6. Install the chain guard 3 (Fig. 4), accurately aligning all the splines. Tighten pressing knob 2 rmly (g. 4)
by turning it clockwise. Make sure the connection is correct and the chain is correctly installed.
Chain tension adjustment
ATTENTION!
Always wear protective gloves when working with the chain.
Before start working and periodically during operation, check the chain tension. This will increase the per-
formance of the saw and extend its service life. Remember that parts wear out faster if the chain sags or is too
tight.
The new chain sags quickly and requires tension after 5-10 cuts. Over time, the interval between tension
increases.
For chain tension:
1. Turn the pressing knob 1 (Fig. 7) counter-clockwise, loosening the connection.
2. To tension the chain, turn ring 2 (Fig. 7) clockwise. To reduce chain tension, turn ring 2 (Fig. 7) counter-
clockwise.
3. After adjusting the chain, turn the pressing knob 1 (Fig. 7) clockwise. Make sure the connection is secure.
4. A chain is considered properly tensioned if it can be moved by hand with little eort. The chain should
adhere well to the underside of the saw blade and be pulled by the hand about 2-4 mm from the blade.
REMARK: If the chain moves along the bar with diculty or stops, it means that it is too tight. The tension
should be loosened.
Oil change
ATTENTION!
Never use waste oil! Waste oil is harmful to the environment and can also cause of saw breaking.
To lubricate the saw chain and saw blade, use chainsaw oil. The use of mineral oil is unacceptable. In order
to protect the environment, the use of biodegradable chain oil is recommended. Biodegradable oil can
only be stored for a limited time and must be used within the specied expiration date.

4. Before start working, check the oil supply: Turn on the electric saw and hold it above a suitable object.
With sucient lubrication, a slight trail of droplets of discharged oil is formed (Fig. 9).
ATTENTION!
Always check the oil level. Operation of the electric chainsaw at an oil level below the MIN mark
is not permitted.
Extension cord connection
To connect the device to a household network, use a quality extension cord by a trusted manufacturer (not included
in the scope of supply).
Before each use, check the extension cord for damage. Do not use extension cords with damaged insulation.
Using extension cords on a reel, make sure that the cord is fully unwound before connecting to the power source.
The cross section must be at least 1.0 mm2, and the maximum wire length should be no more than 50 meters.
Before use, be sure to fasten the extension cord 1 (Fig. 10) using the special holder 2 (Fig. 10). Using the device
with an unsecured cable can lead to a sudden shut-down of the equipment, as well as to various injuries.
Checking chain brake
The saw is equipped with a chain brake, which reduces the likelihood of injury when the saw rebounds.
The safety device is triggered by depressing the brake lever and quickly stops the circuit.
ATTENTION!
The chain brake reduces the likelihood of injury due to a rebound of the saw, but does not provide
protection in the event of careless operation of the device. Before starting work and periodically
during operation, check that the chain brake is operational.

10
EN
EN
ELECTRIC CHAINSAW
The chain brake 1 (Fig. 11) has two positions:
1. The brake is ON (chain is immovable), when the brake lever is directed forward A (Fig. 11). In this case,
the chain should not move.
2. The brake is OFF (the chain can move) when the brake lever is pulled back and locked B (Fig. 11). In this case,
the chain should move freely along the bar.

Checking chain brake:
1. Place the saw on a at surface and release the chain brake.
2. Start the electric saw.
3. Press the chain brake lever. The chain should stop quickly.
ATTENTION!
The brake lever must be in good condition and generate a characteristic click when moving
from one position to another. Do not use the device if the lever cannot be moved to one of the
positions or the chain does not stop when the brake is applied.
OPERATING PROCEDURE
Use of the device
Before starting work, check the workplace and remove foreign objects that could cause various injuries
or damage to the equipment.
Use the device only during daylight hours or in good light conditions. Verify that the mains parameters are within
specications. Connect the power cable to the extension cord.
To start the device, press the lock button 11 (Fig. 3) and, without releasing it, press the switch lever 12 (Fig. 3).
Be careful when working with the device and always use common sense. In the event of an emergency,
immediately turn o the equipment and contact our authorized service centre.
To turn o the device, release the switch lever and disconnect the device from the power supply.
Trimming branches
ATTENTION!
Do not trim branches while standing on the trunk. This could result in serious injury.

11
EN
EN
ELECTRIC CHAINSAW
Trim the ranches from a fallen tree. Do not cut branches that support the trunk and do not allow it to slide
A (Fig. 12) until you cut the trunk.
Branches exposed to external stress should be cut from the bottom up to avoid jamming of the saw.
Cross sawing
Sawing is performed across wood bres. When working on an incline, make sure you are in a stable position
and stand on the higher side of the slope with respect to the trunk.
It is desirable that the trunk lay on supports, and the sawn end was not on the ground. Make sure that the chain
does not crash into the ground, as this will cause rapid chain wear.
With transverse sawing, dog 1 (Fig. 13) should be installed on the sawn log.
1
Fig. 12 Fig. 13
1. If the trunk is supported along the entire length, drive the saw from top to bottom and at the same time
make sure that the chain does not cut into the ground (Fig. 14).
2. In the case when the trunk rests on the support at one end, rst cut from the bottom to 1/3 of the trunk
diameter to avoid splitting. Then nish the cut from above so that it coincides with the rst cut, avoiding
jamming (Fig. 15).
1
2
Fig. 14 Fig. 15
3. In the case when the trunk is supported from two ends, rst cut on top 1/3 of the trunk diameter to avoid
splitting. After that, nish the cut from the bottom so that it coincides with the rst cut, avoiding jamming
(Fig. 16).
For sawing into pieces, the best solution is to support the trunk oh framing. If this is not possible, the trunk
should be lifted and laid on the logs. Make sure the trunk is rmly xed.
For personal safety and ease of sawing, observe the correct body position (Fig. 17):
1. Hold the saw rmly with both hands to the right of the body.
2. Keep your left hand as straight as possible.
3. Keep your balance with both legs.

MAINTENANCE
ATTENTION!
All maintenance work may only be carried out with the power o.
Conducting timely maintenance will extend the life of the device and increase work eciency. The device
must be serviced, except for the operations mentioned here, by qualied personnel at our authorized service
centres.
Each time after completing work, check the device for component integrity and connection reliability. Contact
an authorized service centre, if necessary.
Cleaning the device
ATTENTION!
Do not use water or other liquids for cleaning
Be cautious when cleaning the device. Always wear protective gloves. Turn o the device. Unplug the power
cable from the wall socket. Wait approximately 10-15 minutes for the motor to cool completely. Wipe all sur-
faces and ventilation openings with a dry cloth or rag; if necessary, use a special brush.
To ensure the perfect operation of the oil pump, it is necessary to periodically clean the oil-conducting groove
1 (Fig. 18) and the oil-conducting hole in the saw bar 2 (Fig. 18).
The bar service
Regularly lubricate the gear at the top of the bar. Proper bar care, described in this section, is essential to the quality
of the chainsaw.
To lubricate the sprocket, the use of a grease gun is recommended (not included).
To service the bar sprocket:
1. Disconnect the device from the mains.
2. Clean the sprocket of the bar.
3. Place the needle-shaped nozzle of the syringe into the grease hole and inject grease until it appears on the outer
edge of the bar sprocket (Fig. 19).
4. Move the chain manually. Repeat the above lubrication procedure until the entire bar sprocket is lubricated.
For uniform wear, the bar should be rotated every 8 hours of operation. Keep the bar groove and lubrication
hole clean with a cleaning tool (not supplied) (Fig. 20).

Regularly check the rails of the bar for wear, if necessary, remove burrs, and use a at le to clean the rails
at right angles (Fig. 21).
Fig. 20 Fig. 21
The chain service
Check the chain tension regularly and adjust if necessary according to this manual.
Check the condition of the cutting edges of the chain. If the cut quality is reduced, sharpen the chain or contact
our authorized service centre.
All saw teeth should be the same length (size). Saw teeth of various heights lead to uneven movement of the chain,
which can lead to its breaking!
The minimum length of the saw teeth is 3 mm. When the minimum length of the saw teeth is reached, the saw
chain should no longer be sharpened, it must be replaced with a new one.
The distance between the depth gauge and the cutting edge determines the thickness of the clamp (Fig. 22).
A sharpening angle of 30° should be the same for all saw teeth. Unequal angles lead to uneven movement of the
chain, increase wear and can lead to its breaking!
The front angle of the saw tooth of the saw, equal to 85°, is formed naturally due to the penetration depth
of the round le. If the maintenance of the prescribed le is correct, then the rake angle of the saw teeth is formed
by itself (Fig. 23).

For sharpening, a special holder with a round le ø4 mm must be used. Conventional round les are unsuitable
for this purpose. Sharpening should only be done by moving the le forward (in the direction of the arrow).
When the le moves backward, the pressure on the device should be reduced (Fig. 24).
First, the shortest saw tooth is sharpened. Its length is the specied length for sharpening all other teeth of the saw
chain. The le should be guided as shown in the gure. The le holder makes it easier to handle during
sharpening, it is marked with the correct sharpening angle of 30° (markings should be aligned in the direction
of the saw chain). It limits the penetration depth (4/5 of the le diameter) (Fig. 25).
