Ensure that the
drain pipe in the
floor is thoroughly
cleaned before the
bath is placed into
position and that
the waste hole is
positioned
correctly.

Before the bath is
fixed to the floor
ensure that the
bath waste and the
drainage pipe line
up.
3.
Make sure all
surfaces are dry
and stable before
installing the
bathtub. This will
ensure durable
adhesion.
4.
Mark an area with
tape on the floor
where the bathtub
is going to stand
with the template
provided, the floor
can now be
properly prepared.
5.
Position the bathtub and
connect the waste, use a spirit
level to ensure that the
bathtub is perfectly level. Fill
the bathtub with water, let the
water run through the waste
and check for leaks. Apply a
bead of silicone around the
base of the bathtub.

Installation
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
for DADOquartz Baths & Basins
Please read the instructions carefully to ensure the
best results and avoid damage or injury.
We recommend that the installation be done by a
minimum of 2 people as a security precaution.
Make sure to adopt the proper posture when
lifting the item.
Adhere to all building and plumbing codes.
The diagrams are not construction plans, they are
visual aids only.
The floor must be level and the wall must be
square to the floor.
Drain and waste assembly not included.
Only use qualified installers and adhere to all
instructions and plumbing codes, laws and
regulations.
Remove the item from its shipping packaging.
Before disposing of the packaging, inspect the
item to make sure it is in good condition. Should
inspection reveal any damages or defects contact
us immediately, and do not continue the
installation. Refer to the warranty , shipping and
returns terms on the website (fcbathrooms.com).
Place the item in the bathroom before starting
work.
We recommend that the product protection
remains on the bathtub until all construction is
complete.
Verify that all dimensions are the same as on the
item prior to installation.
All bathtubs include an internal overflow.
After installation, wash the item with warm soapy
water to remove any marks left behind after
delivery and installation.
Never expose the items to petroleum-based
products, such as paint removers, oven cleaners or
other solvents. Note that personal hygiene
products and cosmetics will not damage the
surface.
We recommend using multi-purpose bathroom
cleaning products. Do not use highly abrasive
products or cream cleaners.
For more stubborn stains you can use our specially
formulated surface cleaner, included with your
item at purchase.
Should you ever encounter a scratch on the surface
it can be easily removed using ‘’wet/dry 400 grit’’
sandpaper. Apply with water and gently sand out
the scratch.
Do not use products that contain trichloroethane
or methylene chloride, such as paint stripper, as
these may permanently damage the item.
Do not cut directly on the item surface.
Exposure to extreme temperatures may damage
the item permanently.
