1. Sicherheitshinweise
Lesen Sie vor der Montage diese Anleitung sorgfältig durch. Die Montage und Erstinbetriebnahme der
Komplettstation darf nur von einer zugelassenen Fachfirma ausgeführt werden. Machen Sie sich vor
Arbeitsbeginn mit allen Teilen und deren Handhabung vertraut. Bitte befolgen Sie diese
Sicherheitshinweise genau, um Gefahren und Schäden für Menschen und Sachwerte auszuschließen.
Der Installationsort muss frostsicher und gut zugänglich sein. Der Aufstellungsort / -raum hat den
regionalen und örtlichen brandschutztechnischen Anforderungen zu entsprechen.
1.1. Vorschriften / Richtlinien
Beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften, Umweltvorschriften und gesetzlichen Regeln
für die Montage, Installation und den Betrieb. Des weiteren die einschlägigen Richtlinien der DIN, EN,
DVGW,VDI und VDE (inkl. Blitzschutz) sowie alle aktuellen relevanten länderspezifischen Normen,
Gesetze und Richtlinien.
1.2. Vor Inbetriebnahme
Ware auf Vollständigkeit prüfen, Transportschäden und andere Reklamationsgründe sofort schriftlich
festhalten und vor Montage unser Haus informieren!
Bei Zuwiderhandlung können entstehende Schäden oder Fehlfunktionen nicht im Rahmen der
Garantie- und Gewährleistungsansprüche geltend gemacht werden.
2. Beschreibung Victaulic
Die Verbindungstechnik von Victaulic ist ein seit langem bekanntes System, das bisher vorwiegend im
Anlagenbau eingesetzt wird. Es zeichnet sich durch seine schnelle und einfache Montage aus.
Nach der Montage greift die Victaulic Kupplung in
die im Rohr befindlichen Sicken. Die auf Druck
reagierende C-förmige Dichtung passt sich dem
standardroll- oder fräsgenutetem Rohr an. Alle
mitgelieferten Kupplungen enthalten eine für
Warmwasseranlagen (bis 110 °C)
zugelassene Dichtung.

1. Safety notes
Read these instructions carefully before assembling. The assembly and commissioning of the entire
unit may only be carried out by an authorised specialist. Before starting work, familiarise yourself with
all parts and their operation. In order to prevent accidents and damage to people and property, please
follow these safety instructions closely
The assembly location must be frost-proof and easily accessible.
The erection site/area must meet the regional and local fire safety requirements.
1.1. Regulations / Directives
Observe the applicable accident prevention regulations, environmental legislation and statutory rules for
the assembly, installation and operation. Furthermore, follow the relevant DIN, EN, DVGW, VDI and
VDE (incl. lightning protection) directives and all of the current national standards, laws and directives
which apply.
1.2. Before commissioning
Check the product for completeness. Immediately make a note of transport damage and other grounds
for complaint and before assembly, inform our office!
In the case of non-compliance, claims cannot be made for damages or malfunctions that have arisen
under the warranty that is provided.
2. Description of the Victaulic
Victaulic connection technology has been a well known system for a long time. Up until now, it has
mainly been used in plant engineering. It is characterised by its quick and easy assembly.
After assembly, the Victaulic coupling catches the
beading found inside the pipe. The pressure-
reacting C-shaped seal fits the standard roll or
mill-grooved pipe. All of the supplied couplings
contain a seal which is approved for hot water
systems (up to 110 °C). Always read the
assembly instructions before assembling the
Victaulic couplings and accessories.
