1. Manual
1. Cut the U profiles to length
a. Make sure the carriages are adjusted to the correct height before you start
measuring.
b. Roll each door from left to right and measure the height from the top of the H profile
to the bottom of the top rail at several points. Do this for all doors, the smallest size
is most important.
ATTENTION!: To determine the correct height, you must measure the height in
several places. If your floor or gutter (and thus the top and bottom rail of the Fiano)
are not completely level, the U profiles of the handle look at the top will scratch
along the top rail if they have been sawn too long. Always use the smallest size to
determine the height.
c. Subtract 5mm from this. This is the correct length for the U profile.
d. Saw the U profile to the correct length.
2. Cut the rubbers to length.
a. Determine the division of the door.
i. The number of horizontal bars is the “number of faces – 1”
b. Determine the length of the rubbers.
i. Subtract the “number of bars * 37mm” from the length of the u profile.
ii. Divide the remaining length by the number of faces of the door. This is the
correct length for the rubber..
c. Cut the required number of rubbers to size.
i. Tip: Fix the tape measure to the just determined length, place it on the table
and hold the rubber against the tape measure and use the tape measure as a
stop. This way you can quickly cut the rubbers to the same size.
3. Cut the rods to length.
a. Measure the width of the glass panel.
b. Subtract 2mm from this.
c. This is your desired rod size.
d. Saw the rods to length.
