D. Compressor maintenance
1. Clean the compressor after every use.
2. After every use, rain the water collecte in the pressure re ucer bowl, pressing upwar s
the valve place on the bottom si e of the cup (oputlet must be pressurize )
3. Once every three months, clean the filter of the pressure re ucer by blowing with
compresse air.(see picture)

3. Do not operate the compressor in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liqui s, gases
or ust.
4. Always make sure the unit is unplugge from the electrical line befor performing any service, maintenance or
cleaning.

1. After taking the compressor out of its packaging, please check it carefully for any amages ue to shipping.
2. Install the compressor on a flat surface in a suitable size , ry room with goo ventilation, where the
temperature is not likely to rise above 35°C.
3. Be sure the electrical line rating is proper to the appliance (refer to the ata label), The electrical circuit nee s to
be connecte to groun an protecte with a fuse.
4. Dispose of the packing material in compliance with the regulations in the county or state where the compressor
is installe .
1. Connect the equipment for your application to the outgoing 1/8" male fitting at the front
of the water separator, to prevent the connecting fitting leaking air you shoul always apply
teflon tape to the threa of the fitting.
2. Connect the compressor to a protecte power supply line with the same voltage as specifie
on the pro uct label.

4. Compressor running is controlle automatically by a pressure switch, referring to the pressure in the outlet.
Avoi using the compressor for a continuously working time longer than 10 min. an make the compressor have a
15 min. rest every 10 min. working cycle. Motor is equippe with a thermal protector with automatic reset.
