THE DERMAPORE
SPATULA
DERMAPORE provides effective and
painless pore extraction and enhances
product absorption.
The DERMAPORE spatula has a unique
rounded shape and is made of 100% stainless
steel. Device oscillates at 33,000 Hz to safely
and gently remove debris from pores and
enhance delivery of skincare.
Must be used with water
EXTRACT MODE
Angled Extraction portion of spatula
instantly removes debris from pores.
Steady sonic vibration assists extraction.
INFUSE MODE
Flat portion of spatula helps skincare
absorb more deeply. Sonic tapping
sensation infuses product into skin.
Use with serum
or moisturizer

CHARGING YOUR
DERMAPORE
We recommend you charge device before
each use. Remove DERMAPORE, stand and
USB charging cord from box.
Ensure device is powered off. Firmly insert
USB pin into charging socket on right-hand
side of device.
Connect USB power cable to PC or AC
adaptor powerbank. Will not charge if PC
is in hibernation mode.
*Note, power adaptor is not included. Only use a 5V
USB wall adapter (such as a mobile phone charger) to
charge device. If you do not own one, power adaptors
are available for purchase at dermaflash.com/shop
A full charge will provide approximately
30-40 minutes of usage. Disconnect USB
cord once charging is complete.

GETTING
STARTED
• Take off jewelry before using
DERMAPORE*. Remove makeup and
wash face prior to treatment. Pull hair
back and away from face.
• Place device into stand while prepping face.
• Remove charging cord from device.
• Remove cap from top of device.
• Moisten skin with warm water.
• Apply gentle yet firm pressure. If you
have sensitive skin, first test on arm.
• Temporary redness may occur.
• Do not use on dry skin. Skin must
remain wet during entire treatment.
• We recommend beginning with one
treatment per week until skin becomes
accustomed to device. Safe to use up to
4 times per week.
Note: The high sonic frequency may be
uncomfortable to pets’ ears. Keep pets away
while using DERMAPORE.

• Moisten skin with warm water.
You may need to reapply water during
treatment. Skin must remain wet during
entire treatment.
• Press power button once to turn on device.
Steady vibration and white light on base
indicate device is in Extract mode.
• Position spatula with tip angled down
at 45 degree angle.
• Hold skin taut with finger from opposite
hand.
• Glide device gently over face and neck
to Extract debris from pores.

twice. Pat face dry.
• Visible debris from pores will build up
on spatula. Wipe clean as needed.
• Use warm soapy water or alcohol
to wipe device clean, then dry.

• Prep skin by applying serum or
moisturizer directly to face and neck.
• Press power button twice to activate
Infuse mode. Pulsing vibration and
blue light on base indicate device is in
Infuse mode.
• Position flat portion of spatula against
skin.
• Glide device gently over entire face and

Why doesn’t the indicator light
come on when I plug in the
charger?
Firmly insert USB pin into charging
socket. Apply gentle yet firm pressure.
Can I use my own serum
or moisturizer with
DERMAPORE?
Yes, never use DERMAPORE on dry
skin. Always use your favorite product
during Infuse mode.
Are there video tutorials that
show me how to use?

Is the frequency the same for
Extract and Infuse modes?
Yes, both modes use 33,000 Hz
frequency.
Is this microdermabrasion?
No, microdermabrasion uses suction
to extract. DERMAPORE uses
ultrasonic vibrations to unclog pores.
DERMAPORE also helps infuse serum
which microdermabrasion does not.

not water proof. Device should not be
completely submerged underwater, but is
safe to use in shower.
• After each use, clean spatula with warm
soapy water or alcohol, and dry.
• Store in a cool, dry place with protective
cap attached.
• Do not make contact with eyes.
• Keep power cord away from water
source.

Keep out of the reach of children.
DO NOT use this unit if you have serious allergies, infected skin, or
a heart condition.
DO NOT use if you have a pacemaker or other electrical medical
device without consulting with your physician.
Be careful using device around facial jewelry. There may be
interference or a magnetic sound associated.
Do not immerse the full device in water. While the device is intended
to be used when wet, it should not be fully submerged in water. If
the product appears damaged or has been submerged in water,
discontinue use.
Do not operate device in a room with temperatures higher than 40° C
/ 104° or lower than 0° C / 32° F.
Operate DERMAPORE™ only according to its intended use as
described in the full user manual.

Consult your dermatologist prior to using DERMAPORE™ device
(DERMAPORE or the Device) if you have medical concerns or have
recently had a cosmetic procedure, acid or chemical peel or extreme
sunburn.
1. Exercise particular care when using around the under-eye area
and do not bring the Device into contact with the eyelids or eyes
themselves. DO NOT DERMAPORE™ on unintended areas of the
body. DERMAPORE™ is designed ONLY for facial use.
2. DO NOT use DERMAPORE™ on active acne, psoriasis, eczema,
rosacea, open sores, skin with a rash, sunburned or distressed skin
or on skin surfaces where cuts, abrasions or any kind of healing is
present. DO NOT use Device on moles, cancerous areas or lesions
or on skin which has recently been treated with a laser or recently
chemically treated.
3. Some users report a temporary tingling feeling after using the
Device. This may be due to increased microcirculation. Cleansing
with DERMAPORE™ should be comfortable – if you experience
discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. DO
NOT use DERMAPORE™ if you experience a worsening of the skin
(skin feels tense, uncomfortable, irritated, red, burning, etc).
4. Children, under the age of 18, should not use or play with
DERMAPORE™. The Device has not been tested on children.
5. DO NOT use DERMAPORE™ device, stand, or charging
components that are damaged or appear damaged and never attempt
to open or repair the device. Doing this could result in injury or possible
fatal electric shock. This product contains no serviceable parts.
6. DO NOT use, place or store the DERMAPORE device, stand, or
charging components where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
Neither the stand, device, or charging components are intended for
immersion in water.
7. DERMAPORE™ is rechargeable with its included charging
components.
8. Use this product only for its intended use as described in this
owner’s manual. Call DERMAFLASH at 1-888-821-1289 with any
questions or concerns.
CAUTION: Before charging, make sure the charging port and
charging base are free from water. DO NOT use your DERMAPORE™
device while charging. Never use the device or charger if they are
damaged, and only use the charger supplied with the device.
Note: Customers living or traveling outside North America,
DERMAFLASH tools are MULTI VOLTAGE 100V-240V rated. If you
require a different adapter to charge the device, you will need to locally
purchase a travel adapter to charge via the USB cable supplied.

Our limited, 1-year warranty covers defects in materials and
workmanship of your device as long as you purchased and used in the
United States or Canada from an authorized retail partner or directly
at DERMAFLASH.com. The limited warranty begins on the date of
original purchase and expires one year later. The warranty period is not
extended by any period even if replaced by the Manufacturer, during
the warranty period. The DERMAPORE™ device, inclusive of charging
base and handheld unit is warranted to be free from manufacturing
defects for a period of 1-year. The warranty DOES NOT cover cosmetic
deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by
accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the
device (or its accessories) will void the warranty. If you discover a defect
and notify DERMAFLASH during the warranty period, DD KARMA
will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge. Claims under
warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date
of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty,
please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty
conditions for the duration of the warranty period. To claim your
warranty, you must contact DD KARMA at 1-888-821-1289 or the.
dermaflash.com/warranty/, then select the option to make a warranty
claim. You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number and full instructions from Customer Service on how to return
your product. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. This undertaking is
