A. Loosely attach the wing knob
and rope guide (opening facing the
rear) to the upper handle.
B. Pull the starter rope handle and route
the starter rope through the rope
guide.Tighten the wing knob.
Remove the screws from the chute base.
Position the chute assembly on the chute
base and secure with the screws just removed.

A. Remove the wing knobs and carriage bolts
from the upper portion of the lower handle.
B. Pivot the upper handle upward.
C. Reattach the wing knobs to secure
the handle.
Place the chute handle on the lower chute
aligned in the channel and snapped into place

A. Connect an extension cord
to the electric starter outlet.
B. Plug the other end of the
extension cord into a three-
prong 120-volt, grounded,
AC receptacle.
Push primer
three times.
Fill fuel tank with clean,
fresh gasoline. Do not fill
above the base of fuel
tank neck.
Pour the entire contents
of the oil bottle
(included in carton) into
the oil fill.
B. When engine starts,
slowly move choke
control into the Run
position.
C. Disconnect cord from
power receptacle first
and then from snow
thrower’s outlet.
A. To start engine,
push down
on starter button.
Insert the key into the key switch until the key
snaps into place. Do not turn the key!
Move the choke control
into the Choke position.
