Working principle and structural characteristics
1. Working principle
The motor directly drives the gear shaft of the plunger pump. The sloping cam plate changes the turning
movement of the gear shaft into the reciprocation. When the plunger moves back, the water outlet valve
closes and forms a vacuum. And the water inlet valve opens, water goes into the cylinder through it;
when the plunger moves forward, the water inlet valve closes and the water pressure in the cylinder
increases. When the water outlet valve opens and the high-pressure water will be transported to the
hose.
3

2. Structural characteristics
2.1 As the sing-phase series motor chosen to directly drive the 3-cylinder axial plunger pump by the
gear, the cleaner is compact in structure, small in size, artistic in appearance and reliable in
operation.
2.2 As the cleaner is light, it’s rather convenient in moving.
2.3 The pump of the cleaner has the function of automatic unloading. When the spray gun trigger
closes, the unload valve opens, and the water flows back to the suction side of the pump, so the cleaner
has the feature of low consumption of water and electricity.
2.4 Use the NO.46 machine oil and the high-temperature lubricating oil in the pump.
4. OPERATION RULES
1. Preparation
1.1 If, on unpacking the unit, you discover damage has been caused during transportation, please con-
tact your dealer.

3.5 During the cleaning, the distance between the nozzle and the object surface to be cleaned should
not be too far, normally not more than 30cm, as the impulsive force decreases with the increase of the
distance.
*. You should hold the gun trigger firmly during the cleaning.
*. The safety value doesn’t control the gun during operation, but only prevents it from opening uninten-
tionally.
*. Spraying the human beings or electric equipment is forbidden.
*. Don’t place the power wire on the road so as to avoid breaking the wire.
*. The nozzles used in the cleaner are supplied by our factory.
3.6 After the cleaning is finished, open the trigger, switch off the pump and unplug the power cable from
the mains. Close the water inlet and detach the appliance from the water connection. Pull the trigger
until there is no more pressure in the appliance, and secured the trigger with safety button against
unintentional opening.
3.7 After operating ,you may put the lance and the trigger gun into the gun holder.
3.8 Wires can be winded evenly on the wire hook after using. Wire hook can be rotated 360 degree, for
the convenience of removing wires in next use.
5. MAINTENANCE
1. Monthly or as required, maintenance the appliance
1.1 Clean the nozzle. Remove dirt from the nozzle hole with a needle and rinse it with water from the
front.
1.2 Clean the strainer in the water connection. It can be easily removed with flat-nosed pliers.
2. Winter protection
Frost will destroy an appliance that has not been completely emptied of water. The correct method is to
separate the inlet hose from the water supply system. Turn on the cleaner to run for about 30 seconds
for water extraction. Remove the high-pressure plastic hose to exhaust the remaining water in it. The
appliance had better be stored in a warm room.

after it has been broken and damaged.
While using the vacuum cleaner, please don’t let hair balls, big paper balls and other objects be
absorbed into the suction inlet, suction pipe or hose, otherwise the motor defects will be aroused. In
case such objects have been absorbed, please stop the cleaner and unplug timely to clear off them. In
case of absorbing rather much water, it is necessary to absorb in several times; when the sound of
water limiting ball is heard, please empty the water from the bucket and then go on using the cleaner.
Otherwise it is possible to cause the motor to become short circuited and make the motor burnt.
Please don’t put the vacuum cleaner too close to a heat source and other high-temperature objects,
lest its plastic components should be deformed to make an impact on its operation performance.
When pour the water out of the bucket, please don’t put the vacuum cleaner upside down, lest the
water should flow from the bucket into the motor to arouse its being short-circuited.In case you want to
clean or repair and suspend the use of the vacuum cleaner, please pull the plug off; while unplugging,
please grasp the plug itself, and don’t draw the power cord.

11. OPERATION STARTING UP
Introduction to functions
The Vacuum cleaner has two functions of dry absorbing and wet absorbing.
• Dry absorbing: Assemble the water ball chamber and filter in the main body assembly, then have the
hose with Flat absorbing tube, Dusting Brush,(or without it) provided, and turn on the power supply
switch it is possible to work, to realize the ordinary dust absorbing function of the vacuum cleaner.
• Wet absorbing: Assemble the water ball chamber and filter in the main body assembly, then have the
hose with Flat absorbing tub , Car Nozzle (or without it), and turn on the power supply switch it is possi-
ble to absorb the water pools, wet dirt and dust from the floor, or to absorb the water accumulated in pit
out of poor drainage and water from unmovable containers and so on.
15

Dry absorbing
• Configure the vacuum cleaner in dry absorbing status in conformity to the Table of Component Confi-
guration.
• It is possible to carry out floor or carpet dust absorbing with a floor brush; on occasion of a place with
corners of gaps, it is possible to use a flat absorbing tube to carry out the dust absorbing; and on an
ornamented surface it is possible to use a hairbrush (put it over the flat absorbing tube) to carry out the
dust absorbing.
Table of Component Configuration for Different Work Modes
Placing of vacuum cleaner in work
• This cleaner has flexible universal rollers assembled on, it must be put on a level place in work. (This
cleaner uses a 3m long power cord and a 1.2m long hose, for the purpose of having a suitable place to
put).
• While working on a level ground, it is allowed to bring the vacuum cleaner into movement with the
hose.
Control of absorbing force
• In the operation course, if the floor brush is difficult to move because it absorbs the carpet or the floor
due to too strong an absorbing force, it is possible to slide the blowing rate adjusting block on the
handle to change the absorbing rate of the vacuum cleanser. Moving the blowing rate adjusting block
with the thumb will cause the opening to be exposed more, and the absorbing force will become less.
Storage
• After the dry absorbing operation of the vacuum cleaner, it is necessary to clear the bucket body
timely; after its wet absorbing operation, it is necessary to clean the bucket body, and dry it by airing to
prepare it for next operation.
• After the use of the vacuum cleaner is finished, please coil up the power cord and insert it into the
handle, then lean it against a wall to place it stably, and insert the long adapter tube into the accessory
latch hook matched with the dust bucket.

12. OPERATION METHOD
Wet absorbing
• Before absorbing accumulated water or pools of water, configure the vacuum cleaner in wet absorbing
status in conformity to the Table of Component Configuration. (It is possible to assemble the flat absor-
bing tube in conformity to requirements)
• During wet absorbing, when the water level inside the bucket body reaches a certain height, the small
ball in the water limiting chamber will close the air inlet of the motor; at that time though the motor is still
working, yet the vacuum cleaner refuses to absorb water any longer, and thus to protect the motor.
When the small ball moves, a sound of “puff” will be heard, and the motor works in muffled sound; then
it is the time to prepare for cleaner stopping; before stopping the cleaner, it is necessary to raise the
absorbing tube and turn its inlet upward and then turn off the power supply switch, lest the water inside
the tube flow back to the ground.
• While emptying the water from the bucket body, raise the main body assembly with one hand, and
loosen the two locking catches with the other hand, then empty the water from the bucket.
Attention: Before the water emptying operation, the power source plug must be pulled out; when the
main body of the vacuum cleaner is being taken off, the main body shall not be placed upside down.
13. CLEANING AND REPLACING COMPONENTS
During absorbing water from a container, when the water level is higher than the vacuum cleaner and the
water volume is larger than the bucket volume capacity, it is necessary to carry out the absorbing in
several times. Once the small ball acts, it is necessary to raise the absorbing pipe immediately, otherwi-
se the water will flow into the bucket body automatically, which will lead to the absorbing of excessive
water.
• Clean the water limiting ball frequently, to ensure the small ball’s cleanness and the structure’s free
movement.
• After the water absorbing is completed, please clean the filter and bucket body and dry them by airing
timely for the next operation.
