PREFACE
Thank you for choosing DemarkQ. We hope you will enjoy your new POP!
In this manual, the POP will be referred to as the “LED therapy lamp”. This
manual contains the information necessary for you to become familiar with
and to ensure the safe use of the LED therapy lamp. This manual is intended
for the end user of the LED therapy lamp. We kindly ask you to carefully read
this information before using the device.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR LED THERAPY LAMP
Intended use
The LED therapy lamp is intended as a handheld skincare device to treat mild
to moderate acne.
The LED therapy lamp combines red and blue LED light to treat active and
future outbreaks as well as speed up the recovery of acne scars, redness, and
inammationwithinonesession.

The device uses blue LEDs to treat existing acne and prevent future breakouts.
Blue light has been proven to be effective in killing acne-causing bacteria
residing in the skin. Blue light also helps in regulating sebum, preventing
overproduction and therefore, future breakouts.
ThetreatmentalsousesredLEDlighttoreduceinammationandredness,
improve overall skin tone. Red light penetrates deep into the skin layers
to help stimulate collagen production and therefore heal acne scars fast
withoutsideeffectslikeinammation,redness,anddryness.
It should be noted, the LED therapy lamp does not use any form of UV light
and therefore will not burn the skin.
This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above.
However, we strongly recommend individuals under 18 have an adult present
when using this product to ensure proper and safe use. This product can also
be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or
with lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision
and instruction concerning the use of the product for safe usage and
proper understanding of the hazards involved. Children shall not play with
the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children
without supervision.
This product is not intended to be used by persons suffering from sunburn,
persons under medical care for diseases that involve photosensitivity and/or
persons receiving photosensitizing medications.

The LED therapy lamp is not meant to be repaired by the user. Do not attempt
to take apart or modify. For more information on warranty and when the
warranty will be voided, see ‘Warranty’.
The LED therapy lamp is not intended for professional use.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

· Never charge, use or clean the LED therapy lamp where the product
could come in contact with water. There is a risk of electric shock when the
product comes in contact with water.
· Never charge the LED therapy lamp with a damaged charging cable.
Stop using the charging cable immediately and contact

product is charged with a damaged charging cable.
· Never use the LED therapy lamp when the product is damaged or broken.
Stop using the device immediately and contact

product is used while damaged or broken.
· Never use or clean the LED lamp when the product is being charged.
There is a risk of electric shock when the product is used or cleaned while
being charged.

· Never direct the light beam of the LED therapy lamp directly to your eyes.
Use the LED therapy lamp as close to your skin as possible and do not look
directly into the light beam. A direct light beam of the LED light to your
eyes, may cause damage to your eyes.
· Always use the supplied light blocking safety glasses when using the LED
light therapy lamp. Direct exposure to a beam of the LED light to your eyes
may cause damage.

· AlwaystesttheLEDtherapylightbeforeyouusetheappliancefortherst
time (see section ‘Testing’ on page XXX). Always seek medical advice in
case unexpected side effects (such as itching) occur within 48 hours after
you use the product.
· Never use the LED therapy lamp if your skin is light sensitive. The use of the
product shall have a negative impact on your skin.
· Never use the LED therapy lamp if you use medication that causes skin
sensitivity to light. The use of the product shall have a negative impact on
your skin.
· Always consult a doctor before using the LED therapy lamp when you are
pregnant. The use of the product may lead to irritated and/or damaged
skin.
· Always consult a doctor before using the LED therapy lamp when you
have any suspicious or cancerous lesions. The use of the product may lead

· The LED lights produce heat. Heat can cause injury to the skin. Never use
product if you are insensitive to heat to prevent skin injury.
NOTICE
· Always observe the operation and storage temperatures of the LED
therapy lamp. Protect the product against extreme temperatures (e.g.
from intense sunlight without adequate ventilation). The product could
become damaged through extreme temperatures.
· Never step, sit or lie on the LED therapy lamp. This may damage the proper
functioning of the product.
· Never drop the LED therapy lamp. This may damage the proper
functioning of the product.
· Never use an overheated LED therapy lamp. The LED therapy lamp has
shut of automatically to prevent damage to the product. Let the product
cool down for a few minutes and try to switch on the product again.
· Never attempt to take apart, modify or repair the LED therapy lamp. The
warranty will be void. Contact [email protected] if the
product doesn’t function correctly.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE OF YOUR LED THERAPY LAMP
Checking the contents
Check that none on the parts are missing or damaged, see image 1. If parts
are missing or damaged, contact [email protected]. Send a
picture of the damaged part, a picture and a copy of the receipt along with
your e-mail. The customer service might ask you for more information.
Registering
When the lamp isn’t bought directly via DemarkQ, register your LED therapy
lamp to make sure the warranty is effective.
1. Copy the original receipt.
2. Contact our customer service at [email protected].
3. Register the LED therapy lamp following the information supplied by our
customer service on the website of DemarkQ.
When your LED therapy lamp has been registered, you will automatically
receive information about exclusive offers, VIP discounts, new product
previews, as well as the opportunity to earn free products through new
product trials.

Charging via a USB charger
To charge your LED therapy lamp via a USB charger, follow the next steps:
1. Plug the USB-C side of the cable into the USB-C slot on the LED therapy
lamp.
2. Plug the USB-A side of the cable into a USB-A slot.
Charging via a power outlet
To charge your LED therapy lamp via a power outlet, follow the next steps:
1. Plug the USB-C side of the cable into the USB-C slot on the LED therapy
lamp.
2. Plug the USB-A side of the cable into a USB-A slot on a USB charger. The
USB charger needs to be 5V 1 A.
3. Plug the USB charger into a power outlet.
Charging indicator
The LED therapy lamp is equipped with a charging indicator. The charging
indicator states the battery level as follows:

Blinks red Charging
Lights up green Fully charged

Removing the protective foil

Preparing your skin
Preparing your skin before use to maximize the effect of the LED therapy lamp
and to protect your skin.
1. Cleanse your face thoroughly to remove all the dirt and residual makeup.
2. Make sure your skin is completely dry before using.
4Make sure the skin you want to treat is completely bare and free from
makeup and skincare items.
Testing
Test if your skin is not too sensitive before using the LED therapy lamp on your
face.
4DemarkQ recommends using your forearm.
1. Put on the supplied light blocking glasses.
2. Press the on/off button for 1 second. A sound plays and the LED therapy
lamp switches on.
3. Place the LED therapy lamp on your skin or within 1/4” (6 mm) of your skin
for 3 minutes.
4After 3 minutes, the LED therapy lamp automatically switches off.

4. Move the LED therapy lamp away from the skin.
5. Check if the treated area has turned red.
6. If the skin turns red within 48 hours, don’t use the LED therapy lamp. Your
skin is too sensitive for the light. Contact the customer service at
[email protected].
USING YOUR LED THERAPY LAMP

See ‘Testing’ for more information.
4Prepare your skin before using the LED therapy lamp.
1. Make sure your device is clean.
2. Put on the supplied light blocking safety glasses.
3. Press the on/off button for 1 second to turn on the LED light therapy lamp.
You will also hear a beep to indicate the device is turned on.
4. Hold the LED therapy lamp light up to 1/4 inch (6mm) against the
targeted area. You can also place the device directly against your skin
but make sure to avoid direct exposure to your eyes.
5. Hold the device in place for at least 3 minutes until the device shuts off
automatically.
4Results of the use of the LED therapy lamp can be expected after 4 to 6
weeks of daily use.
4The device will beep during the 1 minute, 2 minute, and 3 minute mark to
indicate usage time.

4After 3 minutes, the LED therapy lamp automatically switches off.
6. Move the LED therapy lamp to the next area of the skin you want to have
treated and repeat steps 2 to 4.
7. Press the on/off button for 1 second if the LED therapy lamp is on. The LED
therapy lamp switches off.
8. Take off the light blocking glasses.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR LED THERAPY LAMP
Cleaning
· Unplug the cable of the LED therapy lamp from the power outlet before
cleaning.
· Switch off the LED therapy lamp before cleaning.
· Clean the LED therapy lamp with a dry and clean cloth after each use.
Storing
1. Unplug the cable of the LED therapy lamp from the power outlet before
storing.
2. Switch off the LED therapy lamp before storing.
4Make sure the battery of the LED therapy lamp is fully charged before
storing.
4Avoid direct sunlight on the LED therapy lamp while storing.
4DemarkQ advises to store the LED therapy lamp in the original packaging.

Maintaining

In case the supplied charging cable and/or light blocking glasses are
damaged, contact DemarkQ by sending an e-mail to
[email protected].

DemarkQ has the ability to change the warranty policy. Please visit our
website, to view the latest warranty details.
The limited warranty is only valid for the original owner and is not assignable
or transferable to another party. The limited warranty is only valid if the
LED therapy lamp is purchased from an authorized partner or directly from
DemarkQ. All warranty services must be authorized and performed by
DemarkQ or any authorized reseller.
The limited warranty will only be effective when the LED therapy lamp is
registered. Register the LED therapy lamp by contacting the customer service
at [email protected]. If the LED therapy lamp is received as a
gift, ask the buyer to send you a copy of the receipt and register the product
on your behalf within 30 days of purchase.
