Heavy-duty Medical Treadmills for reliable CPET Testing
The Trackmaster TMX425C is a medical
treadmill specifically designed to be inter-
faced with and controlled by Cardiac and
Pulmonary Stress Testing Systems. The se-
rial cable allows software to command the
treadmill to speed up, incline, etc.
The high performance Trackmaster tread-
mill easily handles the tough requirements
of hospital wellness programs,physical ther-
apy and cardiac rehabilitation programs.
Smooth, quiet and reliable operations are
guaranteed by the special design with abso-
lute safety and comfort of the patient.
The Trackmaster TMX425C is made of an all-
steel chassis that guarantees solidity and
heavy duty capabilities.

The treadmill comes with a simple and intui-
tive rail-mounted controller display that also
allows the use of the treadmill independent-
ly from the stress system.
The large (length: 160; width: 60 cm) cush-
ioned deck absorbs impacts while provid-
ing plenty of room to run or walk, and ergo-
nomically designed handrails inspire patient
confidence.
The patented underside of the running belt
prevents any lateral movement and elimi-
nates belt alignment issues.
An additional handrail is available to meet
every patient sizes and it can be easily
mounted without the requirement of tools.
The Trackmaster TMX425C is self-calibrating,
virtually maintenance-free and the safety
features include a low profile deck, incred-
ibly smooth belt operation and an easy-to-
reach emergency stop switch.

Manual controller
The treadmill comes with a manual controller allowing
personal treadmill operation, while giving the user control
of speed and elevation functions without interfering with
medical usage.
Trackmaster Technology
The powerful and quiet drive assembly has modular com-
ponents designed for quick replacement, if maintenance is
required.
Adjustable Handrail
The handrail can be mounted in few minutes without the
need of tools. It can provide 20 cm of vertical adjustment to
accomodate patients of all statures.

Emergency Stop Button
The emergency stop button can be installed anywhere on
the treadmill handrails. For patient safety, it is specifically
designed to resist accidental contact and has a spring-load-
ed “twist reset” for reaming.

Trackmaster TMX425C can be easily inte-
grated with COSMED systems for cardiopul-
monary exercise testing:

Cushioned and Reversible Running Desk
The deck is mounted on shock absorbing isolators to mini-
mize impact stress guaranteeing maximum patient comfort
and safety. A V-guide on the underside of the running belt
prevents any lateral movement of the belt and eliminates
belt alignment issues.
Elevation System
The smooth, quiet, linear actuator elevation system pro-
vides an elevation range of up to 25%. Elevation system is
self-calibrating.
