1 Your Attention
Read and follow all the instructions in this “Use and Care” even if you feel you are
familiar with the appliance, and find a place to keep it handy for future reference.
Your attention is drawn particularly to the sections concerning “IMPORTANT
SAFEGUARDS”.
For your convenience, record the complete model number (located on the
appliance identification plate) and the date you purchased the appliance, together
with your purchase receipt and attach to the warranty and service information.
Retain in the event that warranty service is required.
2 Important Safeguards
When using any electrically powered appliance, basic safety
precautions should always be followed, including the following:
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING
THE APPLIANCE.
WARNING - to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or injury to
persons or property:
•Always operate the appliance from a power source of the same voltage,
frequency and rating as indicated on the appliance identification plate.
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
•Do Not allow children to use the blender without supervision.
•Switch Off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing
accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
•Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the
appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or appears damaged in any way.
Return the complete appliance to the place of purchase for inspection, repair
or replacement.
•Avoid using on metal surfaces e.g. sink.
•Do not place on top of any other appliance.

•To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse or expose the appliance

•Never carry this appliance by the cord
•Switch off and unplug from outlet when not in use, before assembling or
disassembling parts and before cleaning. Remove by grasping the plug - do
not pull on the cord.
•Do not touch hot surfaces. Allow to cool before cleaning
•Do not use the appliance for other than its intended use.
•Never insert utensils or other objects into the appliance.
•Never touch the blades while the machine is plugged in.
•Take extra care when handling blades as they are sharp and may cause

surfaces.
•Do not operate or place any part of this appliance on or near any hot surface
(such as gas or electric burners or hot plates or in a heated oven).
•When using this appliance, provide adequate space above and on all sides
for air circulation.
•Do not allow this appliance to touch curtains, wall coverings, clothing, dish
towels or other flammable materials during use.
•Do not leave this appliance unattended during use.

•The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the
appliance distributor may cause personal or property hazards or injuries.
•This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer
or separate remote-control system.
•Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Switch ‘OFF’ at the
power point and unplug immediately.
•Before cleaning, disconnect from the power supply.
•Check the appliance and the cable regularly for damage. If there is damage
of any kind, the Appliance should not be used.
•In case of any repairs, replacement of cord or plug, or adjustment, please
consult a qualified electrician, or take the Appliance to an authorised service
facility.
•When storing the Appliance, wrap the cord neatly to avoid unnecessary
strain on the cord.
•The Appliance must only be used as intended in accordance with these
operating instructions.
•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
•Do Not Open the appliance. There are no user serviceable parts inside.
•This appliance is intended for normal domestic/household use only.
•No liability can be accepted for any damage caused by non-compliance with
these instructions or any other improper use or mishandling.

3 Description

4 Before Using For The First Time
•Remove all packaging and discard the blade covers.
•Wash all components. Refer “Cleaning” Section for instructions.

5 Operating Instructions
5.1 Stick Mixer
•You can blend baby food, soups, sauces, milk shakes, mayonnaise etc.
•Note: Do Not use for more than 60 Seconds at a time. Allow to cool
between uses.
5.1.1 Assembly
•Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the powerpoint.
•Remove the Cap from the Power Handle as shown following.
Rotate the cap anti-clockwise and pull straight out
•Insert the Stick Mixer Attachment into the Power Handle then rotate
clockwise to lock in place. To unlock, rotate anti-clockwise and pull apart.

5.2 Operation
For Beaker Blending
•Do Not chop hard foods such as coffee beans, ice cubes, spices or
chocolate as this will damage the blades
•Do Not fill the beaker above 500ml. This may need to be less depending on
the ingredients being blended
For Saucepan Blending
•Take the saucepan off the heat and let it cool slightly, otherwise your Stick
Mixer could overheat.
•Plug in and switch on. To avoid splashing, place the blade end in the food
before switching on.
•Grasp the body of the Power Handle (not the handle. This is for use with the
Knife Blade Attachment only) and hold vertically. Then press the “On” button
located on the body. (Not the button on Handle).
•Move the blade through the food in an up and down stabbing action.
•If your blender blades gets blocked, switch off and unplug before clearing
the blade.
•After use, unplug and dismantle prior to cleaning.

BLADE WHILST IN USE AND WHILST PLUGGED IN.

5.3 Chopper
•Care is needed when handing the cutting blade, especially when removing
the blade from the bowl, emptying the bowl and during cleaning, Do Not
touch the sharp blades.
•Always switch off and unplug before removing the lid.
•Always remove the chopper blade before emptying the bowl.
•Never remove the lid until the blade has completely stopped.
•You can chop meat, cheese, vegetables, herbs, bread, biscuits and nuts.
•Do Not chop hard foods such as coffee beans, ice cubes, spices or
chocolate as this will damage the blades.
Note: Do Not use for more than 30 Seconds at a time. Allow to cool between
uses.
5.3.1 Assembly
•Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the powerpoint.
•Remove the Cap from the Power Handle as shown under instructions for the
Stick Mixer.
•Insert the blade into the bowl locating over the pin.
•Place the lid on the bowl ensuring the blade shaft locates inside the drive
coupling underneath the lid.
•Push the lid down and rotate clockwise to lock in place.

NOTE: Ensure the lid is fitted and locked properly before operation
•Fit the Power Handle onto the top of the lid, hold the bowl firmly then rotate
the Power Handle clockwise to lock in place. To unlock, rotate anti-
clockwise and pull apart
•Plug in and switch on.
•Grasp the body of the Power Handle (not the handle. This is for use with the
Knife Blade Attachment only) and hold vertically. Then press the “On” button
located on the body. (Not the button on Handle).
•If your chopper blades gets blocked, switch off and unplug before
disassembling and clearing the blade.
•After use, unplug and switch off prior to disassembling.

1. Remove any bones and cut food into 1 - 2cm cubes.
2. Fit the chopper blade over the pin in the bowl before adding food.
3. Add your food.
4. Do Not fill the bowl above the 500ml mark. This may need to be less
depending on the ingredients being chopped.
5. Plug in, hold the bowl steady, and then press on/off button.
6. After use, unplug and switch off prior to disassembling.
5.3.2 Processing Guide

5.4 Whisk
•Note: Do Not use for more than 2 minutes at a time. Allow to cool between
uses.
•You can whip light ingredients such as egg whites; cream; instant desserts and
eggs and sugar for whisked sponges.
•Do Not whisk heavier mixtures such as margarine and sugar as this will damage
the whisk.
•Do Not whisk more than 8 egg whites or 1000ml cream at a time.
•Do Not let liquid get above the whisk wires.
5.4.1 Assembly
•Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the powerpoint.
•Remove the Cap from the Power Handle as shown under instructions for the
Stick Mixer.

•Insert the Whisk Coupling into the Power Handle then rotate clockwise to
lock in place. To unlock, rotate anti-clockwise and pull apart.
•Push the Whisk into the end of the Coupling until it lock in place. To remove
the Whisk, pull straight out.

•Grasp the body of the Power Handle (not the handle. This is for use with the
Knife Blade Attachment only) and hold vertically. Then press the “On” button
located on the body. (Not the button on Handle).
•If your Whisk gets blocked, switch off and unplug before disassembling and
clear the whisk.
•Plug in, hold the mixing bowl steady, and then press on button.
•After use, unplug and dismantle prior to cleaning.
DO NOT TOUCH WHISK WHEN IN USE
5.5 Knife
•Blades are sharp. Handle carefully to avoid injury.
•Always handle blades with hand away from cutting edge.
•Always store blades in the protective sleeve and with cutting edge away
from you.
•Do not attempt to cut through metal, wood, bones frozen products, etc.
•Do not attempt to cut through food that is on a metal or ceramic surface.
Always use a proper wooden or plastic chopping board.
•You can cut breads, meats and cakes, etc.
•Note: Do Not use for more than 60 Seconds at a time. Allow to cool
between uses.

5.5.1 Assembly
•Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the powerpoint.
•Remove the Cap from the Power Handle as shown under instructions for
the Stick Mixer.
•Insert the Knife Coupling into the Power Handle then rotate clockwise to
lock in place. To unlock, rotate anti-clockwise and pull apart.
•Lay both blades parallel to each other with the metal pin from one blade to
be locked into the slot of the other.
•Grip both blades together at the finger protector and glide into the Knife
Adaptor until they snap in.

•Test the security of the blades by applying a light pressure in the reverse
direction. (Attempting to remove the blades.) For this operation, it is
recommended to have the protective sheath over the blades in order to
avoid injury.
5.5.2 Removing Blades
•Ensure the appliance is switched off and unplugged from the powerpoint.
•Press the eject button in firmly. The blades will eject automatically.
NOTE: Blades are sharp. Handle carefully to avoid injury.
DO NOT TOUCH CUTTING BLADE EDGES
•To operate the knife, press the button down (located on the handle) with
your thumb.
•To cut the food, simply guide the blades through the food. It is not
necessary to move the knife back and forward in a sawing motion, as the
double cutting action of the two blades will slice the food quickly, easily and
neatly.
•To cease cutting, release pressure from the button, which automatically
turns the appliance off.
•After use, unplug and dismantle prior to cleaning.

5.6 Beaters
•Note: Do Not use for more than 2 minutes at a time. Allow to cool between
uses.
•You can beat light ingredients such as egg whites; cream; instant desserts,
eggs and sugar for cakes etc.
•Do Not beat heavier mixtures such as biscuit or bread dough as this will
damage the appliance.
•Do Not let liquid get above the beater shafts onto the coupling.
5.6.1 Assembly
•Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the powerpoint.
•Remove the Cap from the Power Handle as shown under instructions for
the Stick Mixer.
•Push the Beaters into the end of the Coupling until they lock in place. To
remove the beaters, pull straight out.
•Insert the Beater Coupling into the Power Handle then rotate clockwise to
lock in place. To unlock, rotate anti-clockwise and pull apart.

•Grasp the body of the Power Handle (not the handle. This is for use with the
Knife Blade Attachment only) and hold vertically. Then press the “On” button
located on the body. (Not the button on Handle).
•With the beaters spinning, hold the bowl firmly and move the beaters through
the mix in a figure 8 action.
•If your Beaters get blocked, switch off and unplug before disassembling and
clear the Beaters.
•After use, unplug and dismantle prior to cleaning.
DO NOT TOUCH BEATERS WHEN IN USE
6 Storage
•You can attach the Storage Tray onto the wall and store the components
with the screws and wall plugs provided.
•If you do not wish to attach to the wall, the unit can sit on your bench top.
•Each item (except the Beater assembly and Chopper assembly) can be
stored on the tray as shown.

•The Knife blades can be stored in the back on the tray as shown.
7 Cleaning
•Before cleaning the appliance, ensure it is disconnected from the power
supply and has cooled down completely.
•Do Not touch the sharp blades.
•Take special care when preparing food for babies, the elderly and infirm. If
using the Stick Mixer, always ensure that the Stick Mixer attachment is
thoroughly sterilized. Use a sterilizing solution in accordance with the
sterilizing solution manufacturer’s instructions.
•Some foods such as eggs and carrot may discolour the plastic. Rubbing with
a cloth dipped in vegetable oil helps remove discolouring.
7.1 Non Submersible Components
•Do Not submerse the following components in water,
Power Handle, Chopper Lid, Whisk Coupling, Knife Coupling, Beater
Coupling.
•Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and then dry.
•Never immerse in water or use abrasives.
7.2 Submersible Components
•These components can be submersed in water for cleaning.
Chopper Blade, Chopper Bowl, Whisk, Knife Blades, Beaters, Beaker
•Wash with warm, soapy water.
•Rinse in clean water and then dry.

7.3 Stick Mixer
•Part-fill the beaker with warm, soapy water. Then insert the blender shaft
and switch on.
•Repeat in fresh clean wash to rinse.
•Unplug, and then dry.
•To Prevent injury, Do not touch the blades.
Never Immerse the Power Handle in Water or Wash Under a Tap.
Do Not Wash components in a Dishwasher.
Do not use abrasives, solvents or harsh cleaning solutions.
Cleaning the parts immediately after use ensures a faster clean up time, and this
will prolong the life of your appliance & accessories and reduce staining on the
plastic parts.

9 Guarantee
WHAT’S COVERED
H.E. Group Pty Ltd guarantees this appliance for a full replacement or refund for a
period of twelve months from the date of purchase. This guarantee is valid with the
presentation of the original proof of purchase receipt from the store from which you
purchased the product in order to establish the purchase price and provide the correct
value of the product paid for by you. This guarantee covers materials and
workmanship defects only.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This product is for household use only and if used in any way other than as detailed in
the instruction manual will void this guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to
defects arising from abuse, alteration, or unreasonable use of the product, nor does it
cover general deterioration due to usage.
This guarantee does not apply to the accessories due to general deterioration.
WHAT H.E. GROUP WILL DO
H.E. Group Pty Ltd will replace the product or provide a refund to the value of the
purchase price, if a defect is discovered in the product during the guaranteed period
of twelve months subject to verification of defect or malfunction and the date and
proof of purchase and purchase price.
Except as provided for in this guarantee, all express and implied warranties,
guarantees and conditions under statute or general law as to the merchantability,
description, quality, suitability or fitness of the goods for any purpose, or as to design,
assembly, installation, materials or workmanship or otherwise are expressly excluded.
Nothing in this guarantee shall however be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or
modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition,
warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law (including the Trade Practices Act
1974) and which by law cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
