CostaLab garansce per le apparecchiature di
propria costruzione e recan il proprio marchio,
l’assenza di dife di costruzione. La garanzia è
valida per il normale impiego ed è intesa nella
maniera seguente:
• E’ riconosciuto un periodo di garanzia di
due anni dalla data di vendita del prodoo.
• La garanzia copre dife propri del prodoo
ma non imputabili all’uso errato o impro-
prio.
• In parcolar modo, la garanzia non copre
dife provoca dall’uso di disposivi di ali-
mentazione diversi o incompabili da quelli
indica nelle istruzioni.
• Essendo i prodo fabbrica a mano con
criteri comunque di alta ingegnerizzazione
logica e progeuale, eventuali ma non
auspicabili dife imputabili a errori di co-
struzione, saranno ripara gratuitamente.
• Le sole spese di trasporto dei prodo da e
verso il nostro laboratorio per riparazione
sono da intendersi a carico del cliente.
• Sono esclusi dalla garanzia le par in gom-
ma, le manopole e le par usurabili col
normale ulizzo.
• La garanzia decade automacamente qua-
lora il cliente, senza la nostra autorizzazio-
ne scria, manomea le apparecchiature
nel tentavo di ripararle o per apportare
modiche o variazioni al prodoo originale.
L’adempimento degli obblighi di cui sopra esau-
risce la nostra garanzia e ci esonera da ogni re-
sponsabilità per danni dire o indire e per
qualsiasi altro tolo con nessuna esclusione o
eccezione.

CostaLab guarantees for the products and the
equipment with their brand, the absence of
structural defects.This is because before being
placed on the market, the products are regularly
tested to idenfy any anomalies. The warranty
covers normal use of the products and is under-
stood as follows:
• The warranty period is of two years from
the sale date.
• The warranty covers defects in the product
but not aributable to incorrect or impro-
per use of this equipment.
• The warranty does not valid for defects
caused by use of dierent or incompable
power devices than those indicated in the
instrucon.
• The CostaLab products are handmade with
high engineering standards. Possible, but
not desirable, defects due to construcon
errors, will be repaired free of charge.
• Only the cost to delivery products to and
from our workshop for repair are to be
understood by the customer.
• Are excluded from the warranty: rubber
parts, knobs, and parts that wear out with
normal use.
• The warranty is void automacally if the
customer, without our wrien permission,
tamper with equipment in an aempt to
repair or to make changes or modicaons
to the original product.
The respect of these obligaons ended our gua-
rantee. We are exempt from any liability for any
damage direct or indirect, and any other tle
with no exclusions or excepons.

Il Costalab Compressor è stato progeato per fornire al suono della chitarra e del basso una spinta e una soce
profondità data dalla signicava compensazione della dinamica.
Posizionato prima di una catena di ee o davan a un amplicatore, rende bene l’idea di com’è possibile
riprodurre, araverso il proprio playing, sonorità evocave di cennaia di brani famosi.
Da una ritmica funk a un solo con il suono completamente pulito, o a un ri in sle conutry, o ad uno slap col
vostro basso, questo pedale diventerà l’ingrediente basilare del vostro suono, aiutando a conferire compaezza alla
vostra esecuzione.

il compendio necessario alla costruzione del vostro suono.
Grazie alla scelta di componen altamente seleziona, in special modo del circuito integrato che è il cuore di
questo apparecchio, il pedale manene un rispeo mbrico del vostro suono eccellente e una silenziosità fuori della
norma.
Descrizione e Collegamen
Presa jack “In”: conneere in questa presa il jack proveniente dalla chitarra o dal basso.
Presa jack “Out”: conneere in questa presa il jack direo al disposivo seguente o all’amplicatore.
Presa “Dc In”: conneere in questa presa il plug dell’alimentatore esterno (consultare le caraerische soo indi-
cate).
Footswitch: premendo questo pulsante l’eeo viene avato, contemporaneamente il led si accende; premendolo
di nuovo l’eeo viene disavato e il led si spegne. Il sistema di avazione è del po “true bypass” ed è munito
di sistema an-pop.
Indicatore Led: il led di colore rosso è acceso quando l’eeo è in funzione.
Manopola “Level”: questa manopola regola il volume del compressore. Ruotandola verso destra il volume aumen-
ta, mentre diminuisce ruotandola verso sinistra.
Manopola “Sustain”: questa manopola regola la quantà di compressione. Ruotandola verso destra la compressio-
ne aumenta, mentre diminuisce ruotandola verso sinistra.
Baeria: il pedale è alimentato mediante una baeria a 9 volt po MN1604. Il circuito viene acceso inserendo il Jack
di ingresso. Per installare e/o sostuire la baeria è suciente rimuovere la vite di ssaggio dell’apposito sportellino
posto sul fondo del box. Per prolungare la vita della baeria è opportuno togliere il jack di ingresso quando si smee
di usare il pedale. Se non si ulizza la baeria per un lungo periodo di tempo è consigliato di rimuoverla dall’interno
del pedale. La baeria non è inclusa.
Alimentazione esterna: è possibile alimentare il pedale con un alimentatore esterno a 9 volt DC che si connee per
mezzo del classico conneore DC da 2,1 mm con negavo centrale. L’assorbimento di corrente è inferiore a 20 mA..
E’ necessario ulizzare un alimentatore ltrato e stabilizzato po Boss PSA o equivalente. L’ulizzo di un alimentato-
re diverso può generare rumori indesidera e, in casi parcolari, può causare la roura del prodoo. E’ comunque
possibile mantenere la baeria all’interno del pedale anche quando questo è alimentato tramite la presa DC, perché
il sistema di alimentazione esterna è in grado di escluderla automacamente.
Misure: il pedale misura 118x60x34mm escluse le manopole e i Jack.

Due of the choice of selected components, especially the IC that is the heart of this device, the pedal preserves
the mbre of your excellent sound and a superior noiseless.
Descripon and Connecons
“In” jack: connect this jack by the jack from your guitar or bass.
“Out” jack: connect this jack directly to the next device or amplier.
“DC In” jack: connect this jack by the plug from the external power supply (see features below).
Footswitch: press this buon to acvate the eect, at the same me the led light is on. Pressing it again the eect
is turned o and the led turns o. The acvaon system is a “true bypass” and is equipped with an an-pop device.
Led Indicator: the blue led is on when the eect is engaged.
“Level” Knob: it adjusts the compressor volume. Rotate it CW to increase it; rotate it CCW to decrease it.
“Sustain” Knob: it adjusts the amount of compression. Rotate it CW to in-crease it; rotate it CCW to decrease it.
Baery: the pedal is powered by a 9 volt baery type MN1604. The circuit is switched on by inserng the input jack.
To put or replace the baery just re-move the screw securing the special panel on the boom of the box. In order
to prolong the baery life you should remove the input jack when you stop using the pedal. If you do not use the
baery for a long me is advised to remove it from the pedal. Baery not included.
External Power Supply: you can he pedal is powered at 9 volts DC, which connects by the classic DC 2.1 mm plug
with negave center (Tip-VE). The power consumpon is less than 20 mA. You must use a ltered and stabilized
power supply like Boss PSA type or equivalent. Using a dierent power supply can generate unwanted noise and, in
special cases, can cause damage of the de-vice. You can keep the baery inside the pedal even when it is powered
through the external power supply because the DC plug system is able to automacally exclude it.
Measurement: pedal measures 118x60x34mm not considering jacks and knob.
