4.4 Button Functions
4.4.1 Start button:
When the power is on, press the rotation knob to start the treadmill.
4.4.2 Stop button:
When the treadmill is in running state, press the rotation knob for 3-5 seconds to stop the
treadmill.
4.4.3 Pause button:
When the treadmill is in running state, press the rotation knob once to pause the treadmill/
4.4.4 Program button:
When the treadmill is in standby state, press Program button to choose manual mode or
automatic program (P1 - P12); the default setting is manual mode.
4.4.5 Mode button:
Three different countdown modes are available in standby mode: Time countdown mode, Distance
countdown mode, and Calorie countdown mode. Use the rotation knob to control the countdown value,
and after the setting is done, press the rotation knob to start the treadmill.
4.4.6 Speed increase and decrease:
When the treadmill is running, rotate the rotation knob clockwise to increase the speed and rotate
counter clockwise to decrease the speed.
4.4.7 Speed shortcut button:
Use speed shortcut button to adjust the speed into 3,6, 9, and 12 directly in running state.
4.4.8 Incline increase and decrease buttons:
When the treadmill is running, press Incline increase button to increase the incline level and press
Incline decrease button to decrease the incline level.
4.4.9 Incline shortcut button:
When the treadmill is running, use incline shortcut button to change the incline level into 3,6, 9,
and 12 directly in running state.
4.5 Display Function
4.5.1 Speed Display.
Display the current running speed value.
4.5.2 Time Display
Display the time of manual mode and the countdown time under automatic modes and programs.
4.5.3 Distance display
Display cumulative distance under manual mode and programs. Display the distance countdown in
automatic mode.
4.5.4. Calorie display
Display cumulative calorie under manual mode and programs. Display the calorie countdown in
automatic mode.
4.5.5. Heart rate display
When the treadmill is energized, hold the pulse sensor on the handles for a while, the heart rate
value will show on the screen. This data is for reference only, it cannot be considered as medical
data.
4.6 Automatic program
Each program is divided into 10 segments, and the running time of each segment of the program
is evenly distributed. Following is a form of time distribution of 24 programs.
