This manual should be kept available to ope ating and maintenance
pe sonnel.
A pe son who has not ead and unde stood all ope ating and safety
inst uctions is not qualified to ope ate the machine.

V THEORY AND OBSERVATIONS OF WARMER OPERATION
The Bulk, Nacho and Po tion Pak Wa me is designed to wa m and display p e-packaged cheese and
chip p oducts. The unit is designed with a heating element and blowe to ci culate wa med ai in the
cabinet.
Adjustable wi e shelves and a backlit sign compliment the Bulk and Nacho Wa me unit fo display
pu poses.
The Po tion Pak Wa me has wi e shelves and a backlit sign.
VI CONTROL SWITCH
ROCKER SWITCH -Tu ns light and cabinet heat ON/OFF
VII INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Loca ion
Choose a location fo you C eto s machine to maximize the ease of ope ation and
maintenance p ocedu es. Check you local building and fi e codes fo location est ictions.
2. Power Supply
Check the nameplate to dete mine the equi ed powe supply.
Connect you wa me only to the co ect powe sou ce. Failu e to do so may esult in
pe sonal inju y o death and may damage you wa me .
Make ce tain the Rocke Switch on the wa me is in the 'OFF' position when plugging
into powe sou ce. Failu e to do so may esult in pe sonal inju y o death and may
damage you wa me .
3. Af er Connec ing Warmer o Power Supply
The unit's ope ation can be cont olled by the backlit ocke switch located above the
plexiglass doo .

VIII SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
In the case of imp ope ope ation, qualified pe sonnel only should pe fo m the
following diagnostic checks, and, if necessa y, co esponding adjustments and epai s.
Many of the following p ocedu es p esent an elect ical shock haza d and can cause
se ious inju y o death.
1. Par s
When o de ing pa ts, efe to the attached pa ts diag am. Always supply the se ial
numbe , model numbe , and voltage of you wa me .
IX TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. Problem - Cabine Will No Hea
QUESTION: Do any of the othe components wo k - blowe , light, etc.?
NO! Check powe supply:
A. Is it plugged in?
B. Is the eceptacle live?
C. Is machine plugged into the p ope voltage? Measu e with voltmete and compa e
to specification on nameplate of machine.
Do not attempt elect ical epai s on the powe supply ci cuit unless you a e
qualified to do so. The elect ical shock associated with line voltages can cause
se ious inju y o death.
YES!
A. P oblem is in machine.
If blowe uns, but ai is cold, check the two the mostats and heat element. To check
the the mostats and heat element, pe fo m the following ope ations:
A) Unplug machine.
B) To gain access to the top the mostat on the Po tion Pak and both the mostats on the
Nacho Wa me , emove the top of the machine by emoving the sc ews on the top.
On the Po tion Pak, to gain access to the bottom the mostat and element, emove the
f ont sign and pe fo ated wi e gua d on the inside.
C) Using a multimete , check the continuity between the te minals of each
the mostat. Remove wi e. If eading is not equal to '0' ohms, the the mostat is
faulty. Replace the mostat.

D) Using multimete , check continuity of the heat element. Remove the wi e f om one
te minal. The mete should ead 36 Ω (ohms) fo 120 volt o 144 Ω fo 230-volt
machine. Replace the heat element.
If blowe does not un, pe fo m the following ope ation:
A) Unplug machine.
B) Remove the top of the machine by emoving the sc ews at the top.
C) Remove sign.
D) Using a multi mete , check Ohm on the moto . If the eading is equal to '0" o infinite
(∞) Ohm (Ω), eplace the moto .
X OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Do not attempt to ope ate you C eto s wa me until you have ead and
unde stood this manual. Failu e to do so may esult in se ious inju y o death.
2. Do not attempt to ope ate you C eto s wa me unless the installation inst uctions
have been st ictly adhe ed to. Failu e to do so may esult in se ious inju y o
death.
3. This wa me is designed to wa m p e-packaged aseptic sealed food p oducts. Failu e to use
p epackaged sealed p oducts may esult in illness to you custome s.
4. Place p epackaged food p oducts on wi e shelves.
5. Tu n ‘ON’ ocke switch located above the plexiglass doo s.
6. Allow sufficient time fo unit to wa m p epackaged food p oducts befo e se ving to
custome s.
7. Ope ate you wa me only if it is in sanita y condition (SANITATION
INSTRUCTIONS). Failu e to do so may esult in illness to you custome s.
XI SANITATION INSTRUCTIONS
Be ce tain the machine is tu ned ‘OFF’ and powe is unplugged befo e sanitizing this
machine. Failu e to do so could esult in inju y o death.

Do not clean heated su faces until they have been given sufficient time to cool.
Failu e to do so may esult in se ious bu ns.
The cabinet can be cleaned with any good g ade glass o household cleane suitable
fo stainless steel su faces. A cleaning agent that is acceptable fo food contact
su faces a e ecommended.
