1.Functions
Micro inte ectua contro —— One button to contro open, stop and c ose.
The ight wi be on whi e opening or c osing the door,
three minutes ater the ight wi be off automatica y.
Contro the unit running by computer program. Test
the force of open or c ose the door, the optiona
function is photo beam, auto-c ose, ock door, etc. The
door wi pause momentari y then rebound when it
reaches the hinders on the c osing way. The protecting
functions is over oad, over hot or ow power input, etc.
DC motor —— Low noise, soft start, s ow stopping to protect the unit
and make sure it can be used for a ong time.
LED disp ay —— Working situation can be shown on the LED screen.
Decoding —— Ro ing code.
Manua Disengagement—— Open and c ose the door by hand without
power.
Optiona Functions —— Photo beam, battery backup, wa button and
f ash ight.

6.Programming the perator
6.1 Preparing
6.1.1 To tighten the chain,turn adjusting nut-M8 in the direction
shown(picture C).Make sure the shutt e is ocked, pu or push the door to
confirm the shutt e connects with the chain.
6.1.2 Turn on the power, the courtesy ight wi be ight for severa
seconds, at the same time, the LED disp ays the number from 99 to
11.Then the operator turns to standby situation.

6.2 Setting pen and Close Positions

Press and ho d SET unti it disp ays “P1”, press SET, it disp ays “ P”. Then press UP, when the
door has reached the open position, press SET.

It disp ays “CL”, then press D WN, it disp ays “CL”. When the door has reached the c osed
position, press SET. The door wi now open and c ose automatica y to map the open and c ose
sensitivity force requirements.

6.3 Self Learning Transmitter
6.3.1 when the unit has stored 20 codes, The LED fashes “Fu”, or preventing coding
mistakes, it is necessary to cance a the stored codes.

When it disp ays “Fu”, press and ho d C DE more than 8 seconds unti it f ashes “dL” , a the
codes wi be cance ed.
6.3.2 Adding or Changing Transmitters

Press C DE, it disp ays “Su” , press a button on the transmitter, then re ease and press the same
button again, “Su” f ashes, then it disp ays “- - ” to show setting is comp ete.
Repeat up steps to code a maximum of 20 different transmitters’ and/or buttons.
6.4 Force Adjustments
The door meets the hinders wi rebound and it stops automatica y when
over oad.

Press and ho d SET, it disp ays ”P1”, press UP once, it disp ays”P2”, press SET once again, it wi
show the current situation. Press UP to increase the force one degree and press D WN to
decrease one degree. Maximum degree is “F9” and minimum is “F1”. Press SET to confirm. The
defau t setting is “F5”.
6.5 Photo Beam

Press and ho d SET, it disp ays “P1”, press UP twice, it disp ays “P3”. Press SET to show current
situation. Press UP once it disp ays “H1”, the photo beam is enab ed.
Press down once, It disp ays “H0”, the photo beam is disab ed. Press SET to confirm and quit.
Note: If you do not use photo beam device, please make sure it displays “H0”, to
close this function.
6.6 Auto-Close N/ FF
>> >>
Press and ho d SET, it disp ays “P1”, press UP three times, it disp ays “P4”. Press SET to show
current situation. Press UP to increase the Auto-c ose one minute and press D WN to decrease
one minute. Maximum degree is “b9” and minimum is “b0”. Press SET to confirm. The defau t

setting is “b0”. ”bo” shows auto-c ose off.
7. wners’ Guide
7.1 Attention in use
7.1.1 At the first time of using the door, p ease test the driving system to
see if it moves we . (Test method: un ock the shutt e, pu and push the
door by hand.)
7.1.2 Connected with the appropriate power and socket by professiona s,
and connected the ground wire with earth.
7.1.3 Using the transmitters in your sight. Do not stand or wa k under a
moving door. The transmitters shou d be out of reaching of chi dren.
7.1.4 Make sure the door out off fire, moisture, e ectromagnetism and
some other p aces.
7.1.5 Check at east twice a year to make sure the door is proper y
ba anced and that a working parts are in good working condition. Adjust
the tensi e force of chain. Add suitab e amount of ubricant to the active
system.
