1. GAIN - adjusts the amount distortion gain.
2. DIST - adjusts the distortion output level.
3. OUTPUT - adjusts the overall output level of the eect.
4. FREQ - adjusts the carrier frequency for the ring modulation eect.
5. RING - adjusts the ring modulator eect output level.
6. INPUT - connect your instrument here.
7. FOOTSWITCH - turns the eect on and o.
8. LED - turns on when the eect is enabled.
9. OUTPUT - connect to the next pedal’s input or to the input of your amplier.

USING GONKULATOR:
With the Gonkulator having a built-in distortion, most guitarists/
bassists will favor placing it at the beginning of their chain of
eects, so start with that placement.
A typical eects signal chain will consist of Distortion eects rst
then Modulation eects (Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, Tremolo, etc...)
next and then nally Time based eects (Delay and Reverb).
The fact that Gonkulator can also be a standalone ring modulator,
you can place it in the middle or the end of the eects chain with
good results. You can always experiment with dierent eect
placements to get it working best for your rig.
