situation might be some different from what stated in this user’s manual. Should you have any question, please

Do not store or use gas, liquid or object that is flammable or explosive in the vicinity of the mounting
position of the appliance.
If this appliance is placed near walls, partitions or kitchen furniture and the like, it is advisable to make
these facilities with non-combustible material, otherwise cover them with non-combustible heat-
resistant material, and pay attention to fire prevention regulations.
Do not use extra power supply that not marked on the product, nor do fittings that not conforming to
safety standard.
Never allow the power cord to come into contact with heat sources or sharp edges. The power cable
must not be folded, bent or tangled. Do not dunk it into water. Never place the device or other objects
on the power cable. If any anomaly occurs, stop using the device. If the power cable is damaged, have
it replaced with one that complying with the local commercial electrical standard and requirement by
an authorized service center or qualified electrician.
If the product is failed or malfunctioning, shut down the device immediately and call for after-sale
service.
Only accessory or spare parts that have been recommended by the manufacturer can be used.
Otherwise, the manufacturer takes no responsibility caused by this.
Do not aim at the device with water jet for cleaning, nor do block the inlet/outlet of the device.

1. Functional Introduction
This product is manufactured by our company, which is combined with advantages from home and abroad. It is
novel in design, reasonable in structure, easy in operation, all stainless steel made, durable in using and
convenient in maintenance. The thermostatic control makes the temperature freely adjustable at a certain range
in accordance with food requirements. Therefore, it is the ideal equipment for hotel, supermarket, restaurant,
western restaurant, fast-food restaurant and food industry.
Chamber Material:
CUBE – SS1/ SS2/ SS3/ SS4: stainless steel;
CUBE – EC1/ EC2/ EC3/ EC4: enamel coating.

2.2 Working Principle
1. Hot-air circulation: The motor drives the fan to blow the heat produced by energization of heating elements
to everywhere in chamber to balance the temperature. The blown wind refluxes to the elements and will be
blown to the chamber after heating. The procedure circulates to keep the chamber temperature constant
and uniform.
2. Spray: CUBE – SS2/EC2 and CUBE – SS4/EC4 are equipped with spray function. Press the spray switch, the
water will drop on the running fan and form a cloud of mist. The chamber is filled with droplets to keep the
food moist.
3. Surface heating: CUBE – SS3/EC3 and CUBE – SS4/EC4 are provided with salamander function.
Heat produced by energization and heating of the top heating elements will be radiated to food surface to
darken the color and luster and make it crisp.

4. Precautions & Recommendations
4.1 Operation Tips
1. Installation and maintenance shall be done by professional technicians. If necessary, contact the technicians.
Grounding connection of the device must comply with the local regulations. (Warning: Improper operation,
installation or maintenance may cause property damage, injury or death etc.. Read this instruction manual
thoroughly before installing, operating or servicing this equipment.)
2. This product is a commercial machine that needs to be operated by trained cook. Do not dismantle or self-
modify the machine. Dismantlement and self-modification may cause casualty.
3. Before cleaning, unplug and cut off the power supply. During cleaning, do not aim at the appliance with
water jet. Water may conduct electricity, that may cause electric shock due to leakage.
4. Do not pat the product or put any heavy objects onto it. Abnormal operation may cause damage and danger.
Do not touch the appliance with hands directly due to high temperature during or after operation, especially
the hot area with high temperature which may cause scald.
5. Do not use extra power supply that not marked on the product.
6. Do not use power knife that not conforming to safety standard.
7. To prevent damage, turn off the switch ASAP when near the thunder zone.
8. Do not destroy the furnace surface with hard or sharp objects.
9. After working, turn off the switch.
10. Circuit installation and maintenance shall be done by qualified technicians.
11. If the power cord is damaged, to avoid hazard, substitution should be done by manufacturer or its
maintenance department or similar professional personnel.
12. Do not aim at the electrical box with water directly, nor do immerse it into water for cleaning.
4.2 Storage & Transport
1. The packaged device should be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse without any corrosive gas instead of
exposing to the open air. Should any temporary storage needed, please take measurement against raining.
2. For safety sake, this device has already been checked by qualified personnel before transportation. Please
take care when handling it. Please check the delivery upon completeness and transport damage immediately
after receipt. In case of visible damage, do not accept. The carrier takes full responsibility for the damages
caused during transportation. Hidden damages should be reclaimed immediately after notice, as claims for
damages can only asserted within the effective period for complaints.
3. During transportation, the machine should be carefully handled, do not put it upside down to prevent from
damaging the shell and inside.

4.3 Installation
1. The supply voltage should comply with the working voltage of the appliance. The appliance is equipped with
copper equipotential terminals at lower back of the box, which should be connected with copper wire no
less than 1.5mm² reliably as prescribed. After installation, check that whether the connection is loose,
whether the voltage is normal and whether the safety grounding is reliable. The fixed arrangement of wire
should be equipped with an all-pole disconnecting switch with a contact opening of 3mm on its poles. It is
advisable to install a grounding leakage protection switch or relay that with a leakage peak of 10mA.
Mounting space for the device shall be at least: 1500x850x530 mm (LxWxH). Unpack the device and place
it on the floor.
Installation:
1. Rubber feet:
Adjust the rubber feet to stabilize the oven.
2. Location:
Install this device on a flat and stable surface.
3. Remove the protection film.
4. Take out the trays in the oven and have them cleaned.
5. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with wet cloth and then dry them with a dry cloth.
6. Power Connection:
Please make sure that the applicable power supply voltage and frequency comply with that indicated
on the data plate prior to energize the device.
After installation of the oven, install a bipolar switch between the oven and the power grid so that the
contact opening distance between them can be maintained at least 3mm and the input power is
appropriate.
The oven shall be connected with the earth wire in the power grid.
The oven must be in a system of equipotential so that the power can be maintained the same as
indicated on the data plate. Such connections can be only achieved among the labeled wire terminals
of different appliances.
The minimum value of the equipotential conductor component is 10mm2.
Connect the power cord to the power supply and ensure that the power cord is connected reliably and
at a proper place.
7. Water pipe connection: for model CUBE - SS2/EC2 and CUBE – SS4/EC4
Connect the water pipe to tap water:
Mount the inlet pipe at rear of the oven with pipe connector and faucet, then connect to the tap water.
Before connecting to the water tap, flush the inlet pipe with water.
Tap water pressure: 0.5-2bar; water hardness: 0.5-5 mg/L.

5. Working Instructions & Operation Flow
1. Before using, check that the power installation is correct. Make sure that the supply voltage complies with
the working voltage of the appliance.
2. Permitted operating temperature of the oven: 50~300℃.
3. During cooking, distance between food trays in chamber should be 4cm. For hot air circulation sake, food in
tray should not be too much.
4. Time control (also the power switch)
Timer control range: 0 ~120 min.
Rotate the timer clockwise to desired value (continuous action is permitted, MAX:120min). At this time,
the indicator illuminates with the chamber lamp on. (stands for POWER ON)
Release the timer, it will start timing counterclockwise automatically. When the set point is reached, the
timer will turn back to zero position. Power will auto-off, the oven alarms with the time indicator and
chamber lamp off.
Amount of food will affect the cook time, the larger the amount is, the longer the cook time will be.
Vice versa.
5. Convection
Convection operation is controlled by temperature control and timer simultaneously. (At this time, the
top heating thermostat must be at 0 position.)
Rotate the timer knob clockwise to set desired time value (range: 0~120min).
Rotate the convection thermostat knob clockwise to set desired temperature value (range: 0~300℃).
At this time, the temperature indicator illuminates.
When the set point is reached, the indicator goes off and the heating elements stop heating. When the
temperature is lower than the set point, the indicator illuminates and the elements start heating up.
The procedure circulates automatically.
6. Spray function: for model CUBE - SS2/EC2 and CUBE – SS4/EC4
Spray function is available only in convection function to control the mist to produce steam in the hot
appliance.
When spray function is used, the chamber temperature should be at least 120℃.
Hold pressing the spray switch (with the spray indicator on), the mist will enter into the chamber and
be hit on the heating element(s) by fan to produce steam.
The amount of steam depends on how long the spray switch is held. However, the holding time should
not exceed 5s.
Desired amount of spray is self-controlled by the cook in accordance with the cooked food and food
quantity.
During spraying, observe the chamber. If atomization is not sufficient, release the switch to stop spraying.
Do not let the water accumulated in the chamber.
It is normal that there is a sound when the water hits onto the fan during spraying.
7. Top heating: for model CUBE – SS3/EC3 and CUBE – SS4/EC4
Top heating operation is controlled by top heating thermostat and timer simultaneously.
Rotate the timer knob clockwise to set desired value.
Rotate the top heating thermostat knob clockwise to set desired temperature value (range: 0~300℃).
At this time, the top heating indicator illuminates.
When the set point is reached, the indicator goes off and the heating elements stop heating. When the
temperature is lower than the set point, the indicator illuminates and the elements start heating up.
The procedure circulates automatically.
Important: This spray device is used together with time control device and convection device (can be used
only when the timer and convection function are running).

Note:
Do not press down the buttons for long time.
Excessive steam will come out from the drain pipe at rear of the oven.
Functions of “convection heater” and “top heating” must be running separately. The operator
cannot use these two functions simultaneously.
Do not operate the switches with wet hands, otherwise, it may cause electric shock easily.
During operation, it is not allowed to place any objects onto the oven. Because heat generated by the
working oven can deform or damage the objects.
Caution burns during or after using for a while.
During working, the metal accessories and glass door will get hotter and hotter, thus, do not touch the
door when opening or closing the door.
The heat elements cannot be submerged in water. If water comes into the connection part of the
heating elements, it may cause short circuit or other consequences.
If there’s water in the chamber, do not pour out the water towards the glass door, or the glass door
may break.
During heating, please do not touch any parts other than the handle and switches due to the hot body
of the oven, or you may easily get burnt if you touch other parts. If the oven is submerged in water
accidentally or the oven is in water for too long, all the electric components and wires shall be
substituted, otherwise, it may be easy to catch fire or cause electric shock.
Do not place heavy objects (120kg) onto the oven. Otherwise, the oven may operate abnormally or
other accidents may occur.
6. Routine Inspection
1. Stop using if user feels that there are some problems in the pipeline or machine.
2. Check the situation of the machine before or after using every day.
3. Check that whether the machine is tilted before using.
4. Check that whether the control panel is damaged.
5. Check that whether there is strange odor or smell during using.
6. Check that whether there is vibration noise.
7. Cleaning & Maintenance
1. Before cleaning, cut off the power supply first to avoid unexpected accidents.
2. Before cleaning, open the oven door and cool the appliance down (at least 10min) then have the work done.
3. Clean the chamber and storage area every day to maintain it clean.
4. After working every day, clean the furnace surface and power cord with wet towel containing non-corrosive
detergent. Do not aim at the appliance with water directly. Water infiltration may damage the electric
performance and cause safety accident.
5. If not going to use the appliance at any time, turn off the power switch, then bundle up the power cord and
put it onto the oven body.
6. If not going to use the appliance for a long period of time, clean it completely and seal it with a plastic bag,
then put it into a carton and store it in a well-ventilated warehouse without any corrosive gases.

Waarschuwing
Elke zelfaanpassing, verkeerde installatie, aanpassing of onderhoud kan leiden tot verlies van eigendom

uitvoeren door een getrainde en gekwalificeerde persoon.
Houd de machine uit veiligheidsoverwegingen uit de buurt van vloeistoffen, gassen of andere objecten
die ontvlambaar of explosief zijn.
Dit apparaat mag niet worden gebruikt door personen met fysiologische, perceptuele of mentale
beperkingen of personen met onvoldoende ervaring of kennis (inclusief kinderen). Alleen onder de
voorwaarden om voldoende toezicht te houden en de persoonlijke veiligheid te garanderen, evenals de
juiste instructies en begeleiding, kunnen degenen die hierboven werden genoemd een bepaalde
werking van dit apparaat uitvoeren.

de handleidingen samen met het apparaat worden overgedragen. Alle gebruikers moeten het apparaat
bedienen volgens de gebruikershandleiding en de bijbehorende veiligheidsrichtlijnen
Bewaar of gebruik geen gas, vloeistof of voorwerpen die ontvlambaar of explosief zijn in de buurt van
de montagepositie van het apparaat.
Als dit apparaat in de buurt van muren, scheidingswanden of keukenmeubilair en dergelijke wordt
geplaatst, is het raadzaam deze voorzieningen te maken met onbrandbaar materiaal, anders te
bedekken met onbrandbaar hittebestendig materiaal en aandacht te besteden aan brandpreventie-
voorschriften.
Gebruik geen extra voeding die niet is gemarkeerd op het product, en ook geen fittingen die niet
voldoen aan de veiligheidsnormen.
Laat het netsnoer nooit in contact komen met warmtebronnen of scherpe randen. De voedingskabel
mag niet worden gevouwen, gebogen of verward. Dompel het niet onder in water. Plaats het apparaat
of andere objecten nooit op het netsnoer. Als er zich een anomalie voordoet, stop dan met het gebruik
van het apparaat. Als het netsnoer is beschadigd, laat het dan vervangen door een apparaat dat voldoet
aan de plaatselijke commerciële elektrische norm en de vereiste door een geautoriseerd service-
centrum of een gekwalificeerde elektricien.
Als het product defect is of niet goed functioneert, sluit het apparaat dan onmiddellijk af en neem
contact op met de klantenservice.
Alleen accessoires of reserveonderdelen die door de fabrikant zijn aanbevolen, kunnen worden gebruikt.
Anders neemt de fabrikant geen verantwoordelijkheid als gevolg hiervan.
Gebruik geen waterstralen bij het apparaat voor schoonmaak, en blokkeer de in-/uitlaat van het
apparaat niet.

1. Functionele Introductie
Dit product wordt vervaardigd door ons bedrijf, gecombineerd met voordelen uit binnen- en buitenland. Het is
nieuw qua ontwerp, redelijk qua structuur, eenvoudig in gebruik, volledig gemaakt van roestvrijstaal, duurzaam
in gebruik en gemakkelijk in onderhoud. De thermostatische regeling maakt de temperatuur vrij instelbaar op
een bepaald bereik in overeenstemming met voedselvereisten. Daarom is het de ideale uitrusting voor hotels,
supermarkten, restaurants, fastfoodrestaurants en de levensmiddelenindustrie.

CUBE – EC1/ EC2/ EC3/ EC4: email laag.

2.2 Werkingsprincipe
1. Hete luchtcirculatie: De motor drijft de ventilator aan om de warmte die wordt geproduceerd door
bekrachtiging van verwarmingselementen naar overal in de kamer te blazen om de temperatuur in balans
te houden. De geblazen wind refluxeert naar de elementen en zal na verwarming naar de kamer worden
geblazen. De procedure circuleert om de kamertemperatuur constant en uniform te houden.
2. Spuiten: CUBE – SS2/EC2 en CUBE – SS4/EC4 zijn uitgerust met een sproeifunctie. Druk op de sproei-
schakelaar, het water zal op de draaiende ventilator vallen en een wolk van mist vormen. De kamer is gevuld
met druppels om het voedsel vochtig te houden.
3. Oppervlakteverwarming: CUBE – SS3/EC3 en CUBE – SS4/EC4 zijn voorzien van een salamanderfunctie.
Warmte die wordt geproduceerd door bekrachtiging en verwarming van de bovenste verwarmings-
elementen, zal worden uitgestraald naar het voedseloppervlak om de kleur en glans donkerder te maken en
knapperig te maken.
