FRONT PANEL
1. Power switch tums AC power on or of.
2. Power Indicator LED vil be it when the
untis tumed on,
3. Line In jack is used as a direct input to the
power amp. It can be used in conjunction
with the Line Out jack (4) as an effects
loop.
4. Line Out jack is used to Ink the
GX600HIGX-1600H to — adătional
ampiters Or to connect the amp to a tape
recorder. Smplv run a cable from th jack
to the input of another amplifier or tape
deck Extemal speakers can not be
hooked up to this jack.

Channel Select|Reverb footswitch

CHANNEL 8 CONTROLS
7. Bright switch affects the branco of the
gutars sound by adding additional "ote" or
Sharpness. This wich affects only
Channel B.

conjunction with the Bright switch (7

CHANNEL A CONTROLS

Channel A. When tumed to the lef, a
setting wih heavy emphasis on midrange
is achieved, When rotated to the right, the
amp creates a at” sound with extra boost
‘on lows and highs.

18. Level control sets the overall volume and
should be used in conjunction with the
Gain control (18)
19. Gain sets the amount of gain for Channel
A and is used lo vary the amount of
distortion. Minimal distortion is achieved
vith this contralrotaled counter-clockwse.
A fuly clockwise setting creates maximum
distortion
INPUT SECTION
20. -6dB Input jack aiso accepts a standard
1a" jack but is padded 6dB for hotter
inputs such as tape decks or gutars wih
hot pickups. If both jacks are used, this
input is not padded and wil be equal to the
dB input jack
21. 048 Input jack accepts a standard 14
phone plug and is suitable for any kw lo
Īne level signal source such as an electric
gutar.
REAR PANEL
22. Extemal Speaker jacks are used to
connect the speakers to the power amp.
The GX-600HIGX-1600H extemal jacks
aro hooked up in parallel, so adding
addtional speakers wal wer the total load
impedance cf the power amp. Do not go
below 2 ohms total load impedance.
23. Power Cord: Your GX-600HIGX-1600H
is equipped with a heavy-duty grounded
three-wire power cord. Be sure this cord is
Properly plugged into a safely wired
grounded 120 vot, 60 Hz AC power cult
before use. (I your GX-600H/GX-1600H
was purchased outside the United States,
refer to the rear panel for power ratings).
For your safety, never attempt to defeat
the ground connection on this cord
