file format, the Gemi i 4:4:4 automatically up-co verts (up-reses) to 4:4:4.
This is accomplished by usi g a sophisticated routi e that uses the weighted
average of earby pixels to e sure that the 4:4:4 is of high quality, eve whe
the source video is 4:2:2.

The Gemi i 4:4:4 SSD's ca Perform up to 400MBps. Keep i mi d you will be
limited by the slowest media i the tra sfer process. For example: eSATA
3Gbps cards have a max performa ce of ~270MBps, a d eSATA 1.5Gbps have a
max performa ce of ~130MBps.
Typical Hard Drives (No -Raid) ge erally perform a ywhere i the ra ge of 80-
130MBps. For maximum performa ce, make sure you are usi g eSATA 6 Gbps
to a Raid co figuratio .
File Support
The Gemini 4:4:4 eco de accepts inputs f om both HD-SDI 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 came as.
