IMPORTANCE PRECAUTION
1. Do not plug with wet hand.
2. Do not plug into a socket where several other appliances are plugged in.
3. Do not use if the plug cord is damaged or the power plug does not fit the
socket safely.
4. Do not modify the parts or repair the unit by yourself.
5. Do not use the unit near flam or wet places..
6. Do not use where children can easily touch the unit , or allow children to
use the unit by themselves.
7. Do not place on unstable surfaces.
8. Do not move the unit when the pot or the pan is on it.
9. Do not heat the pot empty or overheat the pot .
10.Do not place the metallic objects such as knives, forks spoons, lids,
cans, and aluminum foils on the top plate.
11. When the power cord is damaged or the crystal plate cracks, unplug the
adaptor, and take it to the service center to repair.
12. Don’t clean the cooker by putting it in the water, but to wipe the surface
by using wet rags.
13. Please don’t touch the plate until the surface temperature drop down to
low enough.
14. Do not place the unite close to the objects which are affected by
magnet, such as :radios, televisions, automatic-banking cards and
cassette tapes.
15. This appliance is not suitable for some relative people to use, including
children, persons with reduced physical or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge unless they are under supervision and
guidance of persons who can be responsible for their safety.

A Word on Induction Cooking Side
Induction cooking is a safe, advanced, efficient, and economical cooking
technology. It works by electromagnetic
vibrations generating heat directly in the pan, rather than indirectly through
heating the glass surface. The
glassbecomes hot only because the pan eventually warms it up.

Before using your New Induction and Infrared Cooker
• Read this guide, taking special note of the ‘Safety Warnings’ section.
• Remove any protective film that may still be on your Induction and
Infrared cooker.
Using the Touch Controls
• The controls respond to touch, so you don’t need to apply any touchier.
• Use the ball of your finger, not its tip.
• You will hear a beep each time a touch is registered.
• Make sure the controls are always clean, dry, and that there is no object
(e.g. a utensil or a cloth) covering them. Even a thin film of water may make
the controls difficult to operate.
Choosing the right Cookware for induction

• Only use cookware with a base
suitable for induction cooking.
Look for the induction symbol on the
packaging or on the bottom of the pan.

• You can check whether your cookware is suitable by carrying out
a magnet test. Move a magnet towards the base of the pan. If it
is attracted, the pan is suitable for induction.
• If you do not have a magnet:
1. Put some water in the pan you want to check.
2. If does not flash in the display and the water is heating, the pan is
suitable.
• Cookware made from the following materials is not suitable: pure stainless
steel, aluminium or
copper without a magnetic base, glass, wood, porcelain, ceramic, and
earthenware.
Remarks: Do not pick the pot for the ceramic cooking side.
Do not use cookware with jagged edges or a curved base.
Make sure that the base of your pan is smooth, sits flat against the glass,
and is the same size as the cooking zone. Always centre your pan on the
cooking zone.
Always lift pans off the ceramic cooker –do not slide, or they may scratch
the glass.

HOW TO OPERATE
1. Power On
a) When plug in, the buzzer alerts,, the cooker is ready for work.
2. Switch On
a) After power on, touch ON/OFF key for 1seconds , the cooker enters
into standby mode, LED display ”0000” .
3. Switch Off
a) When in standby or working mode, touch “ ON /OFF” button for 1seconds
, the cooker will stop working and get into power on.
4. Timer
a) Timer is available for Manual functions, time ranging from 1 min to 99
mins.
b) In the working condition, touch “Timer” key , LED shows ”00” ( with
flicker) , then touch “+” key to prolong
the timer by 1 min every time, keep touch “+” key to prolong the timer by
10 min every time, touch “-“key to
shorten the timer by 1 min every time , keep touch “-“ key to shorten the
timer by 10 min every time, cooker will
be assured after 5 seconds .
c) The LED show “00” (with flicker), if you don’t touch any timer, then , the
cooker will cancel timer condition after 5 seconds and default to working in
select cooking function.
d) To cancel timer function, touch “Timer” button again.
5. Lock
a) Touch “Lock” key for 3 seconds, the lock indicator lights and all other key
s
are not available to use at the mode of lock.
b) Cancel lock: please keep touch the “Lock” key
again for 3 seconds, the lock indicator goes out, then it unlocks.

6. Power ( function 1)
a) When switch on or in other cooking mode, touch any key on slider
to select power function.
The heat indicator lights and LED displays “1200”, the cooker starts to keep
heating on 1200W.
b) slide the .to increase or decrease the power.
c) The maximum display power is 2000. and minimum power is 200.200-
500-800-1000-1200-1400-1600-1800-2000W,total 9 level
d)When switch on but no any operations, the cooker will automatically
power off in 1min. When the cooker is working, if no any operations, it will
automatically power off in 2hours.
7. Warm ( function 2)
a) When switch on, or in other cooking mode, touch “warm”key
to select Warm function, the temperature indicator lights and LED displays “
70”,press again LED displays“80”,again LED displays“90”.
8. Pause ( function 2)
a) When switch on, or in other cooking mode, touch “Pause”key ,the
unit will paused and stop working,touch “Pause”key again, the unit will
start working again.
Boost Function
When the cooker is working, touch the boost function key ,the power will
increase to max 2400.And the cooker will keep working in 2400W level for
5mins.
FAULT ANALYSIS for induction cooker
E0:Check whether there in no pot or the pot is not acceptable
E1:Check whether the Voltage is too low, lower than 88V
E2:Check whether the Voltage is too high, higher than 280V.
E3:Check whether heat sensor is overheat or short circuit.
E4:Check whether heat sensor is open circuit or not work.
E5:Check whether IGBT is over heat or short circuit

E6:Check whether IGBT is open circuit or not work.
E8:Check whether there is water overflowed on the glass top of the
control board.
Built-in Installation
Selection of installation equipment
Cut out the work surface according to the sizes shown in the drawing.
For the purpose of installation and use, a minimum of 5 cm space shall
be preserved around the hole.
Be sure the thickness of the work surface is at least 30mm. Please select
heat-resistant work surface material
to avoid larger deformation caused by the heat radiation from the hotplate.

Under any circumstances, make sure the cooker is well ventilated
and the air inlet and outlet are not
blocked. Ensure the cooker is in good work state. As shown below
Note: The safety distance between the hotplate and the cupboard above
the hotplate should be at least
760mm.
Cut out the work surface according to the sizes shown in the drawing.
For the purpose of installation and use, a minimum of 50mm space
shall be preserved around the hole.
Be sure the thickness of the work surface is at least 30mm. Please
select heat-resistant work surface material to avoid larger deformation
caused by the heat radiation from the hotplate.
Table Top Installation
The cooker hob can be used on the table top of cabinet.The ceramic hob
should be placed horizontally.
There are 4 pcs screws,4 pcs feet and 4 pcs rubber feet in the spare parts
bag.You can install them on the four
sides of the cooker.

CLEANING AND MAINTAINCE
1. Unplug the power cord and make sure the temperature is low enough for
people to touch it.
2. When the black crystal plate is dirty, just scrub it with wet rags, or clean it
with some
detergent first and then scrub it with wet cloth.
3. Use cotton swab to remove the dirt from the air intake and exhaust vent
to keep the
induction cooker clean.
4. To avoid some danger, please don’t wash the cooker with water directly
or immerse it into the water to clean.
5. Please pack the cooker with poly bag after cleaning if you don’t use it for
long time.
Cautions
1. The ceramic cooker hob must be installed by qualified personnel or
technicians. We have professionals at your service. Please never conduct
the operation by yourself.
2. The ceramic cooker hob shall not be mounted to cooling equipment,
dishwashers and rotary dryers.
3. The ceramic cooker hob shall be installed such that better heat radiation
can be ensured to enhance its reliability.
4. The wall and induced heating zone above the work surface shall
withstand heat.
5. To avoid any damage, the sandwich layer and adhesive must be resistant
to heat.
6. A steam cleaner is not to be used.
Connecting the hob to the main power supply
The power supply should be connected in compliance with the relevant
standard, or a single-pole circuit breaker. The method of connection is
shown below.

Attention
1. If the cable is damaged or needs replacing, this should be done by an
after-sales technician using the proper tools, so as to avoid any accidents.
2. If the appliance is being connected directly to the mains supply, an
omnipolar circuit breaker must be installed with a minimum gap of 3mm
between the contacts.
3. The installer must ensure that the correct electrical connection has been
made and that it complies with safety regulations.
4. The cable must not be bent or compressed.
5. The cable must be checked regularly and only replaced by a properly
qualified person.

Bất cứ sự hư hỏng nào xảy ra với bếp có nguyên nhân do bỏ qua

Quý khách nên cất giữ toàn bộ giấy tờ liên quan đến bếp, bao gồm:
sách Hướng dẫn sử dụng, Phiếu bảo hành trong suốt quá trình sử dụng
bếp.
Quý khách nên kiểm tra kỹ bếp khi nhận hàng từ Nhà Cung cấp. Nếu
thân bếp bị móp méo, vỡ kính... Quý khách không nên sử dụng.

1. THÔNG TIN BẢO HÀNH
1.1. Điều kiện bảo hành
Sản phẩm được bảo hành trong các trường hợp sau:
-Sản phẩm được đổi mới trong 10 ngày đầu tiên nếu có sai hỏng do lỗi
sản xuất.
-Sản phẩm còn trong thời hạn Bảo hành dựa vào tin nhắn từ hotline:
1900 588 851.
-Nếu không có tin nhắn từ hotline, sẽ áp dụng thời hạn bảo hành theo
ngày sản xuất thông qua tem seri của sản phẩm.
-Sản phẩm phải còn đầy đủ tem bảo hành, tem sản phẩm hoặc các
chứng từ liên quan.
-Sản phẩm không nằm trong trường hợp bị từ chối bảo hành.
1.2. Điều kiện từ chối bảo hành
Trung Tâm Bảo Hành sẽ từ chối bảo hành hoặc sẽ sửa chữa có tính
phí trong những trường hợp sản phẩm bị hỏng không phải lỗi của nhà
sản xuất như sau:
-Sản phẩm không có tem sản phẩm DENALI.
-Sản phẩm bị hư hại do thiên tai hoặc những trường hợp bất khả kháng:
a. Do ngập lụt, sét đánh, bị rơi, va chạm, để sản phẩm nơi ẩm ướt,
bụi bặm, nhiệt độ cao…
b. Côn trùng (gián, chuột, thạch sùng…) vào sản phẩm gây hỏng
mạch điện tử:
c. Bị vỡ kính do tác động từ bên ngoài.
d. Có vết mốc, gỉ sét, vết ăn mòn, bị nứt, vỡ, gãy, biến dạng, cháy nổ,
có chất lỏng..
-Sản phẩm hư hại do sử dụng sai nguồn điện khuyến cáo và không sử
dụng theo đúng chỉ dẫn trong sách hướng dẫn sử dụng đi kèm hoặc sử
dụng phụ kiện không phải do DENALI cung cấp.
-Sản phẩm được lắp đặt, duy trì bảo dưỡng sai hoặc hoạt động vượt
mức hướng dẫn của nhà sản xuất.
-Sản phẩm đã được thay đổi, điều chỉnh hoặc sửa chữa bởi bên thứ 3
không thuộc hệ thống bảo hành của DENALI.
Không đáp ứng điều kiện bảo hành được quy định trong mục 1.1.

2. NHỮNG CẢNH BÁO AN TOÀN
-Đảm bảo nguồn điện áp cung cấp ổn định.
-Sử dụng đúng ổ cắm.
-Cắm/rút phích điện một cách chính xác.
-Không rút phích cắm bằng cách cầm dây điện kéo ra khỏi ổ.
-Tránh xa tầm tay trẻ em.
-Không chạm vào dây nguồn khi tay ẩm ướt.
-Không sử dụng nồi khi không có thức ăn hoặc nước.
-Không chạm tay vào vùng mặt kính nằm trong vòng tròn trong và sau
khi sử dụng bếp. Mặt kính sẽ gây bỏng.
-Không nướng trên bề mặt bếp.
-Đảm bảo rằng dung tích của nồi hoặc cháo sử dụng không quá lớn.
-Không đặt giấy hoặc nhựa lên trên tấm làm nóng phía trên bếp.
-Nếu mặt kính có vết nứt, vỡ cần cắt nguồn điện của bếp ngay để tránh
bị điện giật.
-Không sử dụng các chất hóa học độc hại và ăn mòn chạm vào bếp.
-Không sử dụng thiết bị gần nơi ẩm ướt.
-Để thiết bị trên bề mặt phẳng.
-Không để các vật dụng kim loại như: dao, thìa, dĩa…trên mặt bếp vì
chúng có thể bị đốt nóng quá mức.

4. HƯỚNG DẪN SỬ DỤNG
Trước khi sử dụng bếp bạn cần biết rằng bếp cảm ứng từ truyền nhiệt qua
từ trường, nhiệt sẽ được truyền trực tiếp khi có sự tiếp xúc với xoong nồi,
do đó bạn phải chọn các dụng cụ nấu có bề mặt tiếp xúc tạo từ tính ( inox
nhiễm từ).
4.1. Chọn dụng cụ đun nấu
Ðể đạt được
hiệu quả nấu nướng
nhanh nhất thì việc
chọn dụng cụ nấu là
vô cùng cần thiết.
Theo nguyên lý
chung, xoong nồi có
đáy hút hoặc dính
nam châm thì sẽ
tương thích với các
loại bếp cảm ứng từ
(hình). Khi đặt xoong nồi lên mặt bếp đang hoạt động, lưu ý là trong xoong
nồi đã có thực phẩm cần nấu .
Đáy nồi: là loại 3 / 5 lớp, có lớp ngoài cùng nhiễm
từ ( như hình vẽ bên)
Kích thước đáy nồi:
Khi trên bếp không có nồi hoặc nồi làm bằng chất liệu không phù
hợp hoặc đáy nồi có kích thước nhỏ, bếp sẽ không nhận diện được nồi và
màn hình led hiển thị nhấp nháy chữ U.
Nếu thời gian nhận diện quá 60 giây, bếp sẽ tạm tắt.
Kích thước đáy nồi phù hợp: 10cm < kích thước nồi < 26cm.
4.2. Một số loại xoong, nồi sử dụng không phù hợp với
bếp từ:
-Xoong nồi bằng kim loại không nhiễm từ

-Thủy tinh/ gốm sứ
-Đồng/ nhôm
-Đáy nồi có thiết kế như hình bên
(Bạn có thể sử dụng miếng nam châm
hoặc đầu chiếc tô - vít có nam châm để thử
độ từ tính của xoong nồi).
Khuyến cáo:
-Tránh kéo lê xoong nồi trên bề mặt bếp
vì có thể làm xước hoặc mờ màu sắc bề
mặt kính.
-Tránh đặt bất kỳ đồ vật kim loại nào như
dao, dĩa hay vung nồi lên trên bề mặt bếp vì có thể hoạt động làm nóng
chúng gây nguy hiểm.
-Không bật bếp khi trong nồi không có thực phẩm/ nước. Không nên sử
dụng nồi đáy mỏng vì quá trình làm nóng trên bếp từ rất nhanh, gây
cháy nồi và thực phẩm, có thể gây vỡ mặt kính của bếp, hỏng linh kiện
điện tử trong bếp.
4.3. Bàn phím điều khiển bếp

4.3.1 Bật/ Tắt bếp
a. Bật/ Tắt bàn phím điều khiển bếp

-Sau khi bật aptomat cấp nguồn cho bếp, bàn phím cần 1 giây để khởi
động. Toàn bộ các đèn led sáng lên rồi tắt.
-Led đơn phím nguồn sáng nhấp nháy.
-Chạm tay vào phím trong 1 giây để bật bàn phím. Bếp chuyển
sang chế độ chờ, màn hình LED hiển thị ”0000”.
-Sau khi bật bàn phím, nếu không có điều khiển bếp tiếp theo trong 1
phút, bếp sẽ tự động trở lại trạng thái tắt (OFF mode).
-Chạm vào phím để tắt từng vùng nấu.
-Sau khi tắt bàn phím, màn hình led hiển thị các chức năng tắt, led đơn
phím sáng nhấp nháy.
b. Tắt/ bật từng vùng nấu
-Trong khi bếp đang được bật, led đơn nguồn sáng, màn hình led hiển
thị .
-Từng vùng nấu sẽ được bật bằng cách nhấn phím hoặc trượt tay trên
thanh trượt điều khiển từ mức 1 đến mức 9 và booster.
-Mức công suất điều chỉnh từ 1 đến 9 hiển thị trên màn hình led tương
ứng.
Chọn công suất mức 9 cho vùng nấu đã chọn
-Tắt từng vùng nấu riêng rẽ bằng cách chạm vào phím trên khu vực
điều khiển vùng nấu đó.
