Features
The ulmate in comfort and mobility, the Comfort Chair is an easy care soluon
for elderly or special needs seang. Cushioned, adjustable air cell support has been
incorporated into the design. The four lateral support wings fold away for easy
transferring of the paent. This chair has a reclinable seat along with an adjustable
back rest and calf rest, and extending foot rests.

• Aer moving the chair into posion, ensure wheel lock is applied before
transferring user into posion.
• To avoid injury, keep paent and operator limbs clear of mechanisms / moving
parts, especially when in moon.
• WARNING: Do not modify this equipment without authorisaon of the
Manufacturer.
• WARNING: Do not sit on the foot secon; ensure user transfers on to the
chair on the seat secon with side support lowered.
Precauons and Warnings
The intended use of the DAYS Comfort Chair is as a chair for elderly or special
needs seang. The unit is intended for use by qualied health professionals within
a clinical seng.
Intended Use
A manufacturer’s warranty of 10 years applies to the frame and 1 year on other
parts when used in accordance with the user instrucons and when the product
has been properly maintained. Warranes do not extend to products damaged by
any abuse, accident or improper use or normal wear and tear.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES - Shall PERFORMANCE HEALTH or their agents
or dealers be liable in any manner whatsoever for any compensaon or damages to
any person occasioned by this chair for any loss, injury or any damage occasioned
by or as a result of the misuse or abuse of this chair.
Any express or applied condions, statements or warranty, statutory or otherwise
is hereby excluded.
Warranty
The breathable polyurethane cover can be removed and washed in warm soapy
water or wiped down using disinfectant wipes. It is recommended that all upholstery
panels be cleaned weekly with warm soapy water and then wiped clean with a
damp cloth to rinse o any soapy residue. This will preserve the Upholstery and
increase its life span.
Upholstery
It is recommended that a program of regular and appropriate Preventave
Maintenance, be instuted for this equipment to conrm connued operator and
paent safety.
