CONWIN Helium / Hi-Float User manual

Helium / Hi-Float™ Adapter
Instruction Sheet
1Hold the balloon under the
Helium/Hi-Float Adapter with
the silver outlet in the center of the
balloon.
2Press the pump to inject the Hi-
Float into the body of the bal-
loon. Rub the balloon to evenly coat
the inside of the balloon with Hi-Float
– be sure not to get Hi-Float into the
neck of the balloon.
3Tap the foot pedal of the
Duplicator 2 or Dual Sizer to
automatically inflate the balloon to
the perfect size.
4Pinch the neck of the balloon and
remove it from the filling outlet.
Wipe off any excess Hi-Float from the
outlet.
Hi-Float™ Adapter - Set Up
1Firmly press-fit connect the
Helium/Hi-Float Adapter on to
the outlet of the Hi-Float pump. The
Adapter has a locking ring that will
hold it in place.
Removing the Helium/Hi-Float™ Adapter
To release the Helium/Hi-Float Adapter from the Hi-
Float pump press the locking ring down with your finger
nails. This will release the Adapter and it will easily slide
off the pump. Be sure to depress the locking ring fully
before pulling the Adapter off the pump.
Maintenance Tips
•Always cover the tip of the Helium/Hi-Float Adapter with the red plastic Hi-
Float pump cap when the unit is not in use. This prevents Hi-Float from clogging
the Adapter. (Note, if you misplace the pump cap, a 5-inch or smaller balloon
stretched over the tip works well.)
• If Hi-Float clogs the Helium/Hi-Float Adapter remove the Adapter from the
pump and flush it with warm water. Warm water dissolves dried Hi-Float.
2Attach the helium line to the fill-
ing outlet of a Duplicator 2 infla-
tor or Dual Split-Second Sizer. 3Set the Duplicator 2 or Dual
Sizer to the appropriate size set-
ting for 11-inch or larger balloons.
Note, if using a Dual Sizer, be sure to
set the inflator mode to operate from
one outlet – not both.
4Place the Hi-Float clip on the
stem of the Hi-Float pump. (Clips
are included with the Hi-Float pump.)
See www.Hi-Float.com for Hi-Float
recommendations.

• If the balloons are going to be
