Quick Start Guide
This guide is to assist you in the installation of the Comms365 SD - ONE appliance.
Inside the box you will find:
!1 x SD - ONE appliance
!1 x Power supply unit
!3 x RJ45 cables (pink, orange and purple)
Depending on the SD - ONE Package and options you have chosen, your SD-ONE
device will be pre-configured to support 2 or 3 legs. All you will need to do is insert
the LAN and WAN cables as detailed on the reverse of this guide and power on the
appliance. You will then need to contact Comms365 to arrange remote
optimisation.

OPTIMISATION
As part of the set-up, Comms365 will remotely optimise your SD - ONE
appliance for optimal performance. Send an Optimisation Request Ticket to
the Comms365 Helpdesk https://comms365.mojohelpdesk.com/ or phone
01234 865880, Option 2, to schedule a date and time for optimisation.
SET-UP
To set up your SD - ONE appliance, use the RJ45 cables to connect the SD-ONE LAN
and WAN ports as detailed in the table below. Once you have done this, plug the
power supply into the port labelled ‘12V DC’ to start the unit.
