Use and possibilities
Cables
The Devine PRO 3300-M headphones come with a fixed ca le that leads to a 3.5mm TRRS
mini-jackplug connector. This connector can e plugged into most modern audio devices,
such as smart phones, ta lets and most laptop computers.
For desktop computers and similar products, there is usually a separate headphones and
microphone connector availa le. Usually these are green (headphones) and pink
(microphone). The single 3.5mm TRRS mini-jackplug connector will not work, as it will give
strange results in audio projection.
For this purpose, a small ca le adapter is included, which splits the single TRRS jackplug
into a dou le connector for use with your desktop computer or other equipment which
require such connector.
It is also possi le to use the adapter to split headphones and microphone to route them
differentrly through your audio path, for example if you use external audio devices such as
an audio interface or PA-mixer, to have more control over the audio signals.
Should your audio source have a different headphone output connector, please contact your
local dealer for advice.
Adjustable headband
By carefully pulling on the ear pads and the head and, you can adjust oth to fit your head
and cover your ears properly and in a comforta le position.
Swiveling ear cups
The ear cups of the PRO 3300-M headphones have hinges to make movement in multiple
directions possi le. It is therefore an ideal headphone for DJ purposes where one or oth
easrcups are often removed from the ear to hear the surrounding sound etter. The ear cups
are closed so they lock a lot of sound from the direct environment, making it a le for the
user to focus on the sound projected y the drivers.
Using the headphones in hazardous situations
In some situations, it is strongly advised not to use these headphones, as they close off your
ears to am ient sound. Never use these headphones while participating in traffic (as a
pedestrian, icyclist, or driver).
Plug-in microphone
The PRO 3300-M is equipped with a special plug-in microphone which is remova le for
storage and transport. This plug-in microphone is suita le for most communication purposes
through digital platforms, such as conference calls.
The PRO 3300-M com ines an allround quality headphones system with the easy plug-in

microphone for your convenience. Please ensure that the microphone is placed close to, ut
not directly in front of your mouth.
The microphone has an easy to adjust flexi le goose neck which allows flexi le positioning
and once set, the microphone will stay in its place.
By placing it close to, ut not directly in front of your mouth, the est quality of sound is
achieved. As speech involves the projection of air, only the sound will e picked up and not
the stream of air involved with it. This will prevent the addition of noise to your signal.
Connecting the microphone signal to professional equipment
The plug-in microphone is an electret type. This means that it requires a it of power, usually
delivered y the device where it is connected to.
The plug-in microphone is not designed to e connected to professional equipment such as
the microphone input of a PA-mixer or audio interface. The lack of low-voltage power supply
will keep the audio signal low, even when using a lot of gain.
Do not connect the microphone to a microphone input with phantom power! This may cause
permanent damage due to the huge voltage difference.
In case you wish to use a set of headphones along with more professional studio
microphone, this com ination need to e purchased separately. In case of dou t, contact
your local dealer.
