READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
1. Before connecting the appliance, check if the voltage indicated on the rating
plate corresponds with the mains voltage in your home.
2. Use the iron only for its intended purpose, for ironing fabrics on ironing
board. To protect against burns or injury to persons, do not iron or steam
fabrics while being worn on the body.
3. The iron should always be turned to the MIN setting before connecting or
disconnecting from the power supply. Do not pull on the cord to disconnect
the plug from the wall socket. Instead, grasp the plug and pull on the plug to
disconnect the iron.
4. If the power cord is damaged or defective, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualied persons in order to
avoid a hazard. Incorrect assembly might result in a risk of electric shock
when the iron is used after reassembly.
5. When you have nished ironing or when you are leaving iron unattended:
- turn the Steam Control Knob to NO STEAM position, and the Temperature
Control Dial to “0”
- stand the iron upright,
- disconnect the iron from the wall outlet.
6. The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance. Do not leave the iron unattended while the iron is connected or
on ironing board.
7. Do not immerse the iron or the cord into water or any other liquid.
8. Burns can occur from touching hot metal parts, hot water or steam. These
parts become hot and may cause burns. Take care if you turn the iron upside
downs: there may be not hot water in the tank.

9. The plug and cord should not be allowed to touch the hot sole plate. Let
the iron cool down completely before taking it away. Coil the cord loosely
around the iron for storage.
10. Always disconnect the iron from the wall outlet before lling with water or
when emptying the water after use.
11. To avoid an overloaded circuit, do not operate another high voltage
appliance in the same electric circuit.
12. If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, a cord with an ampere rating
equal to or greater than the iron shall be used. A cord for less amperage
can result in a risk of re or electric shock due to overheating. Care shall be
taken to arrange the cord so that it cannot be pulled or tripped over.
13. The iron must be used and rested on a stable surface. When placing the iron
on its Heel Rest, ensure that the surface on which the Heel Rest is placed is
stable.
14. The iron is not to be used if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of
damage or if it is leaking.
15. The iron is for household use only.
16. To protect against burns or injury to persons, do not direct steam toward
the body when ironing or self-cleaning.

HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
NOTE: · Some parts of the iron have been slightly greased and as a result, the iron may smoke
slightly when switched on for the rst time. It will not happen again after a few uses.
· Before using for the rst time remove any protective lms or stickers from the sole plate
and the cabinet. Clean the sole plate with a soft cloth.
· When using the iron for the rst time, test it on an old piece of fabric to ensure that the
sole plate and water tank are completely clean.
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the
risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to t into a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not t into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t, contact a
qualied electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
NOTE: This appliance requires a minimum of 1200 watts and it should be the only appliance
operating on the circuit.

POWER SUPPLY CORD
1. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in
or tripping over a longer cord.
2. If the power supply cord is too short, do not use an extension cord. Have a
qualied electrician or serviceman to install an outlet near the appliance.
3. If it is absolutely necessary to use longer cord sets or an extension cord, extreme
care must be exercised.
a) Use an extension cord rated no less than 10-amperes.
b) The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord must equal to
or be greater than the electrical rating of the appliance. The longer cord should
be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter top or table top where it
can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.

INSTALLATION GUIDE
1. Make sure that all the packing materials are removed from the steam iron
2. Check the steam iron for any damage. If there is any damage, do not operate the
steam iron. Contact the Customer Satisfaction Center, see page 10.
3. Make sure that the power supply cord is undamaged and does not run under the
steam iron or over any hot or sharp surface.
4. The receptacle used for power must be readily accessible so that the cord can be
quickly reached and easily unplugged in an emergency.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
HOW TO FILL WITH WATER
1. Set the Steam Control Knob to “0” and the
Temperature Control Dial to “MIN.”
2. Unplug the iron from the wall outlet, and wait for the
iron to cool down.
3. Pour water into the Water Inlet: -Fill up to the
maximum level “MAX.” Do not over ll.
CHOICE OF WATER
This iron can be used with normal tap water. If the water in your area is particularly
hard, it is advisable to use distilled or demineralized water. Do not use chemically
descaled water or any other liquids for relling.
TEMPERATURE SETTING
1. Stand the iron upright on a stable surface. Insert the plug in the wall socket.
2. Turn the Temperature Control Dial to the desired temperature setting.
3. The desired temperature has been reached when the thermostat operating light
has turned off. The thermostat operating light will turn on and off from time to
time, indicating that the selected temperature is being maintained.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL SETTING
1. Always check garment label for ironing instructions
before ironing garment.
2. First you should sort the laundry: Wool with wool,
Cotton with cotton etc. Start ironing the fabrics requiring
the lowest temperature and progress to the higher ones
because the iron heats up quicker than it cools down.
3. If the fabric consist of various kinds of bres (e.g. cotton
with polyester) you must always select the ironing
temperature for the material with the lowest advised
temperature.

FUNCTIONS
SPRAYING (ALL MODELS)
This function can be used with stream or dry ironing and does not affect the ironing
temperature.
1. Check the water level. Add water if needed.
2. Aim the nozzle towards the garment.
3. Press the Spray Button, . Repeat if spray does not
work immediately.
STEAM IRONING (ALL MODELS)
This function can be used only at higher ironing temperatures.
•• For moderate steam
••• or MAX For maximum steam
1. Check the water level. Add water if needed.
2. Stand the iron upright and be sure the temperature dial is set to MIN.
3. Plug the power cord into electrical outlet.
4. Turn the Temperature Control to the “••,” “•••” or MAX setting. Consider the
fabric type to be ironed.
5. The temperature operating indicator light turns off when the required
temperature is reached. The iron is ready for use. The light will go ON and OFF
while ironing.
6. Turn the Steam Knob to the required position, steam starts coming out from the
holes in the sole plate.
NOTE: With conventional steam ironing, water may leak from the sole plate if too low a
temperature as been selected. If this happens, turn the Temperature Control to the
advised position. Steam will recommence as soon as the appropriate temperature has
been reached.
DRY IRONING (ALL MODELS)
1. Ensure that the Steam Control Knob is in position “0.”
2. Select the setting on the Temperature Control. Consider the fabric type to be
ironed.
3. When the temperature operating indicator light turns off, the required
temperature is reached. The iron is ready for use.

BURST OF STEAM (ALL MODELS)
This function provides an extra amount of steam to remove stubborn wrinkles.
1. Check the water level. Add water if needed.
2. Turn the temperature control to the position “MAX.”
3. The temperature operating indicator light turns off when
the required temperature is reached.
4. The iron is ready for use.
5. Press the Burst of Steam button once, .
6. Steam will penetrate into the garment removing the
wrinkles.
7. Wait a few seconds before pressing the Steam Control
Knob again when there are stubborn wrinkles.
VERTICAL STEAMING (ALL MODELS)
To get better result when using vertical steam, hang
the garment on a clothes hanger. Curtains and drapes
may also be steamed once they’re hung. Hold the
iron away from your body, close to but not touching
the fabric. Pull the fabric tight with your free hand
and pump the Vertical Steam Button (Steam Button)
at 2-5 seconds intervals as you pass the iron over the
wrinkled fabric.
ANTI-DRIP SYSTEM
(ONLY APPLIES TO CCSI300 AND CCSI400)
When the temperature of the iron drops too low, the water chamber valve
automatically closes. This prevents hot water from spilling out through the vents of
the soleplate.
ANTI-CALC SYSTEM
(EXCLUDES MODELS CCSI100 AND CCSI200)
Your iron contains an anti-scale cartridge to reduce scale deposits.
This considerably prolongs the operational life of your iron.
The anti-scale cartridge is an integral part of the water tank and does not to be
replace.

AUTO SHUT-OFF (TIMED, 3-WAY, ETC) (ONLY APPLIES TO
CCSI200, CCSI300 AND CCSI400)
The Auto Shut-Off feature (or setting the thermostat to “OFF”) is not intended to
take the place of unplugging the cord. Disconnect the electric iron when not in use!
Even though the iron is unplugged the soleplate is still hot. Be sure to rest the iron
on its heel, away from fabric.
1. When the iron is not moved with the
soleplate facing down (Fig. A) or lying
on its side (Fig. B) for 30 to 35 seconds
approxinately, the iron will automatically
turn off the power to the heater.
2. When the iron is vertical on the Heel
Rest (Fig. C) for more than 8 to 9
minutes approximately, the iron will
automatically turn off the power to the
heater.
3. To turn the heater back on and resume
ironing, simply move the iron in any
direction. Place the iron on its Heel
Rest and allow the iron to reheat before
resuming ironing.
NOTE: · The Auto Shut-Off System works regardless of position of the Temperature Control
Knob.
HELPFUL TIPS
Always read garment labels and follow
the manufacturer’s ironing instructions.
• Sort the articles to be ironed
according to the type of fabric.
• You should rst iron garments
requiring low temperature to avoid
damaging them with an iron that is
too hot.
• If you are unsure of the fabric content of the garment, test a small area, such as
a seam or facing, before ironing a visible area. Start with a low temperature and
gradually increase the heat to nd the best setting.
• When changing the temperature from a high setting to a low setting, allow
approximately 5 minutes for the lower temperature to be reached.
• When steam ironing, use long, slow passes over the fabric. This will allow the
steam to penetrate the fabric while allowing the heat of the soleplate to dry out
the moisture.
• To iron linens, turn garment inside out. Be careful not to use and iron that is too
hot because the lining may melt or stick to the soleplate.
• To iron zippers, use an ironing cloth or make sure the zipper is closed and iron
over the ap. Never use iron over an unprotected zipper.

CLEANING AND CARE
SELF-CLEAN FUNCTION
You can use the self-clean function to remove scale and impurities. Use the self-clean
function once every two weeks. If the water in your area is very hard the self-clean
function should be used more frequently.
ATTENTION: FOR MODELS CCSI100 AND CCSI200 ONLY
1. Make sure the steam iron is unplugged and the temperature is in the MIN position.
2. Check the water level which should be lled to the maximum.
3. Plug the unit into the electrical outlet and set the iron on its heel on a at stable
surface.
4. Set the steam control to the self-clean setting and select maximum on the
temperature control dial.
5. When the temperature operating indicator light has gone out, unplug the unit.
6. Hold the iron horizontally over a sink, press and hold the steam control and gently
shake the unit forward and back.
NOTE: · Steam and hot water will come out of the vents of the soleplate. Flakes of impurities
if present will be ushed out.
7. Release the setam control when all of the water in the tank has been used.
Repeat the self-clean process if the iron still contains a lot of impurities.
ATTENTION: FOR MODELS CCSI300 AND CCSI400 ONLY
1. Make sure the appliance is unplugged.
2. Set the steam control knob to position “O”
3. Fill the water tank to maximum level.
4. Select the maximum ironing temperature.
5. Put the plug in the wall socket.
6. Unplug the iron when the amber temperature operating indicator light has gone
out.
7. Hold the iron over the sink, press and hold the self-clean button and gently
shake the iron and fro. (Steam and boiling water will come out of the soleplate.
Impurities and akes (if any) will be ushed out.)
Release the self-clean button as soon as all water in the tank has been used up.

CLEANING AND CARE
CLEANING THE EXTERIOR OF YOUR STEAM IRON
(ALL MODELS)
1. Turn the Temperature Control Dial to MIN, then disconnect the iron from the wall
outlet and let it cool down completely.
2. Deposits and other residues on the sole plate and can be removed with a cloth
soaked in a vinegar/water solution.
3. The casing may be wiped with a damp cloth and then polished with a dry one.
4. Never use any abrasives to clean the sole plate.
5. Keep the sole plate smooth; avoid contact with metal objects.
STORAGE (ALL MODELS)
1. Turn the Temperature Control to “•” and set the Steam Control Knob to position
“0” (no steam).
2. Disconnect the iron from the wall outlet.
3. Pour any remaining water out of the water tank.
4. Stand the iron upright and let it cool down completely.
5. The power cord can then be wound around the iron.
6. Always store the iron in an upright position.
SAFETY PROTECTIVE
CUT-OUT
In the unlikely event of the thermostat failing, the protection cut-out will operate to
prevent the iron overheating. Then the iron should be taken to the nearest authorized
service facility.

BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SERVICE
IF THE STEAM IRON FAILS TO OPERATE:
A) Check to make sure that the steam iron is plugged in securely. If it is not, remove
the plug from the outlet, wait 10 seconds and plug it in again securely.
B) Check for a blown circuit fuse or a tripped main circuit breaker. If these seem to
be operating properly, test the outlet with another appliance.
C) Vigorously move the iron to re-set the auto shut-off.
IF NONE OF THE ABOVE SOLVES THE PROBLEM, CONTACT A QUALIFIED
TECHNICIAN. DO NOT TRY TO ADJUST OR REPAIR THE STEAM IRON YOURSELF.

Any repair, replacement, or warranty service,
and all questions about this product should be
directed to W Appliance Co. at 1 (855) 855-
0294 from the USA or Puerto Rico.
W Appliance Co. warrants to the original purchaser
that the product will be free from defects in material,
parts and workmanship for the period designated for
this product. The warranty commences the day the
product is purchased and covers up to a period of
1 year (12 months) for labor/1 year (12 months) for
parts (manufacturing defects only)/carry in service.
W Appliance Co. agrees that it will, at its option,
replace the defective product with either a new or
remanufactured steam iron equivalent to your original
purchase during the warranty period.
Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to the
below:
1. If the appearance or exterior of
the product has been damaged or
defaced, altered or modied in design or
construction.
2. If the product original serial number
has been altered or removed or cannot
be readily determined.
3. If there is damaged due to power line
surge, user damage to the AC power
cord or connection to improper voltage

4. If damage is due to general misuse,
accidents or acts of God.
5. If repair attempts are done by
unauthorized service agents, use of
parts other than genuine parts or parts
obtained from persons other than

LIRE TOUTES LES INSTRUCTIONS AVANT
UTILISATION
1. Avant de brancher l’appareil, vériez si la tension indiquée sur la plaque
signalétique correspond à la tension secteur de votre domicile.
2. Utilisez le fer uniquement pour l’usage prévu, pour repasser les tissus sur la
planche à repasser. Pour protéger contre les brûlures ou les blessures aux
personnes, ne pas repasser vaporiser les tissus lorsque vous les portez sur le
corps.
3. Le fer doit toujours être réglé sur MIN avant de brancher ou de débrancher
l’alimentation. Ne tirez pas sur le cordon pour débrancher la che de la prise
murale. Saisissez plutôt la che et tirez sur la che pour débrancher le fer.
4. Si le cordon électrique est endommagé ou défectueux, il doit être changé par
le fabricant, son représentant de service après-vente ou toute autre personne
également qualiée, an d’éviter tout problème de sécurité. Un remontage
incorrect peut entraîner un risque de choc électrique lorsque le fer est utilisé
après le remontage.
5. Lorsque vous avez ni de repasser ou lorsque vous laissez le fer sans surveillance:
- placez le Bouton de Commande de la Vapeur sur “0” et le Cadran de Réglage de la
Température sur “OFF” ou MIN
- placez le fer debout,
- débranchez le fer de la prise murale.
6. Cet appareil n’est pas conçu pour être utilisé par des personnes (y compris des

des brûlures. Faites attention si vous renversez le fer: il peut y avoir de l’eau
chaude dans le réservoir.
9. La che et le cordon ne doivent pas toucher la semelle chaude. Laissez le fer
refroidir complètement avant de le retirer. Enroulez le cordon librement autour du
fer pour le ranger.
10. Débranchez toujours le fer de la prise murale avant de le remplir d’eau ou de le
vider après usage.
11. Pour éviter un circuit surchargé, ne faites pas fonctionner un autre appareil à
haute tension sur le même circuit électrique.
12. Si une rallonge est absolument nécessaire, il faut utiliser un cordon avec un
ampérage égal ou supérieur à la valeur maximale du fer. Un cordon pour moins
d’ampérage peut entraîner un risque d’incendie ou d’électrocution en raison
d’une surchauffe. Il faut prendre soin de ranger le cordon an que le cordon ne
puisse pas être tiré ou trébuché.
13. Le fer doit être utilisé et posé sur une surface stable. En plaçant le fer à repasser
sur son Repose-Talon, s’assurer que la surface sur laquelle le Repose-Talon est
placé, est stable.
14. Le fer à repasser ne doit pas être utilisé s’il a été échappé, s’il y a des signes
visibles de dommages ou en cas de fuite.
15. Le fer est pour usage domestique seulement.
16. Pour protéger des brûlures ou des blessures aux personnes, ne dirigez pas la
vapeur vers le corps lors du repassage ou de l’auto-nettoyage.
SAUVEGARDER CES INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: • Certaines parties du fer ont été légèrement graissées et, par conséquent, le fer risque
de fumer légèrement lorsqu’il est allumé pour la première fois. Cela ne se produira pas à
nouveau après quelques utilisations.
• Avant la première utilisation, retirez tous les lms ou autocollants de protection de la semelle
et du boîtier. Nettoyez la semelle avec un chiffon doux.
• Lors de l’utilisation du fer à repasser pour la première fois, le tester sur un vieux morceau de
tissu pour s’assurer que la semelle et le réservoir d’eau sont complètement propres.
EXIGENCES ÉLECTRIQUES
Cet appareil a une che polarisée (une lame est plus large que l’autre). Pour réduire
le risque de décharge électrique, cette prise est prévue pour s’adapter dans une prise
polarisée d’une seule façon. Si la che ne s’enfonce pas complètement dans la prise, la
brancher dans l’autre sens. Si elle ne s’enfonce toujours pas, contactez un électricien
qualié. Ne pas tenter de modier la che de quelque façon que ce soit.
REMARQUE: Cet appareil nécessite un minimum de 1200 watts et devrait être le seul appareil à
fonctionner sur le circuit.

CORDON D’ALIMENTATION
1. Un cordon d’alimentation court est fourni pour réduire le risque de se prendre dans ou
trébucher sur un cordon plus long.
2. Si le cordon d’alimentation est trop court, n’utilisez pas de rallonge. Ayez un électricien
qualié ou un réparateur pour installer une prise près de l’appareil.
3. S’il est absolument nécessaire d’utiliser des ensembles de cordons plus longs ou une
rallonge, des soins extrêmes doivent être exercés.
a) Utilisez une rallonge évaluée à au moins 10 ampères.
b) Le calibre électrique indiqué du cordon ou de la rallonge doit être égal ou supérieur à la
puissance électrique de l’appareil. Le cordon plus long doit être placé de sorte qu’il ne
dépasse pas le dessus du comptoir ou le dessus de la table où il peut être tiré par des
enfants ou trébuché involontairement.

GUIDE D’INSTALLATION
1. Assurez-vous que tous les matériaux d’emballage sont retirés du fer à vapeur
2. Vériez si le fer à repasser est endommagé. En cas de dommage, ne pas utiliser le fer à

3. Assurez-vous que le cordon d’alimentation n’est pas endommagé et ne se trouves pas
sous le fer à vapeur ou sur une surface chaude ou coupante.
4. Le réceptacle utilisé pour l’alimentation électrique doit être facilement accessible an
que le cordon puisse être rapidement atteint et facilement débranché en cas d’urgence.

COMMENT REMPLIR D’EAU
1. Réglez le Bouton de Commande de la Vapeur sur “0” et le
Sélecteur de Température sur “MIN”.
2. Débranchez le fer de la prise murale et attendez que le fer
refroidisse.
3. Versez de l’eau dans l’Entrée d’Eau: -Remplissez jusqu’au
niveau maximum “MAX.” Ne pas trop remplir.
CHOIX DE L’EAU
Ce fer peut être utilisé avec de l’eau du robinet normale. Si l’eau dans votre région
est particulièrement dure, il est conseillé d’utiliser de l’eau distillée ou déminéralisée.
N’utilisez pas d’eau détartrée chimiquement ou tout autre liquide pour le remplissage.
REGLAGE DE LA TEMPERATURE
1. Placez le fer debout sur une surface stable. Insérez la che dans la prise murale.
2. Tournez le Cadran de Réglage de la Température sur le réglage de température
souhaité.
3. La température souhaitée a été atteinte lorsque le voyant du thermostat s’est
éteint. Le voyant lumineux s’allume et s’éteint de temps en temps, ce qui indique
que la température choisie est maintenue.
REGLAGE DE LA TEMPERATURE
1. Vériez toujours l’étiquette du vêtement pour les instructions
de repassage avant de repasser le vêtement.
2. Tout d’abord, vous devez trier la lessive: laine avec laine,
coton avec coton, etc. Commencez à repasser les tissus
nécessitant la plus basse température et continuez vers les
températures les plus hautes car le fer se réchauffe plus vite
qu’il ne se refroidit.
3. Si le tissu est composé de différents types de bres (par
exemple du coton avec du polyester), vous devez toujours sélectionner la
température de repassage pour le matériau présentant la température la plus
basse recommandée.
