①Power ON/OFF button: press power button until the device turns on or off (about
1 second).
②Direction panel:
◀/▶direction panel –select the option to adjust function.
▲/▼direction panel –change the option and the value of the X-ray exposure time.
③Exposure lamp: the lamp light is a green normally and will turn orange during X-
ray exposure.
④Neck strap hook ring: hook for connecting neck strap.
⑤Trigger: X-ray exposure trigger.
⑥Safety lock: safety option to avoid unintended X-ray exposure.

How to use Cocoon How to Charge the Internal Battery
①Press power button for 1 second to turn
on the device.
②Set the options and exposure time value
by touching ▲/▼/◀/▶direction panel.
④When user pulls the exposure trigger,
device status on GUI will change from
“ready”to “exposure”and LED lamp will
turne orange and “beep”sound occurs.
⑤Press power button for 1 second to turn
off the device.
①Connect adapter DC jack to Cocoon
charging dock.
②Mount Cocoon on the charging dock as
shown in image below.
③The lamp of the charging dock and
adapter will turn red while the battery is
charging.
④The lamp of the charging dock and
adapter will turn green when the
battery is fully charged.
③Unlock the safety lock after X-ray
exposure setting. Lock- push lock button to
right side, unlock –push lock button to left
side.

How to Charge the External Battery Main control screen display
①Detector type: indicates detector type, PSP/ Sensor/ Film.
②Patient type: indicates patient type, Adult or Child.
③Teeth type: indicates teeth type; bitewing, canine, molar, incisor.
④Device status: indicates the tube status.
⑤Exposure setting time: indicates exposure time.
⑥Battery status: indicates battery charge status.
Setting Mode
- To enter to the setting menu: Press ▲and ▼buttons together at the same time.
②Plug in adapter to the outlet.
Make sure the light is on.
①Connect adapter DC jack
to the external battery.
③The lamp of the external battery will turn
green when the battery is fully charged.

Sound effect: When this option is on, it sounds when using the touch panel.
