The product consists of precision electric parts. Do not
dismantle the product by yourself. Treat the product

Do not wear the product in the environment of severely
cold, extremely hot, or rapid changing temperatures.

Always keep the sensor surface clean.
When cleaning the product, use a soft cloth and clean
water without detergents or solvents.
If the product has abnormal functions or water mist, take

3. General information about this
product
3.1. Water resistance
The product is water resistant to 3 bar. The product can be
worn while washing hands. The product cannot be worn while
swimming, diving, in the sauna, etc.
In order to maintain the waterproof function:
Do not press any button under the water.
3.2. Influences on measuring accuracy
Optical heart rate measuring: The product
measures your heart rate at your wrist, using an optical
sensor. A chest belt is not required when using this
method.
