Protective clothing and eyewear when dispensing chemicals or other materials, when working in the vicinity
of chemicals, and when filling or emptying equipment.
Read and follow all safety instructions in safety data sheets (SDS) for all chemicals.
Observe all safety and handling instructions of chemical manufacturer.
Dilute and dispense chemicals in accordance with chemical manufacturer‘s instructions.
Direct discharge away from you and other persons and into approved containers.
Regularly inspect equipment and keep equipment clean and properly maintained.
Use a locally approved back-flow prevention device - not provided - as required for safe, legal operation.
Mix incompatible chemicals that pose hazards.
Only to water tap outlets at 0.2 MPa / 1.7 Bar / 25 PSI Min., 0.6 MPa / 6 Bar / 85 PSI Max. and maximum
water temperature 60°C / 140°F. Operating outside of these parameters will void manufacturer’s warranty.
It is recommended to flush with a dedicated COLD water supply only, when possible.

Overview
1. Turn OFF the dispensing system with the toggle switch, and turn OFF the water supply to the Flush Manifold.
2. Take the manifold off the wall. Remove the screw at the bottom of the electronics cover, then simply pull the manifold
out of the hanger clips.
3. Unscrew the black discharge fitting at the end of the manifold.
4. Apply the provided thread sealant to both ends of the hex nipple in the kit.
5. Start this hex nipple into the new manifold section.
6. Screw the new section into the open end of the existing manifold, until the hex flange almost touches the manifold.
7. Attach the new hanger to the flange at the end of the now longer manifold and use it to mark the location of the holes
for the anchors for this hanger.
8. Remove the hanger from the manifold and drill 6 mm (1/4”) holes for the anchors provided.
9. Push or lightly hammer the anchors into these holes.
10. Attach the hanger to the wall and remount the manifold.
11. Connect the pumps to the new check valves using the tube and fittings in this kit.
12. Turn on the water supply and the dispensing system.
13. Prime the system and check for leaks.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Water inlet fitting size is 13 mm (1/2 in) hose barb (1/2” ID hose). Flush outlet fitting size is also 13
mm (1/2” ID hose). To connect other sizes or types of water inlet and/or flush outlet hoses, obtain fittings locally.
NOTE: Appliances connected to the water mains by detachable hose should use hoses provided with the appliance and
should not reuse previous hoses.

Limited Warranty
Seller warrants solely to Buyer the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and
service for a period of one year from the date of completion of manufacture. This limited warranty does not apply to (a) hoses;
(b) and products that have a normal life shorter than one year; or (c) failure in performance or damage caused by chemicals,
abrasive materials, corrosion, lightning, improper voltage supply, physical abuse, mishandling or misapplication. In the event
the Products are altered or repaired by Buyer without Seller’s prior written approval, all warranties will be void.
No other warranty, oral, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular
purpose, is made for these products, and all other warranties are hereby expressly excluded.
Seller’s sole obligation under this warranty will be, at Seller’s option, to repair or replace F.O.B. Seller’s facility in Cincinnati,
Ohio any Products found to be other than as warranted.
Limitation of Liability
Seller’s warranty obligations and Buyer’s remedies are solely and exclusively as stated herein. Seller shall have no other
liability, direct or indirect, of any kind, including liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages or for any other claims
for damage or loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, whether based on negligence, strict liability, breach of contract or
breach of warranty.

Safety Access and Use by Children
