proper ventilation is provided. This product’s heat dissipation is based only on use in landscape.
Therefore, it should only ever be used in landscape. Do not use this product in portrait or
horizontally.
Do not place this product near or over a radiator or heat resistor, or where it is exposed to direct
sunlight.
Do not place heat generating items such as candles, ashtrays, incense, flammable gas or
explosive materials near this product.
Do not place a water containing vessel on this product, as this can result in a risk of fire or electric
shock. Do not expose this product to rain or place it near water or in a wet environment (near a
bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, or laundry tub, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool
etc.). If this product accidentally gets wet, unplug it and contact an authorized dealer immediately.

Important Safety Instructions
Be sure to contact an authorized service center, when installing your product in a location with
heavy dust, high or low temperatures, high humidity, chemical substances and where it operates
continuously for 24 hours such as an airport, a train station etc. Failure to do so may cause serious
damage to your product.
Do not allow children to hang off the product or climb onto it. If it is mounted on a stand or onto
a wall the extra weight may cause the product to tip or fall.
Store the accessories (battery, bolts, screws etc. ) in a location safely out of the reach of children.
Do not install the product in an unstable location such as on a weak wall, a slanted floor or a
location exposed to vibrations. If this product is to be mounted onto a wall, first check that the
wall can hold the weight of the product safely.
Do not drop or impart any shock to the product. If the product is damaged, disconnect the power
cord and contact a service center immediately.
As a precautionary measure please make sure that you pull out the power cord from the outlet
before cleaning the product.

Turning On/Off the D3 IFTD
Standby Setup: The AC power cord must be set up and connected to get the D3 IFTD in
standby mode, ready to be turned on.
Press the Power button on the front of the display to turn the D3 IFTD On/Off.
1. If the D3 IFTD is in standby mode, press the Power button on the remote control or D3 IFTD
to turn it ON.
2. Press the Power button again on the remote control, or the D3 IFTD itself, to turn the D3
IFTD OFF.
External Devices and Touch Functionality
If you want to use an external device in conjunction with the touch functionality of the D3 IFTD it is
important that you connect your external device to the display using an applicable cable AND the
Touch Sensor USB cable . If you do not connect the Touch Sensor USB cable you will not be able
to use the external device in conjunction with the touch functions of the D3 IFTD.
Adjusting the Volume Level
Press the VOL +/- buttons to adjust the sound level.
Volume level: 0 ~ 100
Mute Function
You can mute the audio sound via the remote control.
1. Press the MUTE button on the remote control to temporarily silence the audio.
2. When mute is ON, press the MUTE button again on the remote control to resume the audio.
Selecting an Input Source
You can change the input source through the Input Source menu.
1. Press the INPUT button on the D3 IFTD or remote control to display input source options.

Adjusting Picture Settings
In the Picture Menu you can adjust the picture settings of the D3 IFTD. As well as adjusting the
picture settings manually, you can also choose between a variety of preset options.
1. Press the MENU button to display the Main Menu.
2. Press the ▲/▼ buttons to select the Picture Menu, and then press the OK button.
3. Press the ▲/▼ buttons to select the desired picture options.
(Picture Mode, Contrast, Brightness, Color or Sharpness)

Adjust the contrast.
Brightness
Increases or decreases the brightness of the picture.
Color
Adjust the intensity of all colors.
Sharpness
Adjust the level of sharpness in the picture.

1. Press the MENU button to display the Main Menu.
2. Press the ◄/►buttons to select the Picture Menu, and then press the OK button.
3. Press the ▲/▼ buttons to select Advanced Video, and then press the OK button.

Select one of the three preset colour options (Warm, Normal, Cool).
Zoom Mode
Select the zoom mode according to the input source (Wide, Zoom, Cinema, Original, Normal).
Noise Reduction
Reduces any noise on the screen.
Adaptive Contrast
Adjust the screen contrast automatically.

In the Sound Menu you can adjust the sound settings of the D3 IFTD. As well as adjusting the

Adjust tones of high frequency.

Adjust the balance between the right and left speakers.

Equalize the volume level on each program.

Select the Digital Audio output format. Choose between PCM or RAW.

Adjust the Off Timer and determine how long after "no signal" is detected that the
D3 IFTD

Menu Settings
Adjust the transparency of the main menu (0, 25, 50, 75, 100%), and select the menu language.
PC Settings
Adjust the PC settings when connected through VGA (See below).
Other Settings:
Adjust the internal speakers, variable audio settings, key lock settings and HDMI mode options.
Internal Speaker
Enable/Disable internal speakers.
Restore Default
Restore the
D3 IFTD
to factory settings.

Adjusting the PC Screen
If an external PC is connected, through a VGA connection, you may need to adjust the screen or
set the Clock and/or Phase. This can be done manually or automatically.
1. Connect your PC to the D3 IFTD via a VGA cable.
2. Go to the Input Source menu and select PC.
3. Press the MENU button to display the main menu.
4. Press the ◄/►buttons to select the Setup menu, and then press the OK button.
5. Press the ▲/▼ button to select PC Settings, and then press the OK button.

If the screen is skewed towards a specific direction, try to adjust the position by using this option.
Clock
This function will help remove or reduce flickering on the screen, unstable boundaries, unnecessary noise
or blurring of the screen.
Phase
If adjusting the Clock does not remove unnecessary noise, try to adjust the Phase with this option.
Auto
The Position, Clock and Phase values can be adjusted automatically.
