1. AboutPBT325
TheBluetoothheadsetPBT325 allowsyou thefreedomtomakeand receivecallswhileon the
moveorintheoffice,after you connecttheheadsettoacompatiblephonethatsupportsBluetooth
wireless technology.PBT325 isastylish designwithmetalcasingand only5.5mm thickness. It
appliesdualmicrophonescombinedwithlatestCVCsoftware todo echoand noisecancellation.
With additionalearphone, you can also enjoymusictransmitted bythemobileviaBluetooth.
Readthisuser guidecarefullybefore usingtheheadset.Readalso theuser guideforyourphone,
which provides importantsafetyand maintenance information.
2. Bluetoothwireless technology
Bluetoothwireless technologymakesit possibletoconnectcompatiblecommunication devices
withoutusingcables. ABluetoothconnection doesnotrequire thatthephoneand theheadsetbein
lineofsight,butbothdevicesshouldbewithin10meters(30feet)ofeach other.Connections canbe
subjectto interference fromobstructions, such as walls orother electronicdevices.
PBT325 iscompliantwithBluetoothSpecification v2.1 supportingHeadsetprofiles1.1 and
Hands-Free Profiles 1.5.
There mayberestrictions on usingBluetoothtechnologyinsomelocations .Checkwithyourlocal
authorities orservice provider.
3. Overview
Theheadsetcontains thefollowingparts as shown in thefigure:
Before youstartusingtheheadset,you mustchargethebatteryand pairtheheadsetwitha
compatiblephone.

4. Charging theheadset
Thisdevice hasaninternal,rechargeablebatterywhichmustbefullychargedbefore usedforthe
firsttime.Ittakesyou about3 hours to chargethebatteryfull forthefirsttime. Duringcharging, the
indicatorshowsasteadyblue.Whenthebatteryisfullycharged, thebluelightwill turnoff.Forthe
later on charging, it takes about90 minutes.
You canchargetheheadseteitherbyusingtheUSBchargingcableorthecarcharger dependingon
thepackageaccessoriesavailable.Pleasecheckyourpackagefordetails. PBT325 isintendedfor
usewith thechargers thatis included in thepackage.

PlugthechargerleadofUSBchargingcableintothechargingportofyourBluetoothheadset.And
thenplugtheother end oftheUSBchargingcableintothecomputer sUSBport.Whenchargingis
complete,removetheUSBchargingcableand removethecharger leadfromyourheadset(Please
refer to Fig.1, Fig.2.)

chargingportoftheBluetoothheadset.Whenchargingiscomplete,removethecar chargerand
removethecharger lead fromyourheadset(Pleaserefer to Fig.3.)

Plugthetravelcharger into110-240Vwall socket.And thenplugthechargeleadintothecharging
porton theBluetoothheadsetforcharging.Whenchargingiscomplete,removethetravelcharger
and removethecharger lead fromyourheadset.
Thefullychargedbatteryhaspower forup to4.5 hoursoftalkingtimeorup to90 hoursofstandby
time.However,thetalkand standbytimesmayvarywhenusedwithdifferentmobilephones,
products thatuseaBluetooth connection, usagesettings, usagestyles, and environments.
Whenthebatteryisrunningoutofpower,theblueindicatorlightstartstoflash 3timesevery30
seconds. This indicates thattheheadsetneeds to becharged as soon as possible.
5. Switchonoroff theheadset
Toswitchon, whenPBT325 isinoffstate,press and holdtheanswer/endkeyfor4seconds until
theblueindicatorlightturns on and keeps on for3 seconds.
Toswitchoff,whenPBT325 isinon state,press and holdtheanswer/endkeyfor4seconds until
theblueindicatorlightflashes for5 times.
6. Pairtheheadset witha compatiblephone
Pairingis theprocess ofestablishingencrypted link between PBT325 and Bluetooth devices.
Step-1Theheadsetmustbepowered offbefore you begin to initiatetheparing.
Step-2press and holdtheanswer/end keyfor7second until thebluelightturns on and keeps on.
Theheadsetis nowin paringmode.
Step-3ActivatetheBluetoothfeature onthephone,andsetthephonetosearchforBluetooth
devices. Check theuser guideofyourphoneforinstructions.
Step-4 Selecttheheadset(PBT325)fromthelistoffound devices.
Step-5WhenaskedthePINcode,pleaseenter “0000”topairand connecttheheadsettoyourphone.

Insomephonesyou mayneedtomaketheconnection separatelyafter pairing.See theuser guideof
yourphonefordetails.
Ifthepairingissuccessful,theheadsetentersidlestateand bluelightwill flash flashes1timeevery
5seconds. Theheadset snameappearsinthephonemenu whereyou canviewthecurrentlypaired
Bluetooth devices.
You onlyneed to pairtheheadsetwith yourphoneonce.
Troubleshooting
Ifyou cannotconnecttheheadsetto yourphone, do as follows:
Ensure thattheheadsetischarged, switchedon, pairedwithand connectedtoyour
phone.
Ensure thattheBluetooth feature is activated on yourphone.
Checkthattheheadsetiswithin10 meter(30 feet)ofyourphoneand thatthere are no
obstructions between theheadsetand thephone, such as walls orother electronicdevices.
Ifno paringis madeover aperiod oftime, theheadsetwill retreatparingmode. You havetoturn off
theheadsetand operateagain.
7. Basicuse
7.1 Makea call
To makeacall, useyourphonein thenormalwaywhen theheadsetis connected toyourphone.The
sound will betransmitted to theheadsetautomatically.
7.2 Answera call
When there is incomingcall, press theanswer/end key, orusethephonekeys to answer thecall.
7.3 End a call
After finishingthecall, press theanswer/end key, orusethephonekeys to end thecall.
7.4 Refusea call
Whenthere isincoming call,press andholdanswer/end button for4seconds until you canhear
beep sound fromtheheadset.
7.5 Voice dialing (dialing a numberby saying a name)
Itispossibletomakeacall directlyfromtheheadsetusingvoice recognition. Tousethisvoice
dialingfunction, yourmobilephonemustprovidethisoption and corresponding voicesamples
musthavebeen recorded.
Step-1 Enablevoice recognition function ofyourmobileand setthemobileto handsfree state.
Step-2 Whenno call isinprogress, press and holdtheanswer/end buttonfor4seconds until you
can hear beep sound fromtheheadset.
Step-3 Speak outthenameoftheperson you wish to call loudly.
7.6 Redail
Doublepress answer/endbutton and youcanhearbeepsound fromtheheadset.Releasethebutton
and theheadsetwill dialthelastdialed telephonenumber.
7.7 Listening to music
Plugadditionalearphoneto thecharging&earphonejack, you can usePBT325 to enjoythe
streamingstereo musictransmitted fromyou compatiblemobilewith Bluetooth function. The
mobileneeds to
supportBluetooth A2DP(Advanced Audio Distribution Profile).

10. Battery information
Yourdeviceis powered byarechargeablebattery.Thefull performanceofanewbatteryisachieved
onlyaftertwoorthreecompletechargeanddischargecycles. Thebatterycanbechargedand

discharged hundreds oftimes, butit will eventuallywear out.
Unplugthechargerfromtheelectricalplugandthedevicewhennotinuse.Donotleaveafully
chargedbatteryconnectedtoacharger, sinceoverchargingmayshortenitslifetime.Ifleftunused, a
fullycharged batterywill loseits chargeover time.
Leavingthedevice inhotorcoldplaces, suchasinaclosedcar insummer orwinter conditions,
will reducethecapacityand lifetimeofthebattery.Alwaystrytokeepthebatterybetween15℃
