Deltec Fließbett Filter FR 509 - FR 1020
Konventionelle Filter sind nicht für alle Einsatzzwecke geeignet. Das gilt
insbesondere für dsorbermedien, wie zum Beispiel Deltec C
Phosphatadsorber , C Special Carbon usw. Optimale Nutzung und Wirkung
des Filtermaterials wird erreicht bei der Verwendung eines Deltec Fließbett
Filters.
Die Deltec Fließbett Filter können außerdem als Biofilter zum bbau von
monium/ moniak und Nitrit eingesetzt werden.
Installation und Bedienung
-Falls nicht anders vom Hersteller angegeben, muss das Filtermaterial
zunächst einmal gründlich gewaschen werden.
-Der Filterkopf hat einen Bajonettverschluss, der durch Drehen gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn geöffnet wird. Entnehmen Sie die obere Lochplatte mit dem
Schwamm.
-Befüllen Sie den Filter mit dem Filtermaterial (bis ca. zur Hälfte).
Vermeiden Sie ein Überfüllen.
-Setzen Sie den oberen Schwamm mit Lochplatte wieder ein und
verschließen den Filter mit dem Filterkopf durch ufsetzen und Drehen im
Uhrzeigersinn. Vergewissern Sie sich vorher, dass der O-Ring frei von
Verunreinigungen ist.
-Verbinden Sie den bsperrhahn und eine geeignete Förderpumpe mit einem
Schlauch.
-Den Rücklauf des Filters mit einem Schlauch in den ußenfilter bzw. in das
quarium führen. Der Rücklauf darf nicht gedrosselt werden.
-Die Pumpe einschalten, den bsperrhahn so einstellen, dass ein leichtes
‚Kochen‘ des Filtermaterials erkennbar ist. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle
Verbindungen sicher und keine Leckstellen vorhanden sind.
Für eine eventuell notwendige Reinigung kann das zentrale Druckrohr
komplett mit der unteren Lochplatte und Schwamm herausgezogen werden.

Maximum absorption efficiency for Filter media like Deltec C
Phosphatadsorber , C Special Carbon and others is archieved by using Deltec
a FR filter. Deltec “FR“ Series filter can also be used as a very effective bio
filter.
Installation
-FR filters can be installed inside (if space allows) the sump or remote from
aquarium and filter sump.
-Connect the FR filter to a pump or bypass of the aquariums filtration
system.
-Remove the lid by turning it anticlockwise.
-Rinse the media thoroughly if not it may cloud the water temporally.
-Fill in the media; cover the central dawn pipe during the process.
-DO NOT O ERFILL
-Make sure that the sponges are in the correct position and that the Lid O-
Ring is clean and in position.
-Replace the lid and turn clockwise.
-Close the tap an the FR filter and switch on the water supply.
-Open the tap slowly to achieve a steady circulation inside the FR filter.
CHECK FOR ANY LEAKS
General
The FR filters should ran continuously. When using it in combination with a
“Kalkwasser” stirrer, ensure that the “Kalkwasser” is not fed directly into the
FR filter.
With aquaria containing initially high levels of Phosphate, Rowaphos may have
to be renewed after a short period of time i.e. If the phosphate level coming
out of the FR filter is the same as in the aquarium.
Maintenance
The FR filter should be cleaned thoroughly and if necessary sponges replaced
every time the media is renewed.

L’impiego di un Filtro a letto fluido Deltec garantisce l’utilizzo e la resa ottimali di
materiali filtranti, come ad es. Deltec C Phosphatadsorber , C Special Carbon,
ecc.
I Filtri a letto fluido Deltec possono, inoltre, essere impiegati come filtri biologici
per la scomposizione di mmonio/ mmoniaca e Nitriti.
Installazione
Il filtro a letto fluido può essere installato all’interno della sump, se lo spazio è
sufficiente, oppure in luogo separato dalla sump e dall’acquario.
-Se non altrimenti indicato dal produttore, prima dell’uso il materiale filtrante deve
essere lavato a fondo.
-La testa del filtro presenta una chiusura a baionetta che si apre ruotando in senso
antiorario. Estrarre la piastra forata superiore con la spugna .
-Riempire il filtro con il materiale filtrante (fino circa a metà). Evitare di caricare
troppo il filtro.
-Inserire di nuovo la spugna con la piastra forata. Chiudere il filtro sovrapponendo
la testa del filtro e ruotando in senso orario, dopo essersi assicurati che l’O-Ring
sia ben pulito, privo di impurità.
-Collegare il rubinetto d’intercettazione ad una pompa di alimentazione con un
tubo flessibile.
-Mediante tubo flessibile condurre lo scarico del filtro nel filtro esterno o
nell’acquario. Il deflusso non deve subire strozzature.
-zionare la pompa, impostare il rubinetto di intercettazione in modo che si
avverta un leggero “ribollire” del materiale filtrante. ssicurarsi che tutti i
collegamenti siano sicuri e che non ci siano perdite.
Funzionamento
Il filtro a letto fluido è concepito per un funzionamento continuo. Se si utilizza in
combinazione con un miscelatore di kalkwasser, assicurarsi che la kalkwasser non
venga scaricata direttamente nel filtro a letto fluido . ll’inizio, considerato il livello
generalmente elevato dei fosfati nella fase di avviamento dell’acquario, può essere
necessario sostituire il Rowaphos dopo breve tempo ossia quando il contenuto di
fosfati in uscita dal filtro è uguale a quello rilevato in acquario.
Manutenzione
Ogni volta che si rinnova il materiale filtrante eseguire una pulizia accurata del filtro
FR e, se necessario, sostituire le spugne. Quando necessario, per eseguire la pulizia
è possibile estrarre completamente il tubo di mandata centrale con la piastra forata
inferiore e la spugna.

Deltec Lit filtrant fluidisé FR 509 - FR 1020
Les filtres conventionnels ne sont pas appropriés à tous les emplois. Ceci est
surtout valable pour les milieux absorbeurs, tels que les Deltec C
Phosphatadsorber , C Special Carbon etc. L'emploi d’un Deltec Lit filtrant
fluidisé permet d'obtenir une utilisation et un effet optimaux du matériau
filtrant.
Les Deltec Lits filtrants fluidisés peuvent par ailleurs être employés en tant
que filtres biologiques pour la décomposition de l'ammonium/ammoniac et du
nitrite.
Installation et manipulation
-Si le fabricant n'a pas indiqué d'autres informations, le matériau filtrant doit
être d'abord soigneusement lavé.
-La tête du filtre a une fermeture à baïonnette qui s’ouvre en tournant dans
le sens des aiguilles d’une montre. Retirer la plaque perforée du haut avec
l'éponge.
-Remplir le filtre avec le matériau filtrant (jusqu'à la moitié env.) Éviter de
trop remplir.
-Replacer l'éponge du haut avec la plaque perforée et fermer le filtre en
posant la tête du filtre et en la tournant dans le sens des aiguilles d'une
montre. S'assurer auparavant que l'anneau torique est parfaitement
propre.
-Relier le robinet d'arrêt et une pompe de circulation appropriée avec un
tuyau.
-Guider le retour du filtre avec un tuyau dans le filtre extérieur ou dans
l'aquarium. Le retour ne doit pas bridé.
-Brancher la pompe, régler le robinet d'arrête de sorte que le matériau
filtrant « bouillonne » légèrement. S'assurer que toutes les liaisons sont
sûres et qu'il n'y a aucune fuite.
Si un nettoyage est éventuellement nécessaire, il faut sortir complètement le
tuyau de refoulement central avec la plaque perforée du bas et l'éponge.
