SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
In order to use this product correctly, read these instructions carefully. Please keep instructions for
future reference.
HOW TO USE
1. Choose favoured blade
The DESQ rotary trimmer 315 is supplied with 3 different blades, for straight, wavy or perforated lines.
The blades are arranged in 3 storage compartments at one end of the trimmer. You can change them
easily and safely without actually touching the blade.
2. Changing the cutting blade
To change the blades, please lift up the cutting device, pull out the blade and replace it by another
one. Please, only use original blades from DESQ. Other blades can cause malfunctions or injuries. Do
not try to open one of the enclosed blades!
3. Insertion of paper
Pull the fixing unit backwards. Place the paper on the cutting table. The lines will help you to find your
favoured position to get a precise cut. Click down the fixing unit to lock the paper. To cut, please push
the cutting unit along the guard rail. To remove the paper, pull the fixing unit backwards again.

BEDIENING
1. Kiezen van een snijkop
De DESQ 315 is voorzien van 3 verschillende mesjes, voor het recht, gekarteld of geperforeerd
snijden. De mesjes zijn verpakt in 3 afgesloten snijkopjes welke geïntegreerd zijn aan een zijde van de
snijmachine. De snijkopjes zijn makkelijk te verwisselen en op een veilige manier zodat het mesje niet
aangeraakt hoeft te worden.
2. Verwisselen van de snijkop
Om de snijkopjes te verwisselen dient u de blauwe snij-unit te openen. Haal het snijkopje eruit en
plaats een andere. Gebruik alleen originele snijkopjes van DESQ. Snijkopjes die niet origineel zijn,
kunnen schade of letsel toebrengen. Probeer de afgesloten snijkopjes niet te openen!
3. Invoeren van papier
Klik de snijas omhoog. Plaats het papier op de snijtafel. U kunt met behulp van de snijformaten op de
snijtafel een afmeting kiezen. Klik de snijas terug op het papier. Om te snijden drukt u de blauwe snij-
unit naar beneden en schuift u met de snij-unit langs de snijas. Om het papier te verwijderen klikt u de
snijas omhoog.
