Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
• Lesen Sie die Hinweise in dieser Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durch. Sie sind sowohl für
die Bedienung als auch für Ihre Sicherheit wichtig.
• Betreiben Sie keine defekten Geräte.
• Wartung und Reparaturen dürfen nur von qualiziertem Fachleuten durchgeführt werden.
• Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung zum späteren Nachschlagen auf. Falls nötig, erhalten Sie
ein Exemplar vom Hersteller (online unter www.elektronik-star.de).
Besondere Sicherheitshinweise
• Das Gerät darf nicht in Hochhauswohnungen, Badezimmern, Kellern oder Schlafzimmern
verwendet werden.
• Bewegen Sie das Gerät nicht, während es in Betrieb ist. Erschütterungen und Stöße kön-
nen die Sicherheitsvorrichtung aktivieren.
• Richten Sie den Gasheizofen nicht auf Gerätschaften, Möbel, Gardinen oder andere Ge-
genstände, die Feuer fangen können.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, während Sie schlafen.
• Richten Sie das Gerät mit der Front zur Mitte des Raums.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur einem gut belüfteten Raum. Belüftung ist für eine efziente
Geräteleistung und die Sicherheit der im Raum bendlichen Personen wesentlich. Lassen
Sie einen ausreichenden Luftstrom zu. Dichten Sie Türschwellen und Fenster nicht ab.
• Lassen Sie kleine Kinder und ältere Menschen nicht heiße Flächen berühren.
• Das Gehäuse schützt lediglich vor versehentlichen Kontakt mit Kleidung. Legen Sie keine
Kleidung oder andere Stoffe auf den Ofen. Halten Sie alle entammbaren Stoffe mindes-
tens 1 Meter vom Ofen entfernt.
• Drehen Sie die Gaszufuhr nach Verwendung des Gerätes zu.
• Verwenden oder lagern Sie neben dem Gasheizofen keine Lösungsmittel oder Spraydo-
sen, auch nicht, wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist.
• Entsorgen Sie in dem Gerät keinen Müll wie Zigarettenstummel, da diese verbrennen und
gefährliche Schadstoffe bilden.
• Bedienen Sie den Drehregler und den Gashahn des Gerätes immer von der Seite oder der
Rückseite des Ofens. Stellen Sie sich nicht vor das Gerät, denn dies stellt ein Verbren-
nungsrisiko dar.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht mit einer Programmiervorrichtung, einer Zeitschaltuhr
oder einer andere Vorrichtung, die den Ofen automatisch einschaltet.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät nach dem Gebrauch am Drehregler und am Gashahn an der Gas-
asche aus.
• Das Gerät ist für Gasaschen von 15 kg und 5 kg geeignet.
• Drehen Sie das Rohr bzw. den Schlauch nicht. Der Schlauch sollte zur Ihrer Sicherheit
regelmäßig überprüft werden.

Geräteübersicht
• Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht an Wänden, Gardinen oder neben Möbeln auf, während es in
Betrieb ist. Stellen Sie das Gerät mit der Frontseite immer zur Mitte des Raums auf. Der
Mindestabstand zu brennbaren Gegenständen beträgt 1 m.
• Der Schutzgrill dieses Gerätes entspricht den Anforderungen der Normen. Er bietet klei-
nen Kindern und körperlich Beeinträchtigte keinen vollständigen Schutz.
• Das Gerät muss vor der ersten Verwendung und bei Gas aschentausch auf Dichtigkeit hin
untersucht werden. Verwenden Sie zur Suche des Lecks nie eine offene Flamme.
• Dieses Gerät ist ein Gasheizofen ohne Abzug. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Raum gut ge-
lüftet ist, wenn das Gerät betrieben wird. Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht im Schlafzimmer,
Bad, in einem Wohnwagen, Boot oder in einem Zimmer mit weniger Rauminhalt als 84
Kubikmeter. Halten Sie zur Ventilation mindestens 105 cm2frei.
• Dieses Gerät benötigt einen Schlauch und einen Druckregulator. Informieren Sie sich bei
Ihrem Gasversorger nach dem richtigen Zubehör, das zu der Gas asche und den aktuel-
len Bestimmungen passt.
• Verwenden Sie den Ofen nicht in Fahrzeugen, Wohnwagen oder Wohnmobilen.

Aufstellung
1. Stellen Sie die Gasasche in den Gasheizofen.
2. Befestigen Sie die Blechschürze, um die Gasasche zu xieren.
3. Verbinden Sie das Rohr mit dem Ventil. Achten Sie darauf, dass es kein Leck gibt.
4. Verbinden Sie die andere Seite des Schlauchs mit dem Druckregler. Achten Sie darauf,
dass es kein Leck gibt.
5. Öffnen Sie den Gashahn, bevor Sie den Gasheizofen in Betrieb nehmen. Schließen Sie
den Gashahn nach dem Gebrauch wieder.
Benutzung
Entzünden der Flamme (des Gasheizofens)
Bevor Sie den Druckregler mit der der Gasasche verbinden, überprüfen Sie of die Gum-
midichtung auf dem Druckregler sitzt. Die Dichtung muss in einem guten Zustand sein.
Verbinden Sie den Druckregler mit der Gasasche, indem Sie die Verbindungsmutter ge-
gen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
Öffnen Sie die Gasasche, indem Sie den Gashahn der Gasasche gegen den Uhrzeiger-
sinn drehen. Drehen Sie den Drehregler am Gerät in die Position 1.
Drücken Sie den Drehregler nach unten und halten Sie ihn gedrückt. Dies ermöglicht dem
Gas zum Zündbrenner und zum mittleren Brenner durchzuießen. Während Sie den Dreh-
regler gedrückt halten, drücken Sie den Knopf für die piezoelektrische Zündung (Abb.4)
drei- oder viermal. Jedes Mal, wenn Sie die Zündung betätigen, hören Sie ein Klickge-
räusch und sehen einen Funken am Zündbrenner. Wenn die Flamme einmal entzündet
wurde, halten Sie den Drehregler für weitere 10-15 Sekunden gedrückt. Die Zündbrenner
und der mittlere Brenner sollten stabil brennen. Sie können nun die Heizeinstellungen
nach Bedarf auf niedrig / mittel / hoch einstellen.
Ausschalten des Gasheizofens
Um das Gerät auszuschalten, drehen Sie den Drehregler in Position 1. Schließen Sie den
Gashahn an der Gasasche, indem Sie ihn im Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Achten Sie darauf,
dass die Flammen am mittleren Brenner und am Zündbrenner erloschen sind.
Überprüfen auf Gaslecks
Wenn Sie vermuten, dass es ein Leck gibt, drehen Sie das Gas ab und lassen Sie das Gerät
von einem qualizierten Fachmann überprüfen. Versuchen Sie nicht das Gasleck mit einer
offenen Flamme aufzuspüren. Orten Sie es nach Gehör, Geruch oder durch Auftragen einer
Seifenlauge. Blasen, die sich bilden, zeigen die Stelle des Lecks an.
Im Falle eines Lecks sollte das Gerät am Drehregler ausgeschaltet werden und der Druck-
regler von der Gasasche getrennt werden.

Austausch der Gasasche
1. Schalten Sie die Gaszufuhr am Drehregler aus und lassen Sie den Ofen vollständig
abkühlen, bevor Sie die Gasasche herausnehmen und austauschen.
2. Schrauben Sie den Schlauch an der Gasasche ab.
3. Nehmen Sie die Rückwand ab und nehmen Sie die Gasasche heraus.
4. Setzen Sie die neue Gasasche ein (siehe Montage).
• Die Gasasche sollte in Übereinstimmung mit der Bedienungsanleitung ausgetauscht
werden.
• Die Gasasche muss in einer ammfreien Umgebung ausgetauscht werden.
• Rauchen Sie nicht, während Sie die Gasasche austauschen.
• Die Wartung und die Reinigung müssen mit abgedrehtem Gas und abgekühltem Gerät
durchgeführt werden. Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gerät zu reinigen, während es in Betrieb
ist.
• Das Gerät muss jährlich von einem Fachmann durchgesehen werden, um mögliche Fehler
zu nden und das Gerät sicher zu betreiben.
• Falls Fehler gefunden werden, hören Sie auf, das Gerät zu verwenden und setzen Sie sich
mit dem Hersteller in Verbindung.
• Reinigen Sie das Äußere des Gerätes, die Gasasche und die Umgebung des Gerätes
regelmäßig, um Staub und Fussel zu entfernen, die die Funktion des Gerätes
beeinträchtigen.
• Vorsichtiges Saugen mit einer weichen Bürste entfernt den Staub, der sich auf den
Oberächen und den Keramikelementen abgesetzt hat. Zerkratzen Sie diese Teile nicht,
da sie mit der Zeit porös werden.
• Verwenden Sie keine scheuernden Reinigungsmittel, um den Ofen zu reinigen.
• Achten Sie während des Betriebs auf die Sparamme. Sie muss stabil brennen. Falls sie
ackert oder eine gelbliche Spitze aufweist, muss der Ofen auf seine Funktionstüchtigkeit
hin überprüft werden.
• Falls ein Teil ausgetauscht werden muss, muss es ein Originalteil vom Hersteller sein. Die
Verwendung falscher Ersatzteile ist gefährlich und führt zum Verlust der Garantie.
• Verwenden Sie während der Reinigung keine nassen Lappen oder Spritzwasser auf dem
Ofen. Dies kann zu einem ernsthaften Problem führen. Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem
sauberen und trockenen Ort auf, wenn Sie es nicht verwenden.

General safety guidelines
• Read the instructions in the manual carefully. It has important information both for opera-
tion use and for your safety.
• Do not use faulty appliances.
• Maintenance and repairs must be carried out by a qualied person only.
• Retain these instructions for future reference. if necessary, a new copy may be obtained
from your dealer (online www.elektronik-star.de).
Special safety guidelines
• The appliance shall not be used in high rise ats, in bathrooms, basements or bedrooms.
• Do not move the appliance when operating,shocks and bumps may activate the safe
device.
• Do not direct the heater towards equipment,furniture,curtains or anything else that may
catch re.
• Do not use your heater while sleeping.
• Always face the heater towards the centre of the room.
• Use it only in a well-ventilated room. Ventilation is vital for the efcient performance of
this heater and for safety of the occupants of the room in which it is being used. Allow
plenty of fresh air in, never seal up the doorways and windows.
• Prevent young children and elderly people from touching very hot surfaces.
• The normal dress guard only protects against accidental clothing contact. Do not place
clothes or other material on the heater. Keep all ammable materials at least one metre
away from the heater.
• Turn off the gas valve and gas supply after its application.
• Never use or store solvents and pressure pack cans near a gas heater - even if the heater
is turned off.
• Never dispose of rubbish such as cigarette butts in a gas re-this can affect combustion
and produce dangerous pollutants.
• Always operate the gas control and cylinder valve from the side or rear of the heater.
Standing in front of the heater exposes you to the risk of burns.
• Do not use the heater with a programmer, timer or any other device that switches the
heater on automatically.
• After use, turn off the appliance at the regulator switch on the valve and the regulator
disconnected from the cylinder.
• The appliance is suitable for 15 kg/ 5 kg LPG containers.
• Do not twist the exible tube or the hose. The hose should be checked regularly for your
safety, replace it if necessary.
• Do not place the heater near walls, curtains or furniture while in operation. Always face

the heater towards the centre of the room when in use. Do not put furniture or other
objects in front of the heater; minimum clearance to combustibles to the rear and sides
of the heater is 1000 mm.
• The dress guard on this appliance conforms to standard requirements; it does not give full
protection for young children or the in rm. The guard is to prevent risk of inquiry and no
part of it should be removed or altered.
• This appliance should be leakage tested before initial use and whenever the cylinder has
been reconnected after  lling. Never use a naked  ame to test for leakage.
• This is a non- ue heater. Ensure the room is ventilated while the heater is in operation.
Do not operate in a bedroom, bathroom, caravan, boat, or any room less than 84 m3in
volume. Keep at least 105 cm2ventilation area.
• This appliance requires a hose and a regulator. Check with your gas supplier for the cor-
rect type according to the cylinder being used and any regulations at that time.
• Do not use in vehicles,caravans or auto caravans.

Caution: Danger of burns
Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular
attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

Installation
1. Put the cylinder into the gas heater.
2. Install the protection bafe to make sure the cylinder cant' move.
3. Connect the pipe to the gas valve with cap (make sure no leakage).
4. Connect another side of the pipe to the regulator with cap (make sure no leakage).
5. Open the gas tap before using the heater, and close the gas tap after using.
Usage
Lighting heater
Before connecting the regulator to the gas cylinder, check whether there is a rubber
washer on the regulator, and the washer must be in good condition. Connect the regula-
tor to the gas cylinder by turning the hand wheel anticlockwise. Open the gas cylinder by
turning the gas cylinder valve anticlockwise. Turn the gas control knob on the heater to
setting 1(g 4).
Press the control knob down and hold in the pressed condition. This will allow gas to ow
to the pilot and centre burner. While holding the control knob in the pressed position, push
the piezoelectric ignition button 2 or 3 times. Each time you strike this piezoelectric igni-
tion you will hear a clicking sound as well as see a spark on the pilot burner. Once the pilot
has lit, continue holding the gas control knob in the pressed position for a further 10 to 15
seconds thus activating the ame failure safety device.
The pilot and centre burner should remain alight. You may now adjust the heater setting
to Low/Med/High as required.
Turning off the heater:
To turn off the heater, turn the control knob to position 1 and close the gas cylinder valve
by turning the knob on the cylinder clockwise. Ensure that the pilot ame the centre
burner are extinguished.
Testing gas leaks:
When you suspect that the heater is leaking, turn off the gas supply and have the unit
inspected by a qualied technician. Do not attempt to locate the source of leak with a na-
ked ame. Locate it by sound, smell or by applying soapy water. Any bubbles forming will
indicate the whereabouts of a leak.
In event of leakage, the appliance should be turned off at the regulator switch-on valve
and the regulator disconnected from the cylinder.
How to change a cylinder
1. Turn off at the regulator and allow the heater to cool fully before removing and replac-

ing the cylinder.
2. Remove the hose from the gas cylinder.
3. Take off the protection bafe.
4. Put a new gas cylinder in place (see Installation).
• Do not attempt to replace the cylinder while the heater is still in use.
• Cylinders must be replaced in a ame-free environment.
• Do not smoke while changing the cylinder.
• While replacing the empty cylinder, turn the gas off at the valve or regulator and take the
cylinder out of the heater.
• Remove the regulator from the empty cylinder.
• Maintenance and cleaning must be carried out with the gas supply turned off and the
heater cold. Do not attempt to clean the heater while it is in use.
• Your heater should be checked annually by a qualied person for safe operation and to
detect any faults.
• If any faults are detected in use, stop using the heater and contact your dealer for advice.
• Periodically clean the exterior and rear cylinder, storage area of your heater to remove
dust an lint built-up, which may affect operation of the heater light. Vacuuming with a
soft brush will remove any dust built-up on the surfaces of the ceramic elements. Do not
scrape or knock these elements as they may become very fragile with use.
• Do not use abrasive products to clean the heater.
• Watch the pilot ame while it is in operation. It should burn steadily. If it ickers or is
yellow tipped, the heater should be checked for correct operation.
• If any parts need replacement, they must be replaced only with genuine original parts
supplied by the manufacturer. The use of incorrect or substitute the parts may be
dangerous and will void any warranty.
• Do not use wet rag or sprinkling water on the heater while cleaning. This may cause
a serious problem to the heater. Under the circumstance of normal usage, contact our
agents to conduct regular maintenance. Leave the heater at a clean and dry area when
it is not used.

Assicurarsi che ci sia un usso d‘aria sufciente. Non sigillare la soglia della porta e la
nestra.
• Assicurarsi che i bambini piccoli e gli anziani non tocchino le superci calde del dispositivo.
• Il rivestimento del dispositivo protegge solo in caso di contatto accidentale con gli
indumenti. Non mettere indumenti o altri materiali sul dispositivo. Mantenere tutte le
sostanze inammabili ad almeno 1 metro di distanza dal dispositivo.
• Dopo l‘uso, chiudere l’apporto di gas.
• Non utilizzare o conservare accanto al dispositivo solventi o spray, anche quando è spento.
• Non gettare all’interno del dispositivo spazzatura, come ad esempio mozziconi di sigaretta
che possono prendere fuoco e formare pericolose sostanze inquinanti.
• Azionare la manopola ed la valvola del gas lateralmente o posteriormente. Non sostare
davanti al dispositivo: pericolo di ustioni.
• Non utilizzare il dispositivo con timer o altri dispositivi esterni per l’accensione automatica.
• Spegnere il dispositivo dopo l’uso ruotando la manopola e chiudendo la valvola del gas
sulla bombola.
• Il dispositivo è adatto per bombole di gas da 15 kg e 5 kg.
• Non ruotare il tubo. Controllare regolarmente il tubo per la sicurezza dell’utente.
• Non collocare il dispositivo vicino a pareti, tende o mobili mentre è in funzione. Posizionare
il dispositivo con la parte frontale rivolta verso il centro della stanza. La distanza minima

con oggetti in ammabili deve essere di 1 metro.
• La griglia di protezione del dispositivo è conforme ai requisiti previsti dalle normative
vigenti. Non offre tuttavia una protezione completa per i bambini piccoli e per le persone
diversamente abili.
• Prima di utilizzare il dispositivo per la prima volta e dopo aver cambiato la bombola,
veri care che non si siano perdite di gas. Non utilizzare mai  amme vive per veri care
un’eventuale perdita di gas.
• Questa stufa a gas non è dotata di scarico. Assicurarsi pertanto che la stanza sia ben
arieggiata quando il dispositivo è in funzione. Non mettere in funzione il dispositivo in
camera da letto, in bagno, in una roulotte, in barca o in una stanza con volume inferiore
ai 84 metri cubi. Lasciare almeno 105 cm quadrati liberi per la ventilazione.
• Il dispositivo necessita di un tubo e di un regolatore di pressione. Informarsi presso il
proprio fornitore del gas sugli accessori adatti per la bombola e sulle disposizioni vigenti.
• Non utilizzare il dispositivo in veicoli, roulotte o camper.

Attenzione: pericolo di ustioni
Alcune parti di questo dispositivo possono diventare molto calde e provocare
ustioni. Prestare particolare attenzione in presenza di bambini e persone più
deboli.

Installazione
1. Mettere la bombola del gas nella stufa a gas.
2. Installare la protezione in modo che la bombola a gas non si sposti.
3. Collegare il tubo alla valvola del gas. Assicurarsi che non vi siano perdite di gas.
4. Collegare l'altra estremità del tubo al regolatore di pressione. Assicurarsi che non vi
siano perdite di gas.
5. Prima di mettere in funzione la stufa, aprire il rubinetto del gas. Richiudere il rubinetto
del gas dopo l'uso.
Utilizzo
Accensione della amma (della stufa a gas)
Prima di collegare il regolatore di pressione alla bombola del gas, assicurarsi che la guar-
nizione del regolatore di pressione sia in buone condizioni. Collegare il regolatore di pres-
sione alla bombola ruotando il dado in senso antiorario.
Aprire la bombola ruotando il rubinetto del gas in senso antiorario. Ruotare la manopola
posta sulla stufa in posizione 1.
Tenere premuta la manopola verso il basso. Ciò consente al gas di fuoriuscire attraverso
il bruciatore pilota e quello centrale. Mentre si tiene premuta la manopola, premere tre o
quattro volte il tasto per l‘accensione piezoelettrica. Ogni volta che si preme l‘accensione,
si sente un clic e si vede una scintilla sul bruciatore pilota. Una volta accesa la amma,
tenere premuta la manopola per altri 10-15 secondi. Il bruciatore pilota e quello centrale
devono restare accesi. È ora possibile regolare a piacimento le impostazioni per il riscal-
damento (basso/medio/alto).
Spegnimento della stufa a gas
Per spegnere il dispositivo, ruotare la manopola in posizionare 1. Chiudere il rubinetto del
gas della bombola ruotandolo in senso orario. Assicurarsi che il bruciatore centrale e il
bruciatore pilota si siano spenti.
Vericare la presenza di perdite di gas
Se si sospetta che ci sia una perdita di gas, spegnere il gas e far controllare il dispositivo
da un tecnico qualicato. Non utilizzare amme libere per rilevare la fuga di gas. Per rile-
vare la perdita, prestando attenzione ai rumori, agli odori oppure applicare acqua sapona-
ta. La formazione di bolle indica che è presente una perdita.
Nel caso ci sia una perdita di gas, spegnere il dispositivo tramite la manopola e disinserire
il regolatore di pressione dalla bombola.

Sostituzione della bombola
1. Spegnere il gas tramite la manopola e lasciare raffreddare completamente la stufa pri-
ma di rimuovere e sostituire la bombola del gas.
2. Svitare il tubo dalla bombola del gas.
3. Rimuovere il pannello posteriore e togliere la bombola.
4. Inserire la nuova bombola del gas (vedi “Installazione”).
• La bombola del gas deve essere sostituita seguendo le istruzioni di questo manuale.
• La bombola del gas deve essere sostituita in un ambiente privo di amme.
• Non fumare mentre si sta sostituendo la bombola del gas.
• Eseguire la manutenzione e la pulizia dopo aver spento il gas e dopo che il dispositivo si è
raffreddato. Non tentare di pulire il dispositivo mentre è ancora in funzione.
• Far controllare una volta all’anno il dispositivo da un tecnico per rilevare eventuali
malfunzionamenti e garantire un funzionamento sicuro.
• In caso di malfunzionamento del dispositivo, non utilizzarlo e contattare il produttore.
• Pulire regolarmente le superci del dispositivo, la bombola del gas e l’ambiente circostante
per rimuovere polvere e altri residui di sporco che possono causare malfunzionamenti.
• Rimuovere la polvere accumulata sulle superci e sulle parti in ceramica utilizzando una
spazzola morbida. Prestare attenzione a non grafare le superci.
• Non usare detergenti abrasivi per la pulizia.
• Assicurarsi che durante il funzionamento la amma sia stabile. Se la amma è tremolante
oppure ha una punta giallastra, il dispositivo necessita di un controllo.
• Sostituire un componente solo con uno originale. L’utilizzo di componenti sostitutivi diversi
da quelli originali è pericoloso e invalida la garanzia.
• Non utilizzare panni bagnati e non spruzzare acqua sul dispositivo. Ciò può comportare
seri problemi. In caso di inutilizzo, conservare il dispositivo in un luogo pulito e asciutto.
