2. Intended use f the device
Thi device wa developed for profe ional u e on tage , in di co , theatre
etc. The device i only approved for a connection up to 230 V 50/60 Hz
alternating current and only for indoor u e.
Regular break during operation increa e the lifetime of your device.
Avoid convul ion or any form of forceful impact during the in tallation or the
tart up of the device.
Take care that no cable are lying around. You would endanger your own
afety and al o the afety of a third party.
It i not allowed to operate or tore the device in an environment in which
pray water or rain i expected. Humidity or very high atmo pheric humidity
could reduce the i olation of the device and could cau e deathly electric
hock .
If u ing fog machine you have to en ure that the fog aturation of the room
mu t allow a good vi ibility of at lea t 10m.
Operate the device not during thunder torm . Surge voltage could de troy
the device. Unplug the power upply during thunder torm .
Surrounding object or urface hould not be in contact with the device.
Make ure that during the in tallation and removal of the device the area
below the place of in tallation i ba ically cordoned off. Thi al o applie to
implementation of ervice.
Make familiar your elf with the function of the device before tart-up. People
without the experience hould not handle with the device. The mo t cau e of
functional di order i inappropriate handling.
Keep the device away from children and never operate it unattended.
Never aim the nozzle on people a keep a di tance from 50 cm to the nozzle.
ATTENTION. The ejected fog i very hot!
Keep a minimum di tance of 50 cm to other object .
U e only the recommended, high quality water-ba ed fluid from your dealer.
Other fluid may cau e damage . Do not u e flammable additive , uch a
oil, ga , perfume , etc. in your fluid.
Never aim the nozzle on open fire or flammable object .
Make ure to top off the fluid in time. If the machine operated without fluid it
can cau e damage to the pump or the heating block. Before top off the
fluid plea e unplug the device from the power upply.
Never drink the fluid. I fit doe happen, plea e contact a doctor. If the fluid
had contact with the eye or mucou membrane , rin e immediately with
water bodie .

Before in tallation make ure that the mounting urface ha the ability to carry
the tenfold point load of the own weight of the device.
Mount the device with the mounting-bracket to your tru ing y tem u ing an
appropriate clamp.
During overhead in tallation the device mu t be alway ecured by a afety
rope which i de igned to hold the twelvefold weight of device. Only afety
rope with quick-relea e afety fa tener element may be u ed. Hang up the
afety rope in the hole of the mounting bracket. Direct the rope over the tru
or an appropriate fa tening point. Hang up the end in the fa tening element
and tie up the locking nut. A afety rope once expo ed to failing load or
damaged may not be u ed furthermore.
The maximum dr p exceed must n t exceed 20cm.

Make ure that you u e hielded cable. 3pol or 5pol XLR cable are uitable.

Where the DMX cable ha to run a long di tance or the equipment i
operated in an electrically noi y environment like a di co for in tallation , we
recommend u ing a DMX terminator. Thi prevent corruption of the digital
control ignal by electrical noi e. The DMX terminator i imply an XLR
connector with a 120 Ω re i tor between pin 2 and 3, which i then plugged
into the XLR output ocket of the la t device in the erie . Plea e look to the
bottom drawing .

4. Start-up
Attention!
Remove before tart-up every packing material.
1. Fill the tank with fluid. Make ure that there i alway enough fluid in the
tank.
2. Connect the device to the power upply..
3. The di play how „READY TO HAZE“.
4.1.Operati n
The operation can be made by the LC di play.
FUNCTION For call-up the tructure of menu to make
individual etting .
UP To elect a point of menu or increa e a value.
DOWN To elect a point of menu or decrea e a value.
TIMER Activate the timer mode.
VOLUME Activate the fog output. The fog output will be
topped if you pre the button again.
MANUAL Activate the fog output while the button i
pre ed.
