Troubleshooting
1. Press ENTER (Green lamp lights up)
2. Press 7 7 7 7 (Factory default code)
3. Press END button (same as Enter)
You will hear an “OK” melody. Within 4 seconds
turn the knob right and open door

2. Press the Button on the INSIDE of door
3. Enter your NEW CODE
4. Press the END button (same as enter)
5. You will hear an “OK” Melody
6. Check new number

Problem: When code is entered Red lamp turns on and “ERROR” Melody played
Cause: Incorrect opening sequence was used (safe has detected incorrect code)
Solution: Check code and try again
Problem: Safe won’t work or Safe won’t open after setting code
Cause: Incorrect opening or setting sequence was used 3 times in a row and the safe has
detected incorrect code. This triggers a time delay before re-entering the code
Solution: Allow safe “Time Out” for 10 min.
Problem: All key buttons do not work except STORE key
Cause: The button on the inside of door was held in and not pressed.
Solution: This places the safe in protective mode. To remove this mode, enter the code as per
normal except substitute the “Store” button for “Enter”. EG STORE -> Personal Code -> End.

1. Always check the new code with the DOOR OPEN
2. Old numbers shall be replaced with new one
3. Codes must be between 2 and 17 digits long
4. Long delays between entering numbers may cause problems. After pressing the
button on the inside of door you must enter the code within 5 seconds

How to Change Battery
1. Remove the bolt cap (unscrew anti-clockwise)
2. Locate the safe into the chosen position and open the door of the safe.
3. Mark the position of the hole (through the hole)
4. Slide the safe away from the mark and drill a 5/8” hole in the concrete floor with a
masonry drill to a minimum depth of 65mm.
5. After removing the dust from the hole, gently hammer the Loxin (supplied) into the hole
until it is flush with the floor
6. Re-locate the safe into position and insert the bolt (supplied) through the hole in the safe
and tighten until firm
1. Slide battery cover to the left and remove
2. Remove batteries from housing.
3. With a Phillips screwdriver remove the two screws behind batteries
4. Lift plastic housing away (cheerfully not to damage wires)
5. Insert key into cylinder and turn 360Oto unlock door.
6. Reverse instructions to replace.
Note: Remember to turn key back 360O to return lock to standard operation.
1. When the battery is low the red lamp will glow after the ENTER button is pressed. Only a
few openings are now possible
2. The battery housing is located behind the square shaped panel
3. Slide the cover to the LEFT and lift forward
4. Change 4 x AA batteries. Note: Always use good quality Alkaline batteries. Other types
may cause problems
5. Expected battery life of approx 1 to 2 year if used 5 times or less a day
