1. AVVERTENZE
Prima della messa in funzione della pompa, leggere attentamente il
presente libretto istruzioni.
L’apparecchio non è destinato ad essere usato da persone (bambini compresi) le cui
capacità fisiche sensoriali e mentali siano ridotte, oppure con mancanza di esperienza
o di conoscenza, a meno che esse abbiano potuto beneficiare, attraverso
l’intermediazione di una persona responsabile della loro sicurezza, di una sorveglianza
o di istruzioni riguardanti l’uso dell’apparecchio. I bambini devono essere sorvegliati per
sincerarsi che non giochino con l’apparecchio. (EN 60335-1: 02).
La pompa non può essere impiegata per pompare acqua salata, liquidi
infiammabili, corrosivi o esplosivi ( es. petrolio, benzina, diluenti ), grassi, oli o
prodotti alimentari.
La pompa deve funzionare adeguatamente immersa.
Prevedere una protezione contro la mancanza d’acqua per evitare il rischio di un
funzionamento a secco. ( centraline elettroniche ES..M – ES..T ).
Prima dell’installazione, spurgare il pozzo dalla sabbia e da altre particelle solide.
Non utilizzare in nessun caso il cavo di alimentazione per trasportare o inserire la
pompa nel pozzo. Calare la pompa nel pozzo mediante corda di sospensione.
Dimensionare correttamente la sezione del cavo di alimentazione in rapporto alla
lunghezza, per evitare perdite di tensione.
I collegamenti dei cavi disposti sotto il livello dell’acqua devono avere una
giunzione vulcanizzata per garantire la tenuta ermetica.
Eseguire un buon collegamento a terra.
La tensione di rete deve corrispondere a quella di targa del motore.
Collegarsi alla rete tramite un interruttore onnipolare con distanza dai contatti di
almeno 3 mm. Installare un interruttore differenziale ad alta sensibilità ( 0.03A ) come
protezione supplementare.
I motori monofasi devono essere allacciati alla rete tramite la centralina
Control Box 4” – Control Sub che prevede una protezione amperometrica che
protegge il motore da sovraccarichi di corrente. I motori trifase devono essere protetti
con appositi salvamotore.

2. APPLICAZIONI
Elettropompe sommerse per pozzi da 4” o maggiori per applicazioni nel sollevamento,
nella pressurizzazione e distribuzione. Alimentazioni di autoclavi e cisterne, impianti
antincendio e lavaggio, hobbistica e sistemi di irrigazione.
3. DATI TECNICI
Numero massimo avviamenti: 20 avviamenti / ora
Campo di temperatura del liquido : da 0°C a + 40°C
Portata: da 0,6 a 4,2 m³/h
Prevalenza: fino a 100 m.
Massima quantità di sabbia ammessa: MAX. 120gr/m³
4. INSTALLAZIONE
La pompa può essere calata in pozzi da 4” o maggiori. Il diametro del pozzo
deve mantenersi costante per permetterne una discesa totale senza eccessive
pressioni.
Installazione in posizione verticale.
Distanza dal fondo del pozzo >= 30 cm.
Per Tallas 20, Tallas 30, Tallas 50 immersione Max. 10 m.
Serie Tallas 30/6M-50/9M-50/13M-50/19M-50/13T-50/19T valvola di ritegno
integrata. Si consiglia ulteriore valvola in mandata.
Il cavo elettrico del motore dev’essere fissato con delle fascette in plastica ogni 2
o 3 m lungo la tubazione di mandata.
Controllare il senso di rotazione per motori trifase.
Il senso corretto fornisce maggiore pressione.
Dopo aver calato la pompa nel pozzo, avviarla a portata ridotta, controllando
l’assorbimento di corrente e la relativa pressione.
5. MANUTENZIONE
L’elettropompa non può essere smontata se non da personale specializzato e
qualificato.
Qualsiasi modifica non autorizzata preventivamente solleva il costruttore da ogni
tipo di responsabilità.

Tutti gli interventi di riparazione e manutenzione si devono effettuare solo dopo
aver scollegato l’elettropompa dalla rete di alimentazione.
L’elettropompa nel funzionamento normale non richiede alcun tipo di
manutenzione.
Si consiglia di far revisionare l’impianto ogni 6 mesi da un tecnico specializzato.
In caso di lunghi periodi di inattività, si consiglia di avviare la pompa 2 o 3 volte al
mese.
Nel caso di giunzione del cavo elettrico, utilizzare un cavo di sezione adeguata.
Non è possibile effettuare alcun intervento sui motori in quanto l’impermeabilità è
eseguita dalla Ditta costruttrice.
6. INCONVENIENTI
1. La pompa non eroga.

Abbassamento livello di falda.
Valvola di ritegno bloccata.
Pompa ostruita da impurità.
2. Portata e pressione ridotta.

Verificare il senso di rotazione.
Verificare lo stato di usura della
pompa.
Verificare che le tubazioni non siano
ostruite.
Verificare eventuali perdite
nell’impianto.
3. La pompa si avvia e si arresta
frequentemente.

Verificare il funzionamento della
valvola di ritegno e le dimensioni del
serbatoio.
Verificare eventuali perdite
nell’impianto.
Verificare il pressostato e le sonde
( se presenti )
4. Il motore non parte.

Funzionamento a secco, se presente
centralina elettronica.
Verificare la presenza di tutte le fasi.
Verificare che il motore sia sotto
tensione.

GARANZIA
Qualsiasi impiego di materiale difettoso o difetto di fabbricazione dell’apparecchio sarà eliminato
durante il periodo di garanzia di 24 mesi del prodotto tramite, a nostra scelta, riparazione o
sostituzione.
La nostra garanzia copre tutti i difetti sostanziali imputabili a vizi di fabbricazione o di materiale
impiegato nel caso in cui il prodotto sia stato adoperato in modo corretto e conforme alle istruzioni.
La garanzia decade nei seguenti casi:
tentativi di riparazione sull’apparecchio,
modifiche tecniche dell’apparecchio,
impiego di ricambi non originali,
manomissione.
impiego non appropriato, per es. impiego industriale.
Sono esclusi dalla garanzia:
particolari di rapida usura.
La garanzia sarà effettiva se la data di acquisto verrà documentata da fattura, bolla di
consegna o scontrino fiscale comprovante l’acquisto, nonché da apposito timbro del
rivenditore da apporsi sul presente certificato che dovrà essere inviato nelle modalità indicate.

1. AVERTISSEMENTS
Avant la mise en marche de la pompe, lire attentivement ce livret
d’instructions.
L’appareil n’est pas destiné à être utilisé par des personnes (enfants compris) dont les
capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales sont réduites, ou manquant
d’expérience ou de connaissance, à moins qu’elles aient pu bénéficier, à travers
l’intervention d’une personne responsable de leur sécurité, d’une surveillance ou
d’instructions concernant l’utilisation de l’appareil. Il faut surveiller les enfants pour
s’assurer qu’ils ne jouent pas avec l’appareil. (EN 60335-1 : 02)
La pompe ne peut pas être employée pour pomper de l’eau salée,
des liquides inflammables, corrosifs ou explosifs (ex. pétrole, essence,
diluants), des graisses, des huiles ou des produits alimentaires.
La pompe doit fonctionner correctement immergée.
Prévoir une protection contre le manque d’eau pour éviter le risque de
fonctionnement à sec (coffrets électroniques ES..M – ES..T).
Avant l’installation, purger le forage du sable et des autres particules solides qu’il
pourrait contenir.
N’utiliser en aucun cas le câble d’alimentation pour transporter la pompe ou la
descendre dans le forage. Descendre la pompe dans le forage à l’aide de la corde de
suspension.
Dimensionner correctement la section du câble d’alimentation par rapport à la
longueur pour éviter les baisses de tension.
Les connections des câbles se trouvant sous le fil de l’eau doivent avoir une
jonction vulcanisée pour garantir l’étanchéité.
Effectuer une bonne mise à la terre.
La tension de secteur doit correspondre à celle de la plaque du moteur.
Effectuer la connexion au secteur en prévoyant un interrupteur omnipolaire avec
une distance entre les contacts d’au moins 3 mm. Installer un interrupteur différentiel à
haute sensibilité (0.03 A) comme protection supplémentaire.
Les moteurs monophasés doivent être connectés au secteur à travers le coffret
Control Box 4” – Control Sub prévoyant une protection ampèremétrique qui protège
le moteur contre les surcharges de courant. Les moteurs triphasés doivent être
protégés par un dispositif coupe-circuit.

2. APPLICATIONS
Électropompes immergées pour forages de 4" ou plus pour le relevage, la surpression
et la distribution. Alimentation d’autoclaves et de citernes, de groupes anti-incendie et
de lavage, bricolage et systèmes d’irrigation.
3. CARACTÉRISTIQUES TECHNIQUES
Nombre maximum de démarrages : 20 démarrages/heure
Page de température du liquide : de 0°C à + 40°C
Débit : de 0,6 à 4,2 m³/h
Hauteur d’élévation : jusqu’à 100 m.
Quantité maximum de sable admise: 120 g/m³ max.
4. INSTALLATION
La pompe peut être positionnée dans des forages de 4” ou plus. Le diamètre du
forage doit être constant pour permettre la descente totale de la pompe sans pressions
excessives.
Installation en position verticale.
Distance par rapport au fond du forage 30 cm.
Pour Tallas 20, Tallas 30, Tallas 50 immersion maximum 10 m.
Série Tallas 30/6M-50/9M-50/13M-50/19M-50/13T-50/19T soupape de retenue
incorporée. Il est conseillé de monter une soupape supplémentaire sur le refoulement.
Le câble électrique du moteur doit être fixé avec des colliers de serrage en
plastique tous les 2 ou 3 m le long du tuyau de refoulement.
Contrôler le sens de rotation pour les moteurs triphasés.
Le sens correct est celui qui fournit la plus grande pression.
Après avoir descendu la pompe dans le forage, la mettre en marche à un débit
réduit en contrôlant l’absorption de courant et la pression correspondante.
5. MAINTENANCE
L’électropompe ne peut être démontée que par du personnel spécialisé et
qualifié.
Toute modification non autorisée au préalable dégage le constructeur de toute
responsabilité.

Toutes les interventions de réparation et de maintenance ne doivent être
effectuées qu’après avoir débranché l’électropompe du secteur.
L’électropompe dans les conditions de fonctionnement normal ne demande
aucun type d’entretien.
Il est conseillé de faire contrôler l’installation tous les 6 mois par un technicien
spécialisé.
En cas de longues périodes d’inactivité, il est conseillé de mettre la pompe en
marche 2 ou 3 fois par mois.
Dans le cas de jonction du câble électrique, utiliser un câble de section
adéquate.
Il n’est pas possible d’intervenir sur les moteurs dans la mesure où l’étanchéité
est effectuée par le constructeur.
6. INCONVÉNIENTS
1. La pompe ne refoule pas.

Abaissement de la nappe
phréatique.
Soupape de retenue bloquée.
Pompe bouchée par des impuretés.
2. Débit et pression insuffisants.

Vérifier le sens de rotation.
Vérifier l’état d’usure de la pompe.
Vérifier que les tuyauteries ne sont
pas bouchées.
Vérifier les éventuelles fuites dans
l’installation.
3. La pompe démarre et s’arrête
fréquemment.

Vérifier le fonctionnement de la
soupape de retenue et les
dimensions du réservoir.
Vérifier les éventuelles fuites dans
l’installation.
Vérifier le pressostat et les sondes
(si la pompe en est munie)
4. Le moteur ne démarre pas.

Intervention de la protection contre le
fonctionnement à sec, si la pompe
est associée à un coffret
électronique.
Vérifier la présence de toutes les
phases.
Vérifier que le moteur est sous
tension.

GARANTIE
Tout matériau défectueux ou défaut de fabrication de l’appareil sera éliminé au cours de la période
de garantie du produit, d’une durée de 24 mois, en procédant, à notre choix, à la réparation ou au
remplacement.
Notre garantie couvre tous les défauts substantiels imputables à des vices de fabrication ou des
matériaux employés à condition que le produit ait été utilisé de manière correcte et conforme aux
instructions.
La garantie n’est plus valable dans les cas suivants :
tentatives de réparation sur l’appareil,
modifications techniques de l’appareil,
utilisation de pièces de rechange non originales,
endommagement,
utilisation impropre, par ex., emploi industriel.
La garantie ne couvre pas :
pièces sujettes à usure rapide
La garantie sera effective si la date d’achat est documentée par la facture, le bordereau de
livraison, le ticket de caisse prouvant l’achat, ainsi que par le timbre du revendeur apposé sur
le présent certificat qui devra être envoyé suivant les modalités indiquées.

1. WARNINGS
Before starting the pump, read this instruction booklet carefully.
The appliance is not intendend for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsable for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance. (EN 60335-1 : 02).
The pump must not be used to pump salt water or flammable, corrosive or
explosive liquids (e.g. petroleum oil, petrol, thinners), grease, oils or foodstuffs.
During operation the pump must be suitably immersed.
Provide protection against the lack of water to avoid the risk of running dry
(electronic control units ES..M – ES..T).
Before installation, clean all sand and other solid particles out of the borehole.
In no case should the power cable be used for carrying the pump or inserting it in
the borehole. Hang the pump on a rope to lower it into the borehole.
Choose the section of the power cable with correct dimensions, in relation to its
length, to avoid losses of voltage.
The connections of cables laid under water level must have a vulcanised join to
ensure that they are hermetically sealed.
Provide a good earth connection.
The mains voltage must correspond to the one on the motor data plate.
Make the connection to the mains by means of an omnipolar switch with contact
opening distance of at least 3 mm. Install a high-sensitivity differential switch (0.03 A)
as additional protection.
Single-phase motors must be connected to the mains by means of the
Control Box 4” – Control Sub which provides overload protection, protecting the
motor against current overloads. Three-phase motors must be protected by special
motor protection devices.

4. INSTALLATION
The pump may be lowered into 4” or larger boreholes. The diameter of the
borehole must be kept constant to allow its total descent without excessive pressure.
Installation in vertical position.
Distance from the bottom of the borehole 30 cm.
For Tallas 20, Tallas 30, Tallas 50 Max. immersion 10 m.
Series Tallas 30/6M-50/9M-50/13M-50/19M-50/13T-50/ with integrated check
valve. It is recommended to fit an additional valve on the delivery.
The electric cable of the motor must be fixed with plastic clamps every 2 or 3 m.
along the delivery pipe.
On three-phase motors, check the direction of rotation.
The correct direction provides higher pressure.
After having lowered the pump into the borehole, start it at a low flow rate,
checking the current absorption and the relative pressure.
5. MAINTENANCE
The electropump must not be dismantled unless by skilled, qualified personnel.
Any modification made without prior authorisation relieves the manufacturer of
any type of responsibility.
All repair and maintenance jobs must be carried out only after having
disconnected the electropump from the power mains.

In normal operation the electropump does not require any kind of maintenance.
It is recommended to have the system overhauled every 6 months by a
specialised technician.
In the event of long periods of inactivity it is recommended to start up the pump 2
or 3 times a month.
If a join is to be made in the electric cable, use a cable with an adequate section.
It is not possible to carry out any work on the motors since they are made
impermeable by the manufacturer.
6. PROBLEMS
1. The pump does not distribute.

Lowering of the water table.

Check the state of wear of the pump.

Any use of faulty material or fault in manufacture of the appliance will be eliminated during the 24-
month guarantee period of the product by repair or replacement, according to our choice.
Our guarantee covers all substantial defects that may be attributed to faults in manufacture or of

the instructions.
The guarantee is void in the following cases:

1. HINWEISE
Vor Inbetriebnahme der Pumpe Bedienungshandbuch aufmerksam lesen.
Das Gerät darf nicht von Personen (einschließlich Kindern) benutzt werden, deren
physische, sensorische oder mentale Fähigkeiten eingeschränkt sind, oder denen es
an Erfahrung oder Kenntnissen mangelt, sofern ihnen nicht eine für ihre Sicherheit
verantwortliche Personen zur Seite steht, die sie überwacht oder beim Gebrauch des
Gerätes anleitet. Kinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt in die Nähe des Gerätes lassen und
sicherstellen, dass sie nicht damit herumspielen. (EN 60335-1: 02).
Für das Pumpen von Salzwasser, entflammbaren, beizenden oder
explosiven Flüssigkeiten (Petroleum, Benzin, Verdünnungsmittel), Fette, Öl oder
Nahrungsmittel darf die Pumpe nicht verwendet werden.
Die Pumpe muss während des Betriebs korrekt eingetaucht sein.
Eine Schutzvorrichtung gegen Wassermangel vorsehen, damit das Risiko des
Trockenlaufs vermieden wird (Steuergeräte ES..M – ES..T).
Vor der Installation den Brunnen von Sand und anderen Festkörpern befreien.
Die Pumpe auf keinen Fall am Kabel aufgehängt befördern oder in den Brunnen
ablassen. Zum Ablassen der Pumpe in den Brunnen ein Hubseil benutzen.
Den Querschnitt des Stromkabels der Länge anpassen, damit
Spannungsverluste vermieden werden.
Die unter dem Wasserspiegel befindlichen Kabelanschlüsse müssen mit
vulkanisierten Verbindungen ausgestattet sein, damit die hermetische Dichtigkeit
gewährleistet wird.
Für die vorschriftsmäßige Erdung sorgen.
Die Netzspannung muss dem am Typenschild des Motors angegebenen Wert
entsprechen.
Den Netzanschluss mit einem allpoligen Schalter mit einer Kontaktöffnung von
mindestens 3 mm herstellen. Als zusätzlichen Schutz einen FI-Schalter mit hoher
Empfindlichkeit (0.03 A) installieren.
Einphasige Motoren müssen über das Steuergerät Control Box 4” –
Control Sub an das Netz angeschlossen werden, welches mit einem FU-
Schutzschalter ausgestattet ist, der den Motor gegen Überströme schützt. Dreiphasige
Motoren müssen durch spezielle Motorschutzschalter geschützt werden.

Die Pumpe kann in Brunnen zu 4” oder größer abgelassen werden. Der
Durchmesser des Brunnens soll auf der gesamten Tiefe gleich sein, damit sie ohne
übermäßige Druckeinwirkung ganz abgelassen werden kann.
Installation in vertikaler Position.
Abstand vom Brunnenboden 30 cm.
Für Tallas 20, Tallas 30, Tallas 50 max. Tauchtiefe 10 m.
Serie Tallas 30/6M-50/9M-50/13M-50/19M-50/13T-50/19T mit integriertem
Rückschlagventil. Wir empfehlen ein zusätzliches Ventil am Auslas.
Das Stromkabel des Motors muss entlang der Auslassrohre alle 2 bis 3 m mit
Plastikkabelschellen befestigt werden.
Bei dreiphasigen Motoren die Drehrichtung kontrollieren.
Bei korrekter Drehrichtung ist der Lieferdruck höher.
Nachdem die Pumpe in den Brunnen abgelassen wurde, wird sie mit reduzierter
Förderleistung eingeschaltet, wobei die Stromaufnahme und der entsprechende Druck
zu kontrollieren sind.
5. WARTUNG
Die Elektropumpe darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal demontiert werden.
Alle nicht im Voraus autorisierten Änderungen entheben den Hersteller von
jeglicher Haftpflicht.
Sämtliche Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten dürfen ausschließlich bei vom
Versorgungsnetz abgehängter Elektropumpe durchgeführt werden.
