1.5 AJUSTAR EL SENSOR / SETTING UP THE RADAR SENSOR UNIT
Fijar la placa base con los tornillos que se encuen-
tran en la carcasa, Para extraer y montar la electró-
nica, obsérvese el punto 2.4
Fasten the base plate with the screws contained in
the housing, to remove and insert the electronics,
observe the instructions in point 2.4
1.3 FIJACIÓN Y CONEXIÓN / FASTENING AND CONNECTING-UP
La unidad sólo se podrá utilizar con
tensión baja de protección, que
cumpla los requisitos Extra Low
Voltage (SELV) basados en los estándares de
seguridad recogidos en IEC 60950. La instala-
ción y el mantenimiento de la unidad sólo los
podrá realizar personal técnico cualificado.
The unit is only to be operated
with voltages that comply with the
Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV)
requirements in safety standards based on IEC
60950. This unit is only to be installed and

2.3 SUSTITUCIÓN DE LA ANTENA / CHANGE OF THE ANTENNA
Desde delante, tras el montaje!
Do not open the cover from top!
Opción del programa de accesorios 4tec.
Simplemente sustituyendo la antena se puede
modificar el alcance de detección. Para sustitu-
irla se extraerá con precaución utilizando
dos dedos y seguidamente se montará la
antena nueva.
To change the antenna, withdraw it carefully
with two fingers and then insert the new
antenna.

2.4 POSICIÓN DEL ALCANCE DE DETECCIÓN / POSITION OF THE DETECTION AREA
La placa de circuitos impresos también se puede montar transversalmente.
The printed circuit board can also be inserted at a slant angle.

La orientación se puede modificar en pasos de
5° de 0 a 40°. El ajuste de fábrica es de 15°, se
pueden sobrepasar los topes.
The position can be adjusted in 5° steps from 0°
to 40°. The factory setting is 15°, notches can
be broken out.
Para regular, sujetar la placa de circuitos
impresos por un lateral, tirar hacia delante y
orientar a la posición.
To make an adjustment, take hold of the printed
circuit board by the edge, pull it forward, and
then place it in the desired position.

El sensor reacciona de diferente forma a los movimientos de personas o vehículos y conmuta,
en función del ajuste el relé principal o el relé de vehículos o ambos simultáneamente.
The radar is able to analyse motions from people or vehicles different and to switch, according
to the settings, the main relay, the vehicle relay or both relay at the same time.

2.5 ALCANCE DE DETECCIÓN / SENSIBILIDAD
SIZE OF THE DETECTION AREA / SENSITIVITY
El alcance de detección puede modificarse con las teclas o con
el mando a distancia.
The sensitivity potentiometer control enables the size of the
detection area to be adjusted.

Funciones del relé / Relay functions
El relé principal se conmuta siempre, es decir, al detectar tanto objetos como vehículos.
The main relay switches always, that means for people and vehicles detection. The vehicle relay
switches only if the vehicle detection is activated and a vehicle will move inside the detection area.

3. AJUSTE CON TECLAS PROGRAMABLES / CONFIGURATION WITH PROGRAMMING BUTTONS
En el modo de programación se puede ajustar el sensor por medio de dos teclas. Los posibles
ajustes y valores pueden consultarse en la tabla de programación. La secuencia de parpadeo de
los LEDs indica cada uno de los ajustes. Si el modo de programación está activo, se interrumpe la
comunicación vía infrarrojos, pero el sensor sigue funcionando.
Si transcurridos 10 minutos no se realiza ningún ajuste, finalizará el modo de programación au-
tomáticamente y se guardan los valores ajustados.
The programming mode allows to adjust the radar sensor unit with two push buttons. All settings
can be read out the below programming table. The LED flashing order shows the respective set-
tings. While the programming mode is activated the IR-communication is blocked but the sensor
functions are still active.
If during 10 minutes no settings have been done the programming mode will be quitted and all
settings will be saved automatically.

dea. La secuencia de parpadeo rojo/verde indica el ajuste actual.
Push button MENU for approx. 2s, programming mode is activated LED is flashing. The flashing
order shows the actual settings.

Pulsar el menú aprox. 2 seg, se abandona el modo de
programación. Se guardan todos los ajustes realizados.

Si se alcanza el máximo, se vuelve a iniciar automáticamente desde el valor menor, es decir,

Si se alcanza el máximo, se vuelve a iniciar automáticamente desde el valor menor, es decir,
pulsar 1 vez = 1 paso hacia adelante.
Is the maximum value reached, the programming starts again with the lowest value,
i.e. 1x push = 1 step forwardss.
Si se pulsa la tecla MENÚ o VALOR, se interrumpe el código de parpadeo brevemente y se emite el
valor ajustado. Cada que vez que se pulsa la tecla se guarda automáticamente el ajuste.
When the MENU or VALUE buttons be pushed, the flashing code stops and restarts flashing with the
new value. After each change the setting will be automatically saved.
3.2 INICIO: iniciar la programación / START: Activate programming mode

Se detecta cualquier movimiento dentro del alcance all movements well be detected

to the localization.
Direcciones de la unidad del sensor
Sensor address
La dirección es necesaria para la programación con el mando a distancia. Sólo se puede modificar a través de
las teclas. La dirección sólo se podrá modificar si se encuentran varios sensores dentro del alcance del mando
a distancia.
The sensor address is needed for the programming with remote control. The address can be choose and
changed with buttons. The sensor address must be changed only if there are more than one sensor inside the
range of the remote control.

4.3 DIRECCIÓ / ADDRESS
Si vanos sensores se encuentran en d alcance del mando a distancia, los semores tienen que ser
puestos en direcciones diferentes (véase el ajuste con teclas programables).
If there are several sensors within range of the remote control, different sensor adresses must be
set (see configuration with programming buttons).
4.4 CERTEZA / SECURITY
Acceso sin código:
El acceso mii del mando a distancia es posible para cada tiempo.
Access without code:
Accessing the sensor with the remote control is always possible.
Acceso con el código:
El sensor puede ser aseguradocon un código de 4-cifras contra el acceso ilegal. Antiguo en el
modo programable es posible luego solamente por la solicitud del código.
Access with code:
The sensor can be protected against unwanted manipulation with a four-digit code. The adjusting
of the sensor is possible only by entering the correct code.

El acceso cierran:
Si se hace el sensor con el „acceso cierra"‚ de modo asegurado, el utensilio está cerrado. Ningún

Lock access:
With „lock access“ the sensor can be completely secured. In the locked state, no communication with
the sensor is possible anymore. Unlocking the sensor is only possible by cycling the power supply or
by pressing a programming button.
For safety reasons the configuration mode is automatically deactivated 30 minutes after the last
setting has been made. The sensor is in the “access without code” state for 30 minutes after the
sensor has been switched on.
