To DAXOM User
In order to perform product function properly and for your safety follow the instructions
mentioned in the user manual of the product during the mounting and the usage of
the product. In case of an unauthorized mounting and maintenance, the product will
be void from warranty cover.
In addition to that, our company will not be responsible from failure or an accident
that may occur in the product.
Please keep this user manual in good conditions for future reference.
➢The installation of the product must be made suitably by authorised person
according to rules determined inside the mannual.
➢Product must be installed to ventilated place.
➢Check if product conforms to the gas type that will be used or not.
➢Be sure that the electric connection cables section of product are enough to
meet maximum electric power of the product.
➢Provide flexible connections in a safe way.
➢The fresh air inlet pipe and discharge gas outlet pipe of the product must be
made suitably according to rules stated inside the mannual.
➢Product must be fastened from installation legs inside to vehicle.
➢Product operates with 12V voltage.

➢The product must be placed to floor inside the caravan which can be installed as
durable and not moving and can carry to weight of device filled with water.
➢Fresh air inlet and discharge gas pipe must get out of caravan and if there is
space, it must be close as leakproof.

4.1. Installation Conditions and Safety Warnings

➢Necessary preventions must be taken for fresh air inlet pipe and discharge gas
pipe for any obstacle outside caravan.
➢Fresh air inlet pipe and discharge gas pipe must be near or close to fuel tank.
➢There must be sufficient space at product installation place for maintenance and
repairing
➢Definitely, flammable and explosive substances must not be at the same place
with product.
Make sure that ,the floor , which product will be installed, should be strong as to
carry the weight of the water filled product
Drill holes for fresh air inlet and discharge gas outlet connections to the chosen place
according to conditions determined above. Hole diameter must be maximum 2-3 mm
bigger than fresh air inlet pipe.
All connections must be leakproof.

Fix the fresh air inlet and discharge gas outlet connections to their place under the
product by wrapping with heat resistant leakage proof metarial (preferably teflon
tape). Tighten the connections solidly for not loose because of factors such as
vibration. Place the product to it’s place by taking out pipes from opening holes inside
the vehicle to outside.
Product must be fastened to vehicle from it’s installation legs as not moving and not
effected from quake.
While making installation of product be carefull avoiding any accident.
All connections of product must be removable.
➢There must be absolutely valve at water inlet of product.
➢Definetely teflon must not be used for connections.
➢After gas connections are done, leakage of connections must be controlled with
soap bubble at regular intervals.
Because of condensing water will be discharged directly from discharge gas system,
there no need to make separate connection.
After installment connections are completed, boiler must be filled. This process is
done by implementing following instructions.
➢Open the water inlet pipe of the product.
➢Turn on any tap connected to hot water outlet of product (preferably nearest tap).
Air inside the boiler will be discharged from water faucet.
➢Turn off tap after air is discharged from tap and continious water flow.
After boiler is filled, it must be controlled studiouslyi if there is water leakage or
not.

Electric connection must not be done before LCD control pannel is connected.
The cable supplied with products has boiler connection socket on one end and
numbered cables for LCD control pannel connection on other end. Boiler connection
socket is fixed to it’s place on the boiler and fasten by tightening connection part.
For LCD control pannel connection, numbered cables must be fixed to their
numbered place back side of LCD pannel. For seperating thermostad cover and LCD

pannel from each other, pull upthe control pannel by keeping the cover steady. Screw
the cover from installation holes to suitable place inside vehicle. Fix the LCD pannel
to it’s place again.
Be sure that, connections of LCD control pannel are correct. Wrong connction
can cause damage to devices.
While electric connection is made, + and –terminals must be connect correctly.
Cable sections must be sufficient for maximum electric power of the product.
For the electric connection of product, minimum 20A fuse must be used. The socket
at the end of the electrical connection cable supplied with the product is placed on
the device and fixed by tightening the connection part . The other end is connected
to the + and –supply of the vehicle.

Our company is not responsible from damages and accidents in case of
intervention of unauthorised person to product.
Be sure that used gas type for product is same with determined in product label.
Before operation of the product, suitability of all connections such as pipe, gas,
mechanic and electrical must be contolled.Boiler must be filled completely and air of
boiler must be discharged. Our company will not be responsible from damages and
accidents in case of causes from incorrect connection.
Follow the following points for opreation of the product;
➢Install product connected fuse.
➢Numbers and signs of LCD Control pannel are appear.
➢Open the gas inlet valve of the product.
➢According to temperature of water inside boiler and temperature setting value,
product starts to operate for heating water inside boiler or stays in standby model.
➢Press button for turn on and turn off.

Long term electric usage can be cause of accumulator discharge.
This product is designed as function of heating water with both gas and electric. Both
of heating system can not be operated at the same time. Requested fuel type for
heating water can be chosen with switch on the pannel. If heat switch is switched to
Emode heating water will be with electric, if it is switched to Gmode, heating water
will be with gas fuel. When the product is switched to Emode, will be 15 min sound
alarm.
➢Enter setting menü by pressing . Setting parameter blink. It is set with or
buttons. For passing between parameters, press to button. Following settings
can be made one by one.

➢Time program can be activated or pasivated with button. Appearing symbol
at display shows that product is in mannual using and time program is passive.
Appearing symbol shows that time program is active.
Boiler temperature can be set betwwen 5 oC and 65 oC by pressing or buttons
while the product is ON.
Product is equipped with child lock in case of unauthorised and needless usage.
When it is pressed to and buttons 5 sec at the same time, is appeared and
children lock is activated. Only ON / off button is function. Other buttons are not
functioned. For the deactivated of child lock, it is needed to press to and
buttons 5 sec.
The smart phone must be connected to Wi-Fi network for downloading.
➢It is posisble to control the product by downloaded application to smart phone.
Application can be loaded by writing “Smart Life” to application part of device or
by reading following QR codes.

➢You can enter into application by your current account or by opening new account
if you do not have any account. After necessary permissions are given , device
adding step starts. Press “Add Device” button.
➢“Thermostat (Wi-Fi)”is chosen under the title of “HVAC” from “Small Home
Appliances” tab.

➢It is passed to another step by Wi-Fi connection and entering wifi pass word.
➢While LCD pannel is OFF position, Press button until Wi-Fi symbol blink.
➢It is passed to another step by pressing “Confirm the indicator is blinking
rapidly” button in application after Wi-Fi on the LCD pannel starts to blink.
➢Device adding process is sterted by pressing "Blink Quickly" button.
➢After matchup is completed succesfully, press to “Done” button. In case of any
problem occurs while adding device steps must be repeated.

➢Application home screen will be opened. All settings that is made on LCD pannel
and more than this can be made from there.
➢LCD pannel must be connected to Wi-Fi network for controlling by smart phone.
For controling of LCD Pannel from smart phone, LCD pannel must be connected
to Wi-Fi network that set up is made.

TURN OFF gas valve, electrical fuse and water inlet / outlet valve of product
respectively.
➢Make sure the used gas type is the same with the one stated in the brand plate.
The use of inappropriate type of gas may lead to accident.
➢The repair of the water heater as unauthorized is dangerous and it may cause
accidents.
➢Make sure that there is enough sufficient space around product.
➢Always take precautions against possible gas leakage and when the gas smell is
felt, shut the gas valves off urgently, ventilate the environment by opening the door
and the windows Never make a phone call inside the room, do not turn the lights
on and off, do not plug anything to the electric plugs or unplug anything before the
gas leaves out completely. Do not forget that any flame or a spark that may occur
in such a case, will lead to fire or explosion.
➢Check pipes and connection pipes regularly, if you suspect that there is leakage
caused by pipes and connection pipes, cut off the gas.

➢If you suspect that there is gas leakage except from pipe and pipe connections
consult to your service agency.
➢Make urgently change old or cracked pipes by authorized person after controlling
gas pipes regularly.
➢When unusual burning sound is heard in water, stop using the water heater and
consult to our service agency.
➢Please check water flow temperature with your hand before applying your body in
case of burning.
➢Check the newly mounted product carefully and make sure that it operates
properly before using.
➢Take necessary precautions for not having damage because of water
specifications. (hard water and etc)
➢Take necessary precautions for not freezing of product at cold whethers.
➢Never touch the waste gas pipe during using and after a short time of using
(against skin burns)
➢In case of failure of product, do not panic and stop using the product. Cut Off the
gas, electricity and water. Consult the service department.
➢Never leave product electric supply and gas “ON” position when you leave the
caravan.
➢At cold weather, in case ofproduct freezing, water inside boiler must be discharged
or it must be opreated at low temperature.
➢Never keep inflammable, explosive materials and objects near product.
We have been providing service free of charge during the warranty period of the
product for relevant parts andmanufacturing defect. Whenyou have a problem during
using please contact our after sales service department. The unauthorized repairand
the maintenance of the product will void its warranty cover. Our company will not be
liable for the failures and the accidents that might occur later. After start-up of the
product, if changes are made without knowledge of our authorized services, the
device will be out of warranty.

It is aimed to maximize the lifetime of product with cathodic protection. Cathodic
protection is done with magnesium anode rods. Magnesium anode dissolves with the
help of electrolysis in the tank, adheres to the needed points on the inner surface of
the boiler and extend the life of the tank. Dissolved magnesium anode rods lose
mass. The magnesium anode rod, which has completely lost its mass, also loses its
protection feature. The life of the magnesium anode rod depends on the chemical
structure of the water, the temperature of the water, the amount of water used and
the wall thickness of the boiler. Between 6 months and 12 months on average, the
rods should be checked and changed if necessary. The amount of magnesium anode
rod show changes according to the capacity of the device.
