Ductless mini-splits solve the problem
of cooling and/or heating a space
when adding ductwork is impractical
or too expensive. With the split system
design, the condenser is located
outside and an unobtrusive air handler
is mounted inside. The systems fit
virtually anywhere and are simple to
install. With SEER ratings of 13.0,
they’re also economical to operate.
Mini-splits are ideal for a wide range

Quiet Operation
Quality components and advanced
engineering make mini-splits
exceptionally quiet. Most of the
operating noise stays outside with
the condenser, while the air handler
itself is whisper-quiet, thanks to
advanced design technology.
section uses low voltage wiring,
eliminating the time and cost required
to add a special electric line. Because
it’s so quiet, the outdoor condenser
can be located close to the house or
building, saving space. The compact
design easily blends with the
landscaping.
The low profile design of the indoor
unit means it can fit where other A/C
systems won’t. Air handlers extend just
6-1/2” to 7” into the room, depending
on the model chosen, offering flexibility
in installation.
Wide Range of Models and Sizes
There’s a mini-split system to fit just
about any installation, from single
rooms to expansive spaces. In addition
to an impressive array of features, our
mini-splits include a wide range of
capacities. Sizes are available in both
cooling only and heat pump models.

Cool or heat three rooms or one large area. Includes
three indoor air handlers (12,000 BTUH each), one
outside condenser and three full feature remotes.
Cool or heat two rooms or separate areas. Includes two
indoor air handlers (9,000 or 12,000 BTUH each), one
outside condenser and two full feature remotes.
Cool or heat a room without adding ductwork or
blocking a window. Includes one indoor air handler,
one outside condenser and one full feature remote.
Improved Indoor Air Quality
Triple filtration includes an electro-
static filter to remove smoke, dust and
pollen; a deodorizing filter to freshen
the air; and an anti-fungal filter to
prevent the growth of bacteria and
mold. Also, the unit can be operated
in the dehumidification mode only to
remove excess humidity from the
indoor air, further preventing mold,
mildew and other contamination.
Controls automatically set the temp
and airflow based on current room
temperature, for comfort in even the
most humid conditions.
Comfort Features

Simple Installation
Installation requires a hole 3” or less
in diameter to run refrigerant lines
and control wires between the indoor
and outdoor units. For multi-zone
units, a hole is needed for each
indoor air handler. Also, the indoor
