Important Notes :
1. Before operating the unit, please read these instructions carefully.
2. Retain this manual for future reference.
3. Do not remove any WARNING stickers on the unit.
4. You are advised to follow the instructions carefully when operating the unit.
5. Do not use any chemical solvent, cleaning agent or corrosive detergent to clean
away dirt on the surface of the screen. By doing so, you may cause irreversible
damage to the surface of the TFT screen. To clean off dirt or fingerprints, we
recommend the use of a soft damp lens cleaning cloth.
6. Using spare parts from another manufacturer may caused permanent damage to
the unit.
7. Place the unit on a flat, hard and stable surface.
8. Avoid installing the monitor screen in a position that is under direct sunlight and
place unit away from hot air vent.
9. Install unit in a dry location away from condensation.
10. Obstacles may impead smooth running of the loadingmechanism and may cause
electrical shorts-circuit.
11. Keep ventalation areas clear to allow unit to cool properly.
12. Ensure the plugs are properly plugged in before operating the unit.
13. Should the LCD panel be broken, do avoid all human contact with the broken
glass or fluid leaking out from the enclosure. If you come into contact, do flush
and clean affected areas with plenty of water. Seek medical attention immediately.
14. When operating the display unit, do avoid touching or pressing on the LCD glass
panel. Excessive force may cause irreparable damage to the LCD screen.

Safety Precautions:
1. Ensure the plug is securely plugged into the main socket before operating
the unit.
2. Ensure the Voltage on the main socket is the same as specified on the unit.
3. In the event of thunder & lightning or when not using the unit for a long
period of time, remove the plug from the main socket for safety.
4. Do not plug in too many appliances together with this unit to prevent
overloading the power supply.
5. Use parts only manufactured by the unit manufacturers.
6. Request a repair report from the technician/service personnel.
In case of the following emergencies, remove plug from the main
socket immediately:
1. Plug or cables are damaged.
2. Any form of foreign objects dropped inside the enclosure.
3. Unit is being exposed to rain and/or water.
4. Unit unable to operate under normal operation.

1. INTRODUCTION
Overview :
A 10.4" Transportable LCD Monitor bearing the basic features of a Television
set, but comes with built-in DVD playable function. Built-in DVD playable
function is a breakthrough to a household LCD Television set. It not only allows
you to enjoy your DVD programs at home, but also you can put in your vehicle
for car entertainment.
New technology in LCD monitor allows enjoyment of more high quality
picture display and higher brightness; lighter in weight and slimmer body design,
power saving capabilities and low radiation, giving you a safe, relaxing and
environmental-friendly NEW visual enjoyment.
The unit comes with built-in screen display controls when used with the

Connecting to the AV IN Socket :
1. This unit is able to support various input setting. You can connect your video
recorder, amplifier, game console etc, to the unit, to enjoy high quality, digital
audio-visual effect.
2. Connect your AV cable to the equipment.

Connect to the power source using the power cable and adapter provided.
ATTENTION:
Ensure the power supply is connected to the unit. When not using unit
for a long period of time, remove power adapter socket from the main
power point.
Using in Vehicle:

Plug the cigarette power (+12V) by using the DC Power plug wire
with the unit.

5. Basic Functions :
POWER SIGNAL:
1. POWER indication LED on unit turns RED in color indicating power is connected.
2. Press the "ON/OFF" button on front control panel or the "Power" button on remote,
the POWER indication LED on the TV Front Panel will turn "GREEN in color".

Mode:
1. Press the "Mode" button on remote or "MENU" button on front control panel to
select from the various mode settings.
2. The mode setting status will change each time the "Mode" button is pressed –
"AV1 - CH - DVD"

VOLUME SETTING:
Press the "VOL / " button on front control panel or "VOLUME / " on remote to
adjust the volume level.
MUTE:
1. Press the "Mute" button on the remote control to mute speakers.
2. Press the "Mute" button again or the "Volume Up/Down" ( / )button to return
the sound back to the speakers.
CHANNEL SEARCH:
1. Press the "Channel Up/Down" ( / ) button on remote or the TV Front control
panel to change/select channels.
2. Press on the number buttons on the remote control to change/select channel directly.

PLAYING DVD/CD/MP3:
1. Press "Power" button to switch on the unit.
2. Press "Mode" button on the remote control repeatedly to select the " DVD " mode.
3. Insert the DVD into the DVD player as shown in the picture.
4. Disc will automatically play
--- If the DVD does not comes with Menu/Title, Play will continue.
--- If the DVD comes with Menu/Title, Menu Options will be shown on the screen, press the
"Left/Right/Up/Down" ( / / / )button on the remote control, select the chapter for
playing, press "Enter" to begin play.
--- If "NO DISC" is display on the screen, check direction and format of the disc used.
--- If "WRONG REGION" is display on the screen, it means the player does not support the
regional code the DVD is coded.
5. Press the "Left/Right/Up/Down" button to select the chapter to be played.
6. Press the "PLAY/PAUSE(CH )" button on front control panel or " " button on remote to
play the DVD.
EJECTING DVD/CD/MP3:
1. Press the "Mode" button on the remote control or "MENU" button on front control panel to
select " DVD " mode.
2. Press the "Eject" ( ) button on the remote or on the front control panel "(CH )" to eject
the DVD from the player.
TV Station Memory Mode:
1. Under TV mode, select channel by using "CH/SET / " on remote (eg. CH01).
2. Press "ENTER" button on remote, main menu option will display on the screen as below:
3. Use ( / ) button on remote to select to select memory number to be set. (total 15 memory)
4. Press "ENTER" to return to TV channel, the memory number has been set to be the most
frequent selected channels (eg. CH01).
5. Repeat above steps to set all 15 favorite channels.
6. After all memory has been set, press the "MEMORY +/- " button on remote to select favorite
channels.
ATTENTION:To avoid scraping discs, please insert disc parallel into the slot.

2. During play, press the "PREV TRK" button on the remote control:
a. The screen will display "PREV TRK" text in MP3, Audio

b. This function will jump to the previous track or chapter
under DVD mode.
7.3 DVD/MP3/CD Play / Pause
a. During play, presses the "Play/Pause" button on
the remote control to stop play temporary.
b. Press "Play/Pause" button again to resume playback.
7.4 DVD/MP3/CD Stop
a. Press "Stop" button on the remote control to stop
playback when playing an Audio CD.
b. Press "Stop" button on the remote control when
playing DVD will pre-stopped the DVD at the current
location, "Press Play To Continue" message will
display on the TV screen. Press "Play/Pause" button
to resume playback.
c. Press the "Stop" button twice will stop the playback.
** Pre-Stop Capabilities is not supported in Audio CD
7.5 DVD/MP3/CD Search
a. This unit supports Searching using Time/Track/Chapter option.
b. Press "Search" button to go to the screen as

7.6.1 Repeat Function
a. In "AudioCD/MP3" mode, Press "Repeat" button

7.6.2 DVD Angle
a. Some DVD supports different viewing angle function.
b. Press "Angle" button to view DVD playback from
different angle.
** This function ONLY works with DVD Disc that has
different viewing angle support.
7.6.3 DVD MTS
MTS Setting is ONLY applicable to disc that support multi sound track.
a. Press "MTS" button during playback, "Audio x/y"
will displayed on the TV screen.
b. X represent the current soundtrack, Y represent the
other track that is available.
c. Press "MTS" button to select the desired soundtrack.
7.6.4 DVD Subtitle
This unit supports Subtitle display in various languages.
a. Press "Subtitle" button during playback, the
following will be display on the TV screen.
b. In the "Subtitle On" mode, press "Subtitle" to
display"subtitle x/y" on the TV screen, X represent
current subtitle, Y represent the other available subtitles.
c. Press "Subtitle" button repeatedly to select the desired subtitle.
** This function can ONLY be used on DVD disc that comes with
Multi-Language Title support.
7.6.5 DVD Menu
A lot of DVD comes with unique selectable menu, but
with similar operating methods.
a. Press "Menu" button during playback, Menu will be
displayed on the TV screen.

Troubleshooting:
If the unit fails to operate normally, try solving the problems using the guide
below. If the problem persists, switch off the unit and ask the dealer or technical
services for assistance. Do not attempt to repair the defective unit yourself.
Do not endanger yourself as high voltage is involved.
1. No Picture
a. Check that the power cord is plugged into the main socket and the power
supply is turned on.
b. Check the contrast and brightness setting.
c. Check the Antenna connection to see if it is properly connected to the LCD
TV Input Terminal.
d. Be sure you have selected the correct source mode.
2. DVD Player Not Working Properly
a. Ensure disc is correctly inserted into the player.
b. Ensure disc is not damaged and is of correct format.
c. Please wait patiently as some disc requires longer time to read.
3. Snowish Picture
a. Check to see if the Antenna is correctly connected.
b. Check to see if the picture setting is correctly set.
4. Flickers Picture
a. Check that the power coming from the main socket is sufficient.
b. Check that unit is not placed too near speakers or magnetic objects.
c. Check to see that the unit setting is correctly set.
5. Color Patch(Unevenness)
Be sure you have made connection correctly.
