48 liters brewer in stainless steel where you mash, sparge, boil and cool
in the same vessel. Recomended max batch size 42 liter and 14 kg of grains

1. Mounting of pump
1. First use
a) Fill the mashtun (1) with at least 10 liters of warm water and detergent (dosing
according to the manufacturer's instructions).
b) Insert malt basket without handle and with upper perforated plate in the
mashtun and connect the pump to the tap (4).
c) Start the pump and circulate for at least 5 minutes.
d) Try to rinse the whole minimum basket by moving the return pipe and control
the water rate.
e) Lift out the entire basket and insert cooling coil (18) into the mashtun and
repeat point d.
f) Rinse clean malt basket and other small parts with tap water.
g) Pour clean water and rinse mashtun with tap water.
h) Fill mashtun with 10 liters of clean tap water without detergent and repeat
the entire cleaning procedure from point b.
i) We recommend rinsing equipment at least twice with tap water
most recipes and malt quantities, we recommend 3.5 liters of water per kilo of
malt. E.g using 10 kg malt you should prepare 35 liters of water

2. Mashing
Brewing

pump silicone hose using the supplied hose clamps.

d) The pump is ready to connect to the tap (4) by quick coupling (14).

3. Sparging
b) Lift the malt basket and place it on the edge of the mashtun on the
accompanying feet.
c) Start heating at max power by pressing the POWER button,
select 3200W.
d) Begin the sparge with the calculated amount of water until you reach the
desired level boiling volume.
e) For smoother sparging you can use Coobra Sparge Water Heater heater
together with pump and sparge arm, you simply connect the pump hose to the
controlled with the ball coupling on the circulation tube.

4. Wortboiling and cooling
a) When the wort starts to boil foam, use the paddle to gently stir
and pat it so it doesn't foam over.

target temp and before the countdown is finished.

In Recipe mode, before starting the machine, choose one of recipes saved, and press“R”
button to see each setting of each step to review the recipe.

go back to standby state, press “Start ” button for 3
seconds.After hearinga beep,setting isdeleted.
In Manual mode or Recipe mode, if the boiling
temperatureisnotasaccurateasthethermometer,
press“-”and”+” buttonsimultaneouslyfor3seconds
and correct the displayed temperature by up to +10
℃or -10℃by pressing the “+” or ”-” button. Wait 5
seconds to save the selected value.
Youcouldalsocorrectthetemperaturebeforeusing
themachine.Onceit’s corrected,itwouldbesaved
andyoudon’tneedtocorrectagaininnexttime
unless temperature is not accurate again.

Hop alert function
Inlast step of usual brewing, target temperature would be set 100
℃
toboil several
differenthopsatdifferenttime.Hopalertfunctionisatimertoremindusertoadd
hops.
InManualmodeandRecipemode,hopalertcanonlybesetbeforestartingthe
programme.But in saving the Recipe mode, hop alert can’t be memorized as
power/temp/time.
HopAlertusuallyworksatthelastboilingstep,forexampleyouset"HopAlert1,2,
3,...10"beforeStart,"HopAlert1"willnotcountdownuntilthecurrenttempreaches
to 100℃, and then "Hop Alert2/3/4.../10" counts down after " Hop Alert
1/2/3..../9" finishes.
Max 10 Hop Alert timers can be set in both mode.
When the timer of one ofhop alerts finish counting down, machine would beep.
Press “Time” button to stop the beep.
