Notes on cleaning
Separate the device from the power supply or remove
the batteries before cleaning.
Only use a dry cloth to clean the exterior of the device.
Do not use any cleaning fluid to avoid damaging the
electronics.
NOTE!
Do not disassemble the device. In the event of a
defect, please contact your dealer. The dealer will
contact the Service Centre and can send the device in
to be repaired, if necessary.
Use only the recommended batteries. Always replace
weak or empty batteries with a new, complete set of
batteries at full capacity. Do not use batteries from
different brands or with different capacities. The
batteries should be removed from the unit if it has not
been used for a long time.

°C/°F: Touch once to change the temperature °C or °F.
< >: Touch once to turn on/off backlight.
ALL TIME/24 HRs: Touch to show the maximum and
minimum temperature and humidity recorded since
last reset (ALL TIME option) or in the past 24 hours
since last reset (24 HRs option). Please note: in 24
HRs option, the maximum and minimum temperature
and humidity will be automatically reset every 24 hours.
Touch and hold “ALL TIME/24 HRs” button for 3
seconds to reset/clear all the maximum and minimum
temperature and humidity recorded.
Backlight
Press the “ ”key to activate the backlight, thenpress it
again to turn it off. If you do not press the button for
15 seconds, the backlight will automatically turn off.

as possible when the low battery indicator is displayed
as a low battery will make the touch buttons
less sensitive.

1. indicates the temperature & humidity is in an
increasing trend.
Before first use
1.Insert or Replace Battery: Insert two AAA batteries
in correct polarity (+) and (-) as indicated.
2.Do not immerse product body in water.
3.The humidity and temperature monitor is now ready
to use.
Do not leave exposed to extreme high or low
temperatures since this will damage electronic
parts and plastics.
Remove battery if stored for more than four months.

Our hygrometer contains the highest accuracy your
device in. The only way on the market for to receive
higher accuracy, would be to purchase a laboratory
humidity device which would provide accuracy to
within +/-1% but at a price of more than $1000. When
comparing our humidity device to a competitor, our
gauge is accurate to within +/-3% and other sellers will
be around +/-5%. So doing a side by side comparison
Is useless, as the total accuracy will be +/-8%. The
best way to test if your device is accurate is to buy two
of our devices and see if the readings are within +/-6%.
If so, this means our device is accurate.
FAQ:
1. About the accuracy:
Although our hygrometer contains the highest accuracy
on the market for the price range, in some circumstances,
such as when the humidity is below 10%, our device will
always display 10%. For example, if the actual humidity
was 5%, our device will display 10%. Only expensive
laboratory equipment will be able to read humidity
below 10%. There is no device on the market, even the
most expensive that can read below 5%.

Dit apparaat bevat elektronische componenten die

correct plaatst. Lege of beschadigde batterijen

volle capaciteit. Gebruik geen batterijen van verschillende
capaciteiten.
De batterijen moeten uit het apparaat worden verwijderd
tijdens opbergen en geen gebruik.

Druk op de toets " " om de verlichting te activeren en druk
er vervolgens op nogmaals om het uit te schakelen. Als u
niet op de knop voor 15 seconden drukt, de verlichting
wordt automatisch uitgeschakeld.

ALL TIME/24 HRs: Tik om het maximum/minimum weer te
geven sinds laatste reset (ALL TIME optie) of in de
afgelopen 24 uur sinds laatste reset (24 HRs optie).
Let op: in 24 HRs-optie, de maximale en minimale
temperatuur en de vochtigheid wordt elke 24 uur
automatisch gereset.
Houd de "ALL TIME/ 24 HRs" knop 3 seconden
ingedrukt om alle maximum/minimum gegevens
te resetten/verwijderen. Om zo opnieuw te
beginnen.

• Vervang de batterijen zo snel mogelijk
wanneer de indicator voor bijna lege batterijen
wordt weergegeven aangezien bijna lege batterijen de
aanraakknoppen minder gevoelig zal maken.

Temperatuur- en vochtigheidstrend
1. Geeft aan dat de temperatuur en vochtigheid
aan het stijgen zijn.
Bij het eerste gebruik
1.Batterij plaatsen of vervangen: Plaats twee AAA-batterijen
in de juiste polariteit (+) en (-) zoals aangegeven.
2.Dompel het product niet onder in water.
3.De vochtigheids- en temperatuurmonitor is nu klaar
 gebruiken.
Niet blootstellen aan extreem hoge of lage
temperaturen omdat dit elektronische schade toebrengt
aan de onderdelen en kunststoffen.
Verwijder de batterijen als de hygrometer langer dan
vier maanden wordt opgeborgen.

Onze hygrometer bevat de hoogst mogelijke nauwkeurigheid.
De enige manier om op de markt een hogere nauwkeurigheid
te krijgen, is het kopen van een laboratorium
vochtigheidsapparaat dat nauwkeurigheid zou verstrekken
binnen +/- 1% maar tegen een prijs van meer dan $1000.
Wanneer ons vochtigheidsapparaat vergelijkt wordt met een
concurrent, is onze meter nauwkeurig tot +/- 3% en andere
verkopers zullen ongeveer +/- 5% nauwkeurigheid hebben.
Dus een vergelijking naast elkaar doen is nutteloos,
omdat de totale nauwkeurigheid +/- 8% zal zijn. De beste
manier om te testen of uw apparaat nauwkeurig is,
is door twee van onze apparaten te kopen en kijk of de
metingen binnen +/- 6% ligt. Als dat zo is, betekent dat het
apparaat nauwkeurig is.
VEELGESTELDE VRAGEN
1. Over de nauwkeurigheid:
Hoewel onze hygrometer de hoogste nauwkeurigheid bevat
op de markt in dit prijsklasse, in sommige omstandigheden,
zoals wanneer de vochtigheid lager is dan 10%, zal ons
apparaat als nog 10% weergeven. Bijvoorbeeld als de
werkelijke vochtigheid 6% is, ons apparaat geeft 10% weer.
Alleen duur laboratoriumapparatuur kan vochtigheid aflezen
onder de 10%. Er bestaat tot nu toe nog geen apparaat op
de markt dat onder de 5% kan meten.
