranty will continue from the date of original purchase only.
This warranty does not cover brush heads, or any damage due to improper use (any use not in accordance with
the User Manual Instructions and Warnings) or normal wear or use.
To obtain service within the warranty period, please contact Colgate Consumer Affairs Centre, 00-800-321-321-32.
Do not throw away this product with normal household waste at the end of its
life. Always remove battery before discarding. Please use a return collection
system to ensure responsible and environmentally safe recycling of the device
and the battery.

LISEZ L’ENSEMBLE DES INSTRUCTIONS AVANT USAGE
Lisez attentivement ce manuel avant d’utiliser votre brosse et conservez-le
pour vous y référer dans le futur. N’utilisez ce produit que conformément aux
indications fournies dans ce manuel. Lors de l’utilisation de produits électriques,
et notamment en présence d’enfants, des précautions élémentaires de sécurité
doivent systématiquement être prises, et notamment:
DANGER
• Ne pas déposer ni entreposer le chargeur là où il pourrait tomber ou être tiré dans une baignoire
ou un lavabo.
• Eviter tout contact du chargeur avec de l’eau ou tout autre liquide.
• Ne pas toucher un appareil qui serait tombé dans l’eau. Débrancher la prise immédiatement.
• Ne pas toucher l’adaptateur secteur avec des mains mouillées.
• L’adaptateur secteur doit toujours être totalement sec avant d’être connecté à une prise.

• Utiliser dans la limite des capacités ou des voltages indiqués sur le chargeur.
• Ne pas utiliser en extérieur. Tenir à l’écart du feu ou de toute source de chaleur.

le remplacement.
• Ce produit n’est pas destiné aux enfants de moins de 3 ans. Les enfants doivent être surveillés pour
éviter qu’ils ne jouent avec. Tenir hors de portée des petits enfants.
• Ce produit n’est pas destiné à être utilisé sans surveillance par les enfants ou les personnes à capacités

• Appuyez sur ON (le dernier MODE utilisé s’affi che à l’écran).
• Appuyez sur MODE sur le manche pour sélectionner Auto, Optimum
ou Deep Clean (Nettoyage en profondeur).
• Utilisez les découpes pour le pouce de façon à faciliter l’inclinaison à
45° (angle recommandé pour nettoyer le long du sillon gingival).
• Le voyant bleu s’affi che lorsque la brosse est bien inclinée à 45°.

Pour les utilisateurs novices, vous familiariser avec votre expérience
de brossage en Mode Auto peut prendre jusqu’à 2 semaines.

Changez votre tête de brosse Colgate® ProClinical™ tous les 3 mois.
NETTOYAGE DE LA BROSSE ET DU CHARGEUR
CHARGEUR - INSTALLATION DE LA RECHARGE
• Nettoyez la tête de la brosse à l’eau.
• Essuyez le manche et le chargeur à l’aide d’un
linge légèrement humide.
• Laissez totalement sécher le manche et le
chargeur avant de remettre la brosse sur son
support de chargement.
• N’immergez jamais le chargeur.
1. Retirez la partie inférieure.
2. Retirez la vis sur le bas du manche à l’aide d’un tournevis.
3. Soulevez la partie ainsi dévissée.
4. Retirez le ruban adhésif pour enlever la batterie. Coupez
les fi ls.
5. Protégez la batterie à l’aide de ruban adhésif pour éviter
toute fuite.
RETIREZ LA BATTERIE AVANT DE JETER L’APPAREIL
Retirez la batterie recyclable en conformité avec les règles environnementales
de recyclage applicables avant de jeter la brosse à dents. Ne pas ouvrir le
manche avant de jeter défi nitivement l’appareil (cela annulerait la garantie).
