Precautions
*The maximum load bearing is 110Kg (about 220 Lbs).
*It’s for home use rather than commercial use.
*If you feel unwell during using the treadmill, please stop using it immediately and consult your doctor for
instructions before next use.
*Please don’t use machine with illness, fatigue and drunk.
*Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult .
*Keep it on a clean and dry place to avoid rusting and other problems we can control.
*Please place the product on a flat and solid place to avoid falling. If necessary, use a rubber mat underneath
to avoid slipping.
*It is better to wear proper sportswear during exercise. Don’t wear the clothes too loose to avoid drag.
*For your safety, you must keep at least 1 meter away from anything around.
*Please warm up before using the treadmill to avoid sports injuries.
*Cut off the power after you use the treadmill.

Assembly Method
Step 1: Raise the armrest
Place the treadmill on a flat floor.
Raise the armrest as shown.
Screw two knobs(No.4) to the bottom of the treadmill
to fix the armrest.
Step2: Assemble the Ipad bracket
Attach the Ipad bracket covers(No.2)(No.3) to the
armrest.
And then screw two screws(No.5) to fix the Ipad
bracket. As shown in the figure.
Attention: If the treadmill wobbles, adjust four
adjustable knobs under the treadmill base.

Parameters
1.Insert the plug of the treadmill.
2.Open the power switch on the front of the treadmill. The power switch will be bright.
3.Use the remote control to start your exercise.

(1) "ON/OFF":
This button is used to turn on and turn off the treadmill. When you press this key for the first time, the machine will
start running after 3 seconds. And when you press this key again, the machine will stop.
(2) "M": This button is used to choose below 4 modes as your needs.
*SPEED: Displays the current speed value.
*TIME: This mode displays the time you have run. (To prevent overheating and prolong the service life, the treadmill
will stop automatically after using for 60 minutes.)
*DISTANCE: This mode displays the distance you have run.
*CALORIES: This mode displays the calories you have burned during your exercise.
(3) "+": Control the speed of the running belt to accelerate. (Increase 1km/H per time)
(4) "-" : Control the speed of the running belt to decelerate. (Reduce 1km/H per time)
If there is no response from the treadmill when you press the remote control, please re-install or change the batteries.
(The battery model is AAA .)
Attention: After acceleration and deceleration, the monitor will automatically switch the mode in turns per 5 seconds.
During mode is switching, press the "M" key again to lock the mode.
(5) Countdown function of the treadmill:
1. First turn on the power switch of the treadmill.
2. In standby mode, press the "M" key to enter three countdown modes: time, distance, and calorie. During the mode
switch, the indicator light for the current mode will always be on. Then select one of the modes you want, and press
the "+" and "-" keys can be used to increase and decrease the value of the countdown function.
3. After setting the countdown value, press ON/OFF to run.
4. When you want to quit the countdown function, press ON/OFF again to stop.
**Setting range of countdown function:
Time: The initial value is 10 minutes, the range is 5-60 minutes, varying in units of 1 minute.
Distance: The initial value is 1 KM, the range is 1-99 KM, varying in units of 1 KM.
Calories: The initial value is 50 calories, the range is 20-990 calories, varying in units of 10 calories.

Adjustment & Maintenance
Adjustment of running belt
When the running belt leans left when running, please
keep the treadmill running at the slowest speed. And then
screw the right adjustment bolt clockwise by using the
wrench until the belt straight. On the contrary, if the belt
leans right, please screw the left adjustment bolt
clockwise until the belt straight.
If you notice the belt is too tight, please unscrew both
adjustment bolts anticlockwise. On the contrary, if the
belt is too loose, please screw both adjustment bolts
clockwise.
Use the treadmill lubricant
Lift the running belt up carefully. Add the lubricant to the
middle running board under the belt.
Then put down the belt and run the treadmill at the lowest
speed.

Fault description Troubleshooting
After turning on the power, the
communication between the monitor
and the lower control line is abnormal.
The monitor displays the fault code,
and the buzzer sounds 3 times.
Possible cause: The communication
between the electronic control system
and the monitor is blocked.Check
whether the circuit connecting the
electronic meter is intact.If it is
damaged, replace the connecting wire.

The voltage on the motor is not
detected by the controller
1. Confirm whether the motor cable has
been connected well.
2.Confirm whether the sensor plug is
not plugged well or damaged, plug it or
replace it.
3.If the motor was damaged, replace
the motor.

No speed sensor signal
Overcurrent protection
Confirm whether the motor cable is
connected correctly, if not, please
reconnect the motor cable. Confirm
whether the controller any smells, if
yes, please replace the controller.
If the load exceed the current limit,
there is a protective system. If a part of
the treadmill is stuck, the system is
under heavy load, the system will
product himself, please check the
current and voltage to solve the stuck
problem.
E6 Explosion protection
Confirm whether the voltage is under
50% of the normal voltage. If yes,
please re-test with the right voltage to
make sure the controller and motor
wires are normal.
