DG DrumBox Travel set User manual

The DrumBox Travel set is
designed to allow storage of the
pedal inside of the cajon.
First of all remove the back panel
by unfastening the 6 wing nuts
placed around it.
Remove the beater post
by unfastening the clamp with
the drum key that comes
attatched.
Remove the double sided velcro
that unites the beater bar to the
pedal chain, which function is to
prevent any of those pieces to
wander randomly and cause
damage inside of the instrument.
Now remove the other parts,
starting from the bottom
clamp.
When removing or placing the
beater post always keep it at
an angle to ease the movement. Remove the other post.
Then remove the
transmission bracket.
The transmission bracket has
compulsory positioning, with the
thinner part facing upwards, and
the tightening bolts towards the
front panel.
Finally, remove the
foot platform.

Join the foot platform to the chain post, if you are right
footed the post shall be placed at the right side to the
foot platform if you are left footed then it's the opposite
way.
Join the chain to the foot
platform, using the last hole
from the chain.
Position the transmission
bracket onto the chain post.

Do the same for the beater post.
Join the beater post to the
bottom clamp.
Place the cajon onto the bottom
clamp, making sure it is caught
between the four rubber guides.
Use the anti slip rug to keep
it all stable.
Fasten its bolt.
