Plugging In the Cable
After unpacking Sandy and the accessories, plug the power adapter
into the wall outlet and the cable into the charging station.

Selecting a Connection
Here you can select the type of connection you want Sandy to
use.
(* If you want to run Sandy with a network cable, you will need
an Ethernet USB-C adapter and a network cable. These are not
included.)

Creating a User Prole
After your email account is successfully set up, we still need your
rst and last name to correctly assign Sandy.

Assigning Sandy
If you are setting up Sandy for the rst time, select the Set Up
Device button now.
After the installation, you can invite friends and family. They are
connected to Sandy via the invitation link.

Sign Up & Email Conrmation
When starting up Sandy, please press the Email button and then
follow the instructions. If you have already created an account,
you can start directly by clicking the Login button.

Connecting the LAN Cable
1. Plug the network cable into the network socket.
2. Plug the other end of the network cable into the Ethernet
port of the adapter.
3. Plug the USB-C connector of the adapter into the charging
station.

Checking the LAN Cable
You can tell if everything is connected correctly when the
LED on the adapter ashes.

Placing Sandy on the Charging Station
Place Sandy on the charging station.

Turning On Sandy
Press and hold the power button on the back of Sandy
for 3 seconds.
The screen now indicates that Sandy is waking up.

Pairing via the QR Code
A QR code is displayed on Sandy.
Your camera launches automatically in the Sandy app. Use it to
scan the QR code.
Next, Sandy is connecting to your smartphone.

Activating Bluetooth
Now activate the Bluetooth function on your smartphone.

Selecting the Network & Entering the Password
If you have previously selected WLAN as the connection, you
must choose your WLAN network and then enter the network
password.

Creating the Child Prole
You’re almost there.
Sandy just needs a little info from your loved one,
and you’re good to go.

been established if everything is working properly.

Home Screen Overview
1 Temperature/Humidity Indicator
Here you can always see the temperature and
humidity in the children’s room. Tapping on it will
take you directly to the statistics.
2 Name of the Child
The name of the baby Sandy is assigned to is dis-
played here. Tapping on the name will take you
directly to your child’s prole.
3 Intercom Function
Press and hold the button to speak directly to
and with your baby.
4 Sandy Microphone
Here you turn on the sound monitoring and can
always hear what sounds your baby makes.
5 User Prole
In the user prole, you can view and change all
data about you and your child.
6 Statistics
Here you will nd all the information about how
warm or cold it was in the nursery at night or if
and when exactly your baby made any sounds
while sleeping.
7 HOME Button
Pressing this button will always take you back to
the Home screen.
8 Settings
In this menu, you can nd all settings of the app
and Sandy.
9 Store
Are you looking for a new outt or more acces-
sories? Visit our store!
10 Night Light
Here you can turn on the night light and adjust
the brightness. You can nd more options in the
Night Light menu. The arrow will take you directly
there.
11 Media Player
Here you can start the last selected lullaby and
adjust the volume.
The arrow will take you directly to the Media
Player menu.
12 Camera
Here you turn on the camera and see what’s hap-
pening in front of the lens at all times. This way,
you can always see everything.
13 Switching the Screen
Swipe to switch from the power button to the
small camera screen. You can nd more details
on the next page

Tapping the power button starts all the last set
functions - with just one touch:

Timer
15 Status of the Child
This will tell you if your baby is quiet or not.
If the baby starts crying, the status changes. If the
baby cries a lot, you will be notied immediately.
Tapping on it will take you directly to the statis-
tics.

Touching the preview image on the home screen
switches the image directly to full-screen mode.

The red dot ashes.

Repeated taps in full-screen mode will take you

4 Infrared
With this button, you can adjust the infrared illu-
mination if the lighting conditions are too dark.
Then you can see your baby even in complete
darkness.

Media Player Overview
1 Title
Here you can see the track, artist, and playlist.
2 Back
With this button, you can select the previous
track.
3 Track Duration
Here you can see the duration of the track.
By tapping, the display changes from time
already elapsed to the time remaining.
4 Shue
Activating this icon will play the current playlist in
random order.
5 Volume
Here you can adjust the volume of the music.
6 Timer
Here you can set how long Sandy should play mu-
sic: for 15, 30, 60 minutes, or indenitely.
7 Favorites
In the Favorites menu, you can nd your favorite
tracks.
8 Playlist Menu
In the Playlist menu, you can nd all the available
tracks.
9 Repeat Track
Sandy will repeat the same track for as long as set
in the timer when this icon is activated.
10 Play / Pause
Here you start or pause the music.
11 Next
Press this button to play the next track on the
playlist.
12 Album Cover
You can see the album cover behind the play icon.

Night Light
1 Display Night Light ON/OFF
If the star light is not bright enough for you, you can
use the display to create a brighter colored night
light.
2 Night Light ON/OFF
Here you switch the night light on or off.
3 Color Change ON/OFF
If you want to lull the baby to sleep with a gentle and
random color change, you can activate this icon.
4 Timer
Here you can set how long the night light should be
switched on: for 15, 30, 60 minutes, or indenitely.
5 Color Change Speed
Use this slider to set the speed at which the color
should change.
6 Brightness
Use this slider to control the brightness of the night
light.
7 Star Light ON/OFF
Here you set whether the star should be lit or not.
8 Color Selection
In this color triangle, you dene the color you want
to see.
9 Color Preview
Here you can see the preview of the color you have
chosen.

1 Sandy’s Eyes
If Sandy is not operated via the touchscreen for more than 30 seconds,
the screen switches to the different eyes. Touching the screen returns to
the last selected screen.
2 Preview
Swipe down or tap the arrow to go from the home screen to the camera
screen. This way, you can ideally align and adjust Sandy’s head.
3 Temperature/Humidity
Here you can see the current room temperature and relative humidity in
Sandy’s surroundings.
4 Audio Menu
Swipe right or tap the arrow to enter the Audio menu (media player).
5 Audio ON/OFF
Here you turn on the music with the volume last selected.
6 Settings
Swipe up or tap the arrow to go to the Settings.
7 Night Light
Tap the bulb to turn the night light on or off. The color set last is
automatically selected.
8 Night Light Menu
Swipe left or tap the arrow to enter the Night Light menu.
9 Network Reception
You can see from the bars how good the reception of your Internet
connection is.
10 Network
The Internet connection is displayed here.

Select this button to turn the night light
on the display on or off.

the Brightness and Timer Settings, and
then return to the home screen.

Here you switch the star on and off as a
night light.

Swipe left or tap the arrow to enter the
Volume and Timer Settings, and then
return to the home screen.

Press this button to play the next track.

Use this color triangle to choose your
desired color.
11 Automatic Color Change
Here you activate the automatic color

Here you will see the preview of the col-
or you selected in the color triangle.

Sandy’s Head Movements
Sandy’s head can be rotated 90 degrees horizontally to the left
and to the right. Please do not try to turn Sandy’s head any fur-
ther using force. This may cause damage to the device. Vertically,
Sandy can be tilted 6° up and 15° down.
Viewing Angle of the Camera
The camera ensures a full view of the baby (when mounted at the
foot of the crib).

Keep Cable Away From the Child!
Important Note
Since there is a potential risk of strangulation due
to the charging station cable, you must ensure
that the cable is not laid in the baby’s area.
Important Note
Due to the risk of injury, the bracket must be bolt-
ed tight. Otherwise, Sandy could fall!

Mounting the Bed Bracket
Mount the bracket with the at side facing inward. Next, fasten
it using the supplied screws through the predrilled holes in the
bracket.

Attaching the Charging Station
Now turn the charging station counterclockwise with a bit of
pressure until it stops.

Mounting the Charging Station
Insert the two lugs on the bed bracket into the holes on the un-
derside of the charging station. Make sure that the cable points
to the outside.

Sandy’s Case, Power Adapters, and Charging Station
Sandy and the accessories are very robust. However, we
recommend cleaning the device with a damp cloth only.

Removing Sandy from the Charging Station
Take Sandy off the charging station when you want to clean the
baby monitor.

Display / Touchscreen
The touchscreen is very sensitive and must not be cleaned with
chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.
Only wipe the touchscreen with a damp cloth.

Disconnecting Sandy from Power
If Sandy or the accessories need to be cleaned, always unplug
the power supply rst.

Turning o Sandy
Before cleaning, Sandy must always be turned off, either via the
touchscreen by pressing the Power button or pressing the back
for 3 seconds.

Important Note
Merino wool is not suitable for tumble dryers.
Further care instructions can be found on the care
label.
