CARATTERISTICHE PRINCIPALI DEL MATERIALE/
MAIN FEATURES OF THE MATERIAL:
I pia doccia EMOTION sono fabbrica con resine di pietra di alta qualità insieme ai
più recen llers minerali, rendendo il prodoo parcolarmente resistente e leggero
di quelli aualmente in commercio. La supercie ha una nitura in ardesia naturale e
un faore an-scivolamento di livello 3 ed è coperta da uno strato di gelcoat altamente
resistente per evitare gra e per fornire una maggiore durata. Per ridurre la comparsa
di organismi comuni come funghi o mue, la loro supercie non è porosa, rendendoli
an-baerici.
EMOTION shower trays are manufactured with high-quality stone resins together
with the latest mineral llers, making the product parcularly resistant and lighter
than those currently sold on the market. The surface has a natural slate texture nish
and level-three an-slip factor and is covered by a layer of highly resistant gelcoat
to prevent scratching and to provide greater durability. To reduce the appearance of
common organisms such as fungi or mold, their surface is non-porous, making them
an-bacterial.
INFORMAZIONI GENERALI /GENERAL INFORMATIONS:
Al ne di una correa installazione ed ulizzazione del piao doccia consigliamo la
leura del presente manuale. In order to correct installaon and use of the shower we
recommend the reading of this manual.
Prima di installare il piao doccia assicurarsi che/ Before installing the shower tray,
make sure that:
• L’installazione sia eeuata da personale qualicato /Qualied personnel
carry out the installaon
• Il luogo di posizionamento del piao sia idoneo all’installazione. / The place of
installaon of the dish is suitable to the installaon
• Il piao doccia non sia danneggiato /The shower tray is not damaged
• Disimballare il piao doccia con estrema precauzione per evitare inciden o
impa./Take out the shower tray from the pack with care to avoid damages.
• Conservare i pia doccia sempre in posizione orizzontale per evitare danni e
incurvature./Store the shower trays in horizontal posion to avoid damages and bends.
• Controllare che sia perfeamente planare, il piao doccia è prodoo con
materiale elasci, un incurvamento minimo (max. 3mm) è tollerabile e non pregiudica
la correa posa, oltre tale tolleranza bisogna disporre il piao su un supercie piana
aggiungendo pesi e se necessario spessori per contrastare la curvatura per 24 ore circa.
Vericare che il piao sia tornato planare e posarlo in bolla ulizzando una livella sui

muro sui quali va posato il rivesmento in modo da nascondere eventuali imprecisioni

ISTRUZIONI PER L’INSTALLAZIONE/
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
• Posare il piao doccia su masseo rasato in perfeo livello completamente
asciugato. /Lay the shower tray on a shaven screed in a completely dried level.
• Si consiglia di impermeabilizzare il piano soo il piao doccia e per circa 10
cm di altezza per evitare che nel tempo si creino inltrazioni d’acqua. /It is advisable to
waterproof the surface under the shower tray and for about 10 cm of height to prevent
water inltraon over me.
• Lasciare abbastanza spazio sulla base per l’installazione piumaggio e lo
scarico. (prendere le misure in base al sifone). Durante l’installazione, assicurarsi che il
sifone non si trovi al di sopra del livello della base, poiché in tal caso il vassoio potrebbe
non adaarsi correamente, potrebbe impedire la correa evacuazione dell’acqua e
potrebbe persino causarne la roura./ Leave enough space on the base for feathering
and draining installaon. (take measurements based on the siphon). During installaon,

• Assicurarsi che l’impianto di scarico funziona correamente (inclinazione,

• Applicare una quantà generosa di adesivo sigillante di po poliuretanico

• In caso di installazione di pannelli di rivesmento con il piao doccia ulizzare
lo stesso sigillante (di po poliuretanico), per oenere una correa installazione.
Lasciare riposare per 24 ore. / In case of installaon of covering panels with the shower
tray, use the same sealant (of polyurethane type), to obtain a correct installaon. Leave
to rest for 24 hours
IMPORTANTE/ IMPORTANT:
Prima di installare una cabina doccia o qualsiasi altro sistema di chiusura sopra il
piao doccia, è necessario vericare che l’installazione è avvenuta correamente e
che il drenaggio dell’acqua sia eciente. La garanzia copre solo ed esclusivamente la
sostuzione o la riparazione del prodoo, esclusi i cos di montaggio e smontaggio

• Per la pulizia quodiana ulizzare solo prodo non abrasivi idonei alla pulizia

così da garanre un correo recupero dei materiali riulizzabili./ To protect the

TAGLIO A MISURA/ TAILOR MADE CUT:
I pia potrebbero essere taglia ( consigliabile eeuare il taglio sul lato opposto
al foro pilea ) con un disco di diamante simile a quelli ulizza per tagliare la
pietra,le piastrelle, i maoni,ETC. Dopo il taglio, per evitare possibili
inltrazioni d’acqua, sigillare la parte lavorata con un leggero strato di
silicone. Si consiglia di ssare i pia con colla siliconica. /The dishes
