Die feuer- und wasserdichte Dokumentenkassette wurde entwickelt, um Papierdokumente und andere wertvolle
Dokumente vor Feuer- und Wasserschäden zu schützen. Feuerschutz: UL-zertiziert, 30 Minuten Feuerfestigkeit bei
Temperaturen von bis zu 843°C. Innentemperatur bei einem Brand: unter 177°C. Wasserschutz: Die Tests bestätigen, dass
der Innenraum der Dokumentenkassette auch bei vollständigem Eintauchen in Wasser für 24 Stunden trocken bleibt.
ACHTUNG! Dieser Safe ist NICHT für die Aufbewahrung von magnetischen Datenträgern, wie Datenkassetten, Audio-/
Videokassetten, Disketten, Filmen, Fotos oder Foto-Negativen vorgesehen. Dieser Safe ist NICHT für die Lagerung von
Medikamenten, Gegenständen mit brennbaren Waffen oder anderen Waffensystemen bestimmt.

ACHTUNG! Aufgrund des luftdichten Verschlusses ist es notwendig, die Dokumentenkassette in regelmäßigen Abständen
mindestens 30 Minuten zu lüften und mit frischen Silica-Gel-Beuteln auszustatten, um eine
Ansammlung von Feuchtigkeit im Innenraum zu vermeiden.
ENTRIEGELN UND ÖFFNEN
Stecken Sie den Schlüssel in die verriegelte Position (siehe Abb. 1). Drehen Sie den Schlüssel um 90 Grad nach rechts
(im Uhrzeigersinn) (siehe Abb. 2). Ziehen Sie den Schlüssel aus dem Schloss (siehe Abb. 3). Die Dokumentenbox ist nun
aufgeschlossen.
Um die Dokumentenkassette zu öffnen, drehen Sie den Drehknauf um 90 Grad nach rechts (im Uhrzeigersinn), bis die
Markierung auf das geöffnete Schlosssymbol zeigt (siehe Abb. 4). Die Box ist nun entriegelt und kann geöffnet werden
(siehe Abb. 5).

SCHLIEßEN UND VERRIEGELN
Drücken Sie den Deckel nach unten und drehen Sie den Drehknauf um 90 Grad nach links (gegen den Uhrzeigersinn), bis
die Markierung auf das verriegelte Schlosssymbol zeigt (siehe Abb. 6). Es wird etwas mehr Kraft zur Schließung benötigt, um
die Dokumentenbox vollständig zu verdichten. Diese ist nun geschlossen (siehe Abb. 7).
Um die Dokumentenbox zusätzlich zu verriegeln, stecken Sie den Schlüssel in das Schloss, wenn die Markierung auf das
geöffnete Schlosssymbol zeigt (siehe Abb. 8). Drehen Sie den Schlüssel um 90 Grad nach links (gegen den Uhrzeigersinn)
(siehe Abb. 9). Ziehen Sie den Schlüssel aus dem Schloss. Die Dokumentenbox ist nun abgeschlossen (siehe Abb. 10).

Hinweis: Der Drehknauf kann nicht gedreht werden, solange die Markierung auf das verriegelte Schlosssymbol zeigt.

die o.g. Informationen vorliegt.

The re and waterproof document cassette is designed to protect paper documents and other valuable documents against
re and water damage. Fire protection: UL certied, 30 minutes re resistance at temperatures up to 843°C. Interior
temperature in case of re: below 177°C. Waterproof: Tests conrm that the interior of the document cassette remains dry for
24 hours even when completely immersed in water.
Caution! This safe is NOT intended for the storage of magnetic data carriers, such as data cassettes, audio/video cassettes,
diskettes, lms, photos or photo negatives. This safe is NOT intended for the storage of medication, items containing
ammable weapons or other weapon systems.
STORAGE
To ensure re and water protection at all times store at with
the lid facing upwards, so that the dead weight of the lid
closes the seal.

CAUTION!
Due to the airtight seal, it is necessary to ventilate the document cassette at regular intervals for at least 30 minutes and to
equip it with fresh silica gel bags in order to avoid accumulation of moisture in the interior.
UNLOCK AND OPEN
Insert the key into the locked position (see g. 1). Turn the key 90 degrees to the right (clockwise) (see g. 2). Pull the key out
of the lock (see g. 3). The document box is now unlocked.
To open the document box, turn the knob 90 degrees to the right (clockwise) until the mark points to the open padlock
symbol (see g. 4). The box is now unlocked and can be opened (see g. 5).

CLOSING AND LOCKING
Push the cover down and turn the knob 90 degrees to the left (counterclockwise) until the mark points to the locked padlock
symbol (see g. 6).
A little more closing force is needed to fully compress the document box. The box is now closed (see g. 7).
To additionally lock the document box, insert the key into the lock when the marking points to the open padlock symbol
(see g. 8). Turn the key 90 degrees to the left (counterclockwise) (see g. 9). Pull the key out of the lock. The document box is
now locked (see g. 10).

Note: The knob cannot be turned as long as the mark points to the locked padlock symbol.
Lost your key? Contact us by phone or e-mail (see cover page). You can order spare keys by quoting your invoice number,
invoice address and lock number. You will nd the lock number engraved on the lock of your reproof document box.
Please note that for security reasons we cannot accept key orders unless we have proof of ownership based on the above
information.

La cassette à documents ignifuge et étanche a été développée pour protéger les documents papier et documents de valeur
contre le feu et l’eau. Protection contre le feu: certiée UL, 30 minutes de résistance au feu pour des températures allant
jusqu‘ à 843 °C. Température intérieure en cas d’incendie: moins de 177 °C. Etanchéité à l’eau: les tests conrment que
l’intérieur de la cassette à documents reste sec pendant 24 heures, même en cas d’immersion totale dans l’eau.
ATTENTION! Ce coffre n’est PAS adapté à la conservation de supports magnétiques comme les cassettes de données,
les cassettes audio/vidéo, les disquettes, les lms, les photos ou les négatifs. Ce coffre n’est PAS adapté au stockage de
médicaments, d’objets avec armes inammables ou autres systèmes d’armes.
STOCKAGE
Pour garantir l’ignifugation et l’étanchéité de la cassette,
celle-ci doit toujours être stockée avec le couvercle position-
né vers le haut an que le propre poids du couvercle com-
prime le joint de fermeture et assure ainsi l’étanchéité.

En raison de la fermeture hermétique de la cassette à documents, il est nécessaire de l‘aérer toutes les 30 minutes et d’y
placer des sachets de gel de silice neufs an d’empêcher l’accumulation d’humidité à l’intérieur.
DÉVERROUILLER ET OUVRIR
Introduisez la clé en position verrouillée (voir g. 1). Tournez la clé à 90 degrés vers la droite (dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre) (voir g. 2). Retirez la clé de la serrure (voir g. 3). La boîte à documents est maintenant déverrouillée et peut être
ouverte.Pour ouvrir la boîte de document, tourner le bouton de 90 degrés vers la droite (sens horaire) jusqu’à ce que la
marque pointe vers le symbole du cadenas ouvert (voir g. 4). Le boîtier est maintenant déverrouillé et peut être ouvert (voir
g. 5).

FERMER ET VERROUILLER
Appuyez sur le couvercle en le maintenant vers le bas puis tournez le bouton rotatif à 90 degrés vers la gauche (sens
contraire des aiguilles d’une montre), jusqu’à ce que la marque se trouve en face du symbole du verrou (voir g. 6). Une force
supplémentaire devra être exercée pour fermer la boîte à documents de façon étanche. Celle-ci est maintenant fermée (voir
g. 7).
Pour verrouiller en plus la boîte à documents, introduisez la clé dans la serrure lorsque la marque se trouve en face du
symbole du verrou ouvert (voir g. 8). Tournez la clé à 90 degrés vers la gauche (sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre)
(voir g. 9). Retirez la clé de la serrure. La boîte à documents est maintenant fermée (voir g. 10).

Note: le bouton pivotant ne peut être tourné tant que la marque se trouve en face du symbole du verrou fermé.

êtes bien le propriétaire de la cassette en nous fournissant les informations mentionnées plus haut.

La cassetta portadocumenti ignifuga e impermeabile è stata concepita per proteggere i documenti cartacei e altri
documenti importanti dai danni causati dal fuoco e dall’acqua. Antifuoco: certicazione UL, resistenza al fuoco per 30
minuti a temperature no a 843 °C. Temperatura interna in caso di incendio: inferiore a 177°C. Protezione dall’acqua: i test
confermano che l’interno della cassetta portadocumenti, anche in caso di immersione completa in acqua, rimane asciutto
per 24 ore.
ATTENZIONE! Questa cassetta portadocumenti NON è concepita per la conservazione di supporti dati magnetici quali
cassette dati, cassette audio/video, dischetti, lm, foto o negativi di foto. La cassetta NON è destinata alla conservazione di
medicinali, oggetti con armi combustibili o altri sistemi di armi..
STOCCAGGIO
Al ne di assicurare le proprietà ignifughe e impermeabili,
riporre sempre la cassetta in senso orizzontale con il coper-
chio rivolto verso l’alto, afnché il peso del coperchio chiuda
la guarnizione.

ATTENZIONE!
A causa della chiusura ermetica è necessario aerare la cassetta portadocumenti a intervalli regolari di almeno 30 minuti e
inserirvi dentro bustine di gel di silice per impedire un accumulo di umidità all’interno.
SBLOCCAGGIO E APERTURA
Inserire la chiave nella posizione bloccata (vedi Fig. 1). Girare la chiave di 90 gradi verso destra (in senso orario) (vedi Fig. 2).
Estrarre la chiave dalla serratura (vedi Fig. 3). La cassetta portadocumenti è ora chiusa.
Per aprire il box documenti, ruotare la manopola di 90 gradi verso destra (in senso orario) no a quando il simbolo del
lucchetto aperto (vedi Fig. 4). La scatola è ora sbloccata e può essere aperta (vedi Fig. 5).

CHIUSURA E BLOCCO
Premere il coperchio verso il basso e ruotare la manopola di 90 gradi verso sinistra (in senso antiorario) nché la marcatura
non indica il simbolo della serratura bloccata (vedi Fig. 6). Per chiudere, esercitare un po’ più di forza al ne di comprimere il
portadocumenti. A questo punto la cassetta è chiusa (vedi Fig. 7).
Per bloccare ulteriormente la cassetta portadocumenti, inserire la chiave nella serratura quando la marcatura indica il
simbolo del lucchetto aperto (vedi Fig. 8). Girare la chiave di 90 gradi verso sinistra (in senso antiorario) (vedi Fig. 9). Estrarre la
chiave dalla serratura. A questo punto la cassetta portadocumenti è chiusa (vedi Fig. 10).

Nota: la manopola non può essere girata nché la marcatura indica il simbolo del lucchetto chiuso.
HAI PERSO LA CHIAVE? Contattaci telefonicamente o tramite e-mail (vedi pagina introduttiva). Indicando il numero di
fattura, l’indirizzo di fatturazione e il numero di serratura possiamo ordinare una chiave di riserva. Il numero di serratura è
inciso sulla serratura della cassetta portadocumenti ignifuga. N.B. Per motivi di sicurezza, non possiamo evadere ordini di
chiavi in assenza di identicazione del proprietario mediante le informazioni sopra menzionate.

ES : CAJA FUERTE REFRACTARIA PARA DOCUMENTOS
Esta caja refractaria e impermeable para documentos ha sido diseñada para proteger documentos en papel y cualquier otro
tipo de documentación valiosa de los daños causados por el fuego y el agua. Protección frente a incendios: certicación UL,
30 minutos de resistencia al fuego a temperaturas de hasta 843 ºC. Temperatura interior en caso de incendio: menos de 177
ºC. Protección frente al agua: los ensayos conrman que el compartimento interior de la caja fuerte para documentos se
mantiene seco incluso tras haber estado sumergida en agua durante 24 horas.
¡ATENCIÓN! Esta caja fuerte NO ha sido diseñada para guardar en ella soportes de datos magnéticos como videocasetes,
audiocasetes, disquetes, películas, fotos o negativos de fotos. Esta caja fuerte NO es apta para conservar medicamentos,
objetos con armas inamables o cualquier otro tipo de armas.
ALMACENAMIENTO
Para garantizar la protección contra el fuego y el agua,
colóquela siempre con la tapa mirando hacia arriba para que
el peso propio de esta cierre la junta.

¡ATENCIÓN! Debido al cierre hermético con que cuenta, es necesario ventilar periódicamente la caja fuerte para
documentos durante, al menos, 30 minutos y añadir una bolsita de gel de sílice para evitar que la humedad se acumule en el
compartimento interior.
DESBLOQUEO Y APERTURA
Introduzca la llave en la posición bloqueada (véase g. 1). Gire la llave en 90 grados hacia la derecha (en sentido horario)
(véase g. 2.). Saque la llave de la cerradura (véase g. 3). A continuación, la caja fuerte para documentos se abre.
Para abrir el buzón de documentos, gire el mando 90 grados a la derecha (en el sentido de las agujas del reloj) hasta que la
marca apunte al símbolo de candado abierto (véase la g. 4). La caja está ahora desbloqueada y puede abrirse (véase g. 5).

CIERRE Y BLOQUEO
Presione la tapa y gire la perilla en 90 grados hacia la izquierda (en sentido antihorario) hasta que la marca apunte al
símbolo del candado cerrado. Se necesita algo más de fuerza para cerrar a n de hermetizar por completo la caja fuerte para
documentos. A continuación, la caja se cierra (véase g. 7).
Para bloquear de forma adicional la caja fuerte para documentos, introduzca la llave en la cerradura cuando la marca apunte
al símbolo del candado abierto (véase g. 8). Gire la llave en 90 grados hacia la izquierda (en sentido antihorario) (véase g.
9.). Saque la llave de la cerradura. A continuación, la caja fuerte para documentos se cierra (véase g. 10).

Aviso: La perilla no se puede girar si la marca apunta al símbolo del candado cerrado.

Gebr. Holthoff e.K. gewährleistet für einen Zeitraum von drei (3) Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum, dass dieses Produkt frei von
Struktur- oder mechanischen Fehlern aufgrund von Material- oder Herstellungsfehlern ist. Gebr. Holthoff e.K. repariert oder
ersetzt dieses Produkt oder eine Komponente dieses Produkts, wenn es sich im Garantiezeitraum als fehlerhaft erweist.
Der Ersatz oder die Reparatur erfolgt mit einem neuen oder wiederaufgearbeiteten Produkt bzw. einer entsprechenden
Komponente. Wenn das Produkt nicht mehr erhältlich ist, erfolgt die Ersatzleistung mit einem ähnlichen Produkt von
gleichem oder höherem Wert.
Diese Garantie ist nur gültig für den Originalkäufer ab dem Datum des ersten Kaufs und ist nicht übertragbar. Sie müssen
Ihre Rechnung zum Kauf aufbewahren. Der Kaufnachweis ist erforderlich, um den Garantiedienst zu erhalten. Händler, die
dieses Produkt verkaufen, haben nicht das Recht, die Bedingungen dieser Garantie in irgendeiner Weise zu verändern.
Diese Garantie gilt nicht für die Oberächenbearbeitung des Produkts. Diese Garantie deckt nicht die normale Abnutzung
oder Verschleiß von Teilen oder Schäden aufgrund von Folgendem ab: Fahrlässige Verwendung oder Falschverwendung des
Produkts, unsachgemäße Lagerung, der Bedienungsanleitung widersprechende Verwendung, Zerlegung, Reparatur oder
Veränderung durch andere Personen; falsche Installation oder Exposition gegenüber extremer Hitze oder Feuchtigkeit. Des
Weiteren deckt die Garantie keine Schäden durch das Auftreten höherer Gewalt ab.
Gebr. Holthoff e.K. übernimmt keine Haftung für Neben- oder Folgeschäden, die durch Verstoß gegen eine ausdrückliche
oder stillschweigende Garantie verursacht wurden oder anderweitig mit dem Verkauf dieses Produkts in Verbindung stehen;
für Kosten im Zusammenhang mit der Entfernung oder Installation des Produkts; Beschädigung oder Verlust des Inhalts
des Produkts; unbefugte Entfernung des Inhalts oder Versandschäden.
Diese vorstehende Garantie ist anstatt aller anderen ausdrücklichen oder stillschweigenden Garantien, einschließlich
Garantien der Marktgängigkeit oder Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck, und Gebr. Holthoff e.K. lehnt jegliche andere
Zusicherungen und Gewährleistungen ab.
Außer in dem Maße, wie es durch das anwendbare Gesetz verboten ist, ist jede stillschweigende Garantie oder
Handelsüblichkeit oder Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck zeitlich auf den Zeitraum der vorstehenden Garantiezeit
beschränkt.

Gebr. Holthoff e.K. ist nicht für die unsachgemäße Lagerung und Handhabung des Produkts haftend. Aufgrund des
luftdichten Verschlusses ist es notwendig, die Dokumentenkassette in regelmäßigen Abständen mindestens 30 Minuten
zu lüften und mit frischen Silica-Gel-Beuteln auszustatten, um eine Ansammlung von Feuchtigkeit im Innenraum
zu vermeiden. Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für Beschädigungen am Inhalt der Dokumentenkassette durch die
unsachgemäße Verwendung und Pege. Gebr. Holthoff e.K. ist nicht für einen Verlust oder eine Beschädigung des Inhalts
der Box verantwortlich.
EN Limited Warranty
Gebr. Holthoff e.K. warrants that this product is free from structural or mechanical defects due to defects in materials or
workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Gebr. Holthoff e.K. will repair or replace this product or
a component of this product if it proves to be defective during the warranty period.
Replacement or repair will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer
available, it will be replaced with a similar product of equal or greater value.
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser from the date of rst purchase and is not transferable. You must keep
your invoice for purchase. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service. Dealers who sell this product do not have
the right, to change the terms of this warranty in any way.
This warranty does not apply to the surface nish of the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear or tear of parts
or damage resulting from: negligent use or misuse of the product; improper storage; use contrary to the instruction manual;
disassembly, repair or alteration by others; improper installation or exposure to extreme heat or moisture. Furthermore, the
warranty does not cover damage caused by force majeure.
Gebr. Holthoff e.K. assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages caused by breach of any express or implied
warranty or otherwise related to the sale of this product; costs associated with the removal or installation of the product;
damage to or loss of the contents of the product; unauthorized removal of the contents or shipping damage.
This foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or tness
for a particular purpose, and Gebr. Holthoff e.K. disclaims all other representations and warranties.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or merchantability or tness for a particular purpose
is limited in time to the period of the foregoing warranty period.
EN liability committee
Gebr. Holthoff e.K. is not liable for improper storage and handling of the product. Due to the airtight seal, it is necessary
to ventilate the document cassette at regular intervals for at least 30 minutes and to equip it with fresh silica gel bags in
order to avoid accumulation of moisture in the interior. We accept no liability for damage to the contents of the document
cassette caused by improper use and maintenance. Gebr. Holthoff e.K. is not responsible for any loss or damage to the
