Thank you for purchasing a d rawer for your Winchester Couch . Before installing your new
drawer(s) please read these instructions carefully and ensure you fully understand them.

x4 S crews x1 Allen key

The Winchester couch allows the drawers to be positioned in multiple orientat ions . If the
drawers are to be stacked underneath each other no more than a maximum of 3 dra wers
may be stacked together, as shown below.
Assembly:
1. Carefully remove all packaging and dispose of it in
a sensible and environmental fashion .
2. Turn your Winchester Couch over and carefully
place it upside down, ensuring the couch top is
protected against dirt or sharp objects. Sidhil Ltd.
recommend that the couch is turned over with
a minimum of two able bodied people.
3. If you wish to attach a drawer at the foot end and
the couch has a paper roll holder attached ensure
the paper roll is facing outwards, if it is not remove
the holder and turn it around.
4. Remove the inner drawer from the outer and place
the outer on the couch frame, ensuring the large
cut out section is facing upwards. Consider which
side you want to access the drawers from when
placing the outer drawer on the couch frame.
5. The drawer can be positioned at the head, middle
or foot end. Select the desired position and align
the slots in the outer drawer with the threaded
inserts in the frame .
6. With the aid of the allen key fasten the outer
drawer in place using the supplied washers and
screws. The outer drawer is secured in 4 corners.
(Move on to point 9 if drawers are not to be sta cked)

7. If you have purchased more than 1 drawer and
you wish to stack them place the next outer
drawer on top of the drawer below. Align the slots
in the drawer with the threaded inserts in the
drawer outer below.
8. As before, with the aid of the allen key fasten the
outer drawer in place using the supplied washers
and screws. No more than a maximum of 3
drawers may be stacked together .
9. Repeat the above processes until all required
drawers are fastened in place. Ensure all
fasteners are tight .
10. Turn the couch over and carefully position it back
onto its feet. S idhil Ltd. recommend that the
couch is turned over with a minimum of two
able bodied people.
11. Place all inner drawers back in the outer frame s.
12. Your c ouch drawers are now assembled.
When using the drawers do not open more than 1
drawer at a time
Cleaning:
Routine cleaning for infection control must be carried out in accordance with your local
infection control policy or regulatory body.
In the absence of this, all surfaces to be wiped down with a cleaning cloth, moistened with
a mild detergent and diluted in hot water (60°C). Extra care should be taken around areas
where excess dirt or dust may gather. Rinse down with clean water and dry off with a
paper towel.
Always ensure the drawers (and couch ) are dry before re - using.
Sidhil Ltd. does not recommend the use of concentrated bleach as this c an mark painted
surfaces.
Inspection :
The Winchester Drawers require very little maintenance, however if there are signs of
damage or the drawers are not performing as they should, please contact your supplier
for assistance.
Inspection points:
Check there are no loose or missing parts or fixings
Check fixings periodically (Sidhil Ltd. recommend every 6 months)
