Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers because they can cause
suffocation.
o reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep,
unless otherwise advised by your physician.
DO NOT place crib near window where cords from blinds or drapes may strangle a child.
Check this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, loose bolts or other fasteners, missing parts or sharp
edges before assembly and frequently during use. Securely tighten loose bolts and other fasteners. DO NO
use crib if any parts are missing, damaged or broken. Contact a customer service representative at 1−800−
295−1980 for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed. DO NO substitute parts.
Infants can suffocate on soft bedding. Never add a pillow or comforter. Never place additional padding
under an infant.
Strings can cause strangulation! DO NOT place items with a string around a child’s neck, such as hood
strings or pacifier cords. DO NOT suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys.
o help prevent strangulation tighten all fasteners. A child can trap parts of the body or clothing on loose
fasteners.
If refinishing, use a non−toxic finish specified for children’s products.
When child is able to pull to standing position, set mattress to lowest position and remove bumper pads,
large toys and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
Stop using the crib when child begins to climb out or reaches the height of 35 inches (89 cm).
CAU ION: EN RAPMEN HAZARD. o avoid dangerous gaps, any mattress used on this bed shall be a
full−size crib mattress at least 51−5/8 inches (1310 mm) in length, 27−1/4 inches (690 mm) in width, and a

STEP 1:
Insert the wood dowels (1) into the back panel (C).
Attach the left and right posts (A & B) to the back panel (C) with hex socket head bolts (2)
and spring washers (6) as shown. First put the spring washers (6) in the hole, second
insert the hex socket head bolts (2) then tighten the bolts with allen ke (4).

STEP 2:
Insert wood dowels (1) into the left side panel (D).
Attach the left side panel (D) to the left post (A) with hex socket head bolts (2) and spring
washers (6) as shown. First put the spring washers (6) in the hole, second insert the hex
socket head bolts (2) then tighten the bolts with allen ke (4).
Repeat this step to attach the right side panel (E) to right post (B) as shown.

Attach the mattress support (H) to the left and right side panels (D & E) and the posts (A & B) with
mattress support bolts (3) and spring washers (5). Use Allen ke (4) to tighten the bolts.

STEP 4:
Attach the front rail (G) to the front panel (F) with wood dowels (1) as shown.
Note: The curved edge of front rail (G) must face towards the ground.

Attach the assembled front panel (done in step 4) to left and right side panels (D & E) with
wood dowels (1), hex socket head bolts (2) and spring washers (6) as shown. First put the
spring washers (6) in the hole, second insert the hex socket head bolts (2) then tighten the
bolts with allen ke (4).

NOTE: When the hild is able to stand on his/her own, pla e the mattress support at
its lowest position.

STEP 1: Follow steps 1 to 3 of the crib assembl instruction.
STEP 2: Follow steps 2 to 3 for the da bed assembl instruction located above (starting
from crib).
NOTE: When inserting bolts, turn clockwise until tighten. Then loosen 1/2−3/4 of a turn.
After crib is completel assembled, return to each bolt and tighten. Use wax or
soap on all bolts to facilitate assembl .
STEP 1: Detach the assembled front panel (F & G) from the side panels (D & E) with Allen Ke (4).
STEP 3: Attach the front rail (G) (the curved edge should face up) to the side panels (D & E) with
bolts (2), spring washers (6) and Allen Ke (4). First put the spring washers (6) in the hole,
second insert the hex socket head bolts (2) then tighten the bolts with allen ke (4).
STEP 2: Move the mattress support (H) to the lowest position b unscrewing bolts (3) with
Allen Ke (4).
